This is a guideline to writing our Region's Constitution.

Not including the name of the region, there are 9 main parts in the guide lines. I have divided it up so that three of our members will handle three parts each. If anyone does not want to take this responsibility let us know and it will be passed on to someone else.

I've made a few changes, I think we should follow them through.

Make a poll that will allow the Nation States to vote on who has the best flag. The one rule being, you cannot vote on your own flag, to avoid a 12-way tie.

They would have to be completely custom and made by yourself however, you can't just go on the internet and find a cool one. Also I've made a few flags for people like (Libercatia so I think they would have to make their own flag for the duration of the event and then they can change it back to the one I made if they like it better, just so the people who win actually won by being creative and not just telling someone else to make it for them.

I'm in the process of creating a new regional map. Also working on that constitution, any and all help would be appreciated.
