YOSIJANS FEAR CONFLICT AS MILITIA GROUPS BUILD UP IN SOUTHERN YOSIJA NEAR THE BEOZEMIJAN BORDER

Kadradko, Republika Čamiskija/Chetko Province, Yosija- The 5th largest city in Yosija and a border city between Chetko Province and Republika Čameskija, Kadradko has seen some growth in violence in the past few months. The half Yosijan and half Chemensian population of the city have always had disputes, some even erupted into massive violence, but many fear, this may happen again. The city's recently elected mayor, Roman Lustovic, has said some unpleasant things about half of his city's population, the Yosijans. He recently showed heavy support for the southern neighborhoods of Lećidan, Yošada, and Crnimore-Negrimar. All of these places, of high Chemensian population. The city's government has passed many recent laws supporting these people. This has sparked violence between Chemensians and Yosijans. The recent muslim-christian fighting in Chemensia only has made the problem and violence worse. It is not just this city too, many places in southern Yosija have became very violent. The local police even are divided, some even are told not to arrest specific criminals because they are Chemensians or Yosijan. These events have led up to today's recent events. In southern Kadradko, a large amount that has been estimated to be from either 200-2000 Chemensians took arms and formed the Grand Guard Of Sendiko(Sendiko was the man who converted Beozemlija and Chemensia to christianity). The Armed Forces of Yosija has said they will not take action against them unless violence is provoked between them and the GCOS. In the small village north of Kadradko named Musdstrvin, 526 Yosijans formed a small militia named People's Musdstrvin Militia in a reaction to the GCOS. These groups began sparking fear into the border city and the villages and towns around it. Some fear war and maybe Chemensia/Beozemlijan intervention. Some even say the VSSA may be involved if such a conflict was started.

The continuing fall-out between the Creperian government and the armed forces seems to have finally reached the primary point of reconciliation, which will finally end the internal skirmish. The officials representing the general command of the Creperian National Defense Force (CNDF) have officially confirmed that the military would abide by the recently-authorized reformation of the armed forces by the government’s order, a decision that took place following a bilateral agreement between the administration and the army. The process was authorized and went into motion following a passage of a bill by the National Assembly ordering the beginning of such a procedure and its follow-up solidifying approval by President Alcc Laēta.

In accordance with the reformation, the national military would be renewed by its structure in order to serve as the armed forces fully abiding by the Constitution, something that the current CNDF has not been fully carrying out due to its rebellious attitude against the Creperian government, even after the Blue Revolution, the transitional period and the democratic elections. Shortly after elections, the new administration tried to point its focus more towards certain foreign policy issues and international events in general, something that the previous Creperian governments did not do that much, thus even launching rumors that Creperia may actually be pursuing an official status of a neutral state. Despite the government having made decisions on Creperia playing a larger role in managing some world conflicts, the military, which was supposed to carry out that work by the government’s instructions protested and refused to follow said orders, instead demanding that the administration focus solely on domestic issues as a government priority. That was the very first large sign of a split or a fall-out having developed between the government and military of Creperia, despite signs of such a fall-out being a possibility, having already occurred before. Even after the Blue Revolution, where the armed forces betrayed the junta in its entirety and defected to the civilian side, it was still possible that a rivalry might exist between the military and even the new post-revolution government, as the army has sensed that it has more power than it should. It was speculated that the number of military coups in Creperia throughout the country’s modern period, would naturally develop such a mentality for the CNDF, as the armed forces would start thinking that whenever the government is not following the path that the army think it should, the CNDF can easily remove the incumbent administration at any time, knowing that the national leadership would not be able to fight back in any effective way against such a powerful military as the CNDF. Although it was only a hypothesis, it looks like the “coup effect” has still reached the Creperian Military as well, as the 3 forceful regime changes in our national history had eventually shown the army that it is not as dependent on the national leadership as it should be, despite its obligations under the Constitution to obey the government chosen by the people.

The Creperian army’s rebellious attitude throughout the recent period after the Blue Revolution has helped develop a certain paranoia that our country might actually become infected with the constant risk of facing a military coup, whenever the government starts making any type of mistakes, making the armed forces a true judge of the administration’s efficiency, instead of the citizens that had elected it. Although many officials and citizens have acknowledged that the military’s successful effort to force the government to turn away from its last foreign policy decisions have been beneficial, the army’s pressure on the administration continued in the following times in regards to other important decisions, making the military directly involved in Creperia’s politics, when in fact it should only be focusing on the country’s physical defense. Fearing that the “coup effect” might make the army blackmail the government with more possible military overthrows or simply turning Creperia into a country, where forceful regime changes are a repetitive process, the administration finally decided to sit down with the armed forces and resolve the issue. The solution was to do the same thing that was done in the post-dictatorship Creperia, when President Nikk Korsān and his government came to power – reform the military, replacing a number of the current troops with newer soldiers, willing to follow the Constitution to its core, including following the orders of the legitimate administration and the commander-in-chief President Alcc Laēta.

Although reformation was presented as a solution, concerns were raised over whether it will not actually serve as a much quicker trigger for a new military coup, seeing to how in the post-dictatorship Democratic Republic, the remainder of the Creperian Military, which was still loyal to the overthrown dictatorship, removed the democratically-elected administration of President Nikk Korsān from power after it announced that a reformation would take place. Ultimately, the results of the coup were reversed by an intervention from the neighboring Sunrisia and some other countries, however, the trigger was still clear and fear of a repeat of the scenario has been proclaimed, with the army even potentially finding some other reason to conduct an overturn. However, to a pleasant surprise, in order to keep the Creperian public from being paranoid, the military officials themselves have specifically publicly come out to announce that it is not going to protest the decision and will cooperate in order to end the government-military divide. The armed forces have stated that it is unpleasant for them to be pointed at by the administration as the enemies of the state, when in fact the army saw itself as the actual protector of the Constitution and the interests of the Creperian people against a government, which might not be entirely free from becoming corrupt, thus hinting that roles were actually reversed. Nevertheless, the army has admitted that its continuing protest against the Creperian government is undermining the country’s democracy and that more faith legally needs to be put in the elected administration’s capability to make the right decisions, even if they may not always be supported. In conclusion, in order to clearly lay out the army position, a military official said – “The Creperian National Defense (CNDF) will accept and support the reformation ordered by the administration of the commander-in-chief President Alcc Laēta, who’s power under the Constitution our actions have undermined. The army tried to act as a babysitter, a coach or a guide to the government, but we will admit that over time we have become an abusive and overprotective parent figure, who does not understand that the child needs to be allowed to become an adult and be trusted to make his or her own decisions, even if those decisions may not always be correct. They must eventually be allowed to take independent responsibility. The armed forces recognize our mistakes, but we will not claim that all of our criticized actions have been false, even if they did contradict legitimacy. We feel that by rebelling at a right time, we have on the contrary helped the newborn government make a turn in the right direction, as it was heading into nothingness before that. We believe that by taking action in that right time, the outcome has been nothing, but positive and we may have overturned what might have ended up as another repeat of certain times in our history, when the country was headed in the wrong direction and thus ultimately was led down the dark path that we had to face. However, it is not time for us to take a step back and entrust the government elected by the people of Creperia to guide this country in the right direction, as it is meant to do. From now on, we cannot do anything more, but hope that things will be headed the right way. Other than that, it’s time for the military to return to its only existential priority – not running the country or intervening in its political process, but protecting its sovereign borders.”

The authorization of the military reformation process was implemented this morning and in the aftermath, the Ministry of National Defense has also spoken out to offer its blessing to the decision and offer hopes that everything will be done correctly. The government and the military said that they also hope for the reformation to effectively work in order to help eliminate the “coup effect” and eradicate the rivalry between the country’s leadership and its armed forces, something that can undermine the country’s democracy and security by becoming an internal power struggle between the bodies that are ultimately supposed to work together as one joint mechanism to help lead the country.

COLD WEATHER HALTS BROKEN PIPELINE REPAIR

Due to cold weather the Tuzhz and Mountain Territory Regions, Dirkhiz oil pipeline repair crews had to halt, the pipeline goes into high mountains, causing snow and ice to get into work zones on the line. Mountain Territory Leader said that the pipeline may have to be closed for 3 weeks, when predicted heat comes for a month, but if not, the pipeline may be closed all winter until heat comes back in spring. Prices still high from the closer, in the city of Tuzhz now is at Д-40.22-д per gallon in some districts, some gas stations have closed down and only sell diesel to trucks, gasoline users have to go to other areas now for gas. Fear of a crisis by January, when predicted gallon in the areas in Tuzhz will reach Д-102.12-д, this crisis now worries an economic disaster for all of Dirkhizistan, and other countries, even though it probably wont go that far. Also, 5,000 volunteers from jobs such as car repair, car building, farming, mining, and trucking have came to help other pipeline workers, now they have to wait 3 weeks to start doing it again. Kreelowe, Seestadt, Engleberg -- Today was quite a busy day for the Landespolizei in Kreelowe, for a riot had occurred with two groups of rioters in the city. Unlike the recent communist riots and rebellion, these two groups were fighting for the "rights of the left and the oppressed." One rioter stated that they wished to see the repeal of Imperial Decree R776, banning the entire left wing, and the government to begin preventing the discrimination against the LGBTQ community within the nation. Another rioter said that they were doing this in concordance to the recent Rezuan condemnation of the government's policies. We were able to catch up to another man, who was from Rezua and of the LGBT side, who said that he "...was here to help those who are being suppressed and not recognized as humans." As we were speaking to this man, a Landespolizei officer proceeded to arrest the man; assisted by others. The man was identified as Louis Gherig, from Northern Rezua.They stated that just before the interview, the man attacked a police officer, two civilians, and helped destroy a local shop. These men were part of the more hostile group of protesters, while in the Southern parts of the city there were more docile protests.

In the Steinmarkt district of Kreelow, a group naming themselves the "Rainbow" had chosen a spot in the local park to peacefully riot. This group was "fighting" for the same reason as the previous group, but chose not to attack the police forces. As we went to interview a rioter; a man from the rear of the group charged an officer with what looked like a rock. The officer proceeded to engage the man with 3 other officers; "whacking" him with the baton to subdue him. Afterwards, the man was escorted to the police station; and is waiting for trial. The man was identified as Esm Lebnoj, originating from Southern Esotana. The crowds were eventually dispersed, with the arrival of the Schutzpolizei. It is currently unknown if the governments of Esotana or Rezua will want these men returned to their countries, or will allow them to remain in Englean custody to be delivered their sentences for their crimes.

Military begins operation against the Bannerless Brotherhood

Shortly following the announcement of a new operation against the infamous Bannerless Brotherhood, Arizayi soldiers in conducted a raid on a compound in Iksaya, the capital of Arizayi. After almost 15 minutes of heavy fighting the Arizayi soldiers finally prevailed and took control of the compound. Reports of 3 more firefights between Arizayi troops and what is believed to be BB members have surfaced from all across the nation. The government has confirmed the reports. Arizayi soldiers have also been spotted patrolling around many of the nation's urban centers most likely to serve as a deterrent to any possible attack. Much of Iksaya and the surrounding area has been heavily defended and the government has recommended that citizens stay inside as much as possible.

The Bannerless Brotherhood only recently appeared in Arizayi. The first known reports of the BB in Arizayi surfaced in early 2013 after government forces uncovered a terrorist plot in Iksaya. Since then 3 more plots have been uncovered and there has been one attempted attack. The government has now taken the initiative in stopping the BB within our borders. No information as to the exact size of the BB in Arizayi has been released although the government did mention in a statement that "their numbers have grown quickly in the past six months." The government has also referred to the operation as "simply a precaution" in attempt to discourage the thought of a pending attack on the country. So far the operation has gone smoothly with over 50 BB members dead, wounded, or captured, and only 3 Arizayi soldiers dead and 7 wounded.

The battle in Iksaya began at around 3:14 this afternoon. Around 15 Arizayi soldiers in APCs we're transported to the edge of the compound with another 5 providing sniper support from nearby buildings. The soldiers entered the complex and were quickly fired upon. The soldiers, pinned down, exchanged fire with BB members for another 5 minutes when reinforcements for both sides arrived. The firefight continued on for another 5 minutes when an Ariyazi IFV was brought into the compound to eliminate the BB members. Finally, the remaining BB soldiers in the compound lay down their arms and surrendered at the sight of a second IFV and another 20 reinforcements. The BB lost 12 men, had 7 wounded, and another 14 captured, while the Arizayi forces lost 2 men and had 4 wounded.

A government report detailing the battle described what was found in the BB compound as 'surprising.' Inside there were several rocket launchers, one of which was used to disable one of the IFVs. There were also many high caliber weapons, grenades, and other powerful and advanced military equipment. There was an abundance of both weapons and ammunition inside of the compound. A hidden trapdoor uncovered a large underground facility which was home to several dozen more sets of body armor and heavy weaponry. What was first expected to be just a small cell in reality appears to be a central stockpile for the BB in the area.

When asked on how long the operation was expected to last and how long soldiers would be present in the streets, General Akro responded with this:

"The fight against the Bannerless Brotherhood obviously will not end overnight. It is something we've been planning out for almost a year now. We've got no exact time frame as to how long this will last, but we can give an estimation of around 3-6 months. Our goal is to severely weaken the BB here in Arizayi, and in turn, weaken the BB all across the world. These guys are very dangerous, everyone knows that. As a result we will keep our forces patrolling through towns and cities for the extent of the operation. We want to ensure maximum security for our citizens while we hunt the BB. We've already takena huge step forward on the first day with all of our missions ending successfully."

Aznazian Vocational Schools: The Best Investment for the Future

Today there are over 2,000 High Level Vocational/Trade schools in Aznazia since the new education system was set up after the Green Revolution in 1982. This number was increased by nearly 40% since 2002 when Chancellor Vigil set up the Aznazia of Tomorrow Grant; a multi-billion Aznote investment to help aspiring Aznazians gain a certificate in technical careers and figure out what they wanted to do for a living. In April of 2002 she unveiled the plan at Crawford Technical Institute, "As we enter into the 21st we need workers that are well trained to stay competitive on the world stage. We must out product, out innovate and out build the competition. As our nation begins to modernize our infrastructure we must make sure our children are up to the challenge and ensure that they have a way to earn a livable wage that will ensure the survival of the middle class". Trade schools have given students the knowledge to work in specialized fields and work for a company in their field while they are still in school. As a result employers have been hiring certified students that have worked with them and have experience working for them. Not only has this lowered unemployment but it has improved job happiness and pay for young adults.

After speaking to the Director of the Department of Education; Lilly Easton, it is clear that Vocational Schools are a hit with older teens. "Teens as young as 16 have good jobs at some of the biggest companies in the nation while they are still learning at school. The number of students looking at vocational schools has dramatically increased since 2003. Even though this means it costs the Government more money, it is offset by the productivity of students after they gain a certificate. The growth of Trade schools has also reduced the cost of College in Aznazia due to the opportunities in the trades. We have also seen many of our students start to go overseas to use their skills. For example I know of a few hundred students with electricity certificates that are in Oblaren helping to install wind turbines through the Aznazian company Green Tech". Trade schools have lead to an Aznazian population that is extremely skilled and trained for jobs in the manufacturing, agriculture, plumbing, electrical, metal working, and carpentry fields which has kept jobs here in Aznazia.

Exactly as predicted relatively recently, former President Vidd Āmore and former Prime Minister Secc Bēta have officially been released from the hospital today, following their full recovery from the assassination attempt by the terrorist organization that they had suffered some time ago. The two primary figures in the previous and last government of the Democratic Republic have undergone surgery to remove the sniper bullets that had penetrated the former President’s shoulder and the Prime Minister’s leg, after which their clean wounds were healed and both individuals had then went through separate rehabilitation programs in order to help them get back on their feet. After these procedures, the two figures had officially been released from a Mirayan hospital, ready to resume their lives and their political careers.

When being asked about how are they feeling and whether these events would have an impact on their lives, the former President’s and the former Prime Minister’s answers paralleled each other. They said that the assassination attempts had not impacted them in any negative way and on the contrary, have only made them appreciate and value their lives more as they had nearly faced certain death. Neither of the men said to have been left with any physical defects or psychological damage, practically hinting as if the assassination attempt never happen. The only things to remind them of the experience are the scars that former President Āmore has on his right shoulder and former Prime Minister Bēta has on his left leg, with both men joking and calling these scars “souvenirs” and stating that “scars serve as a decoration for real men.”

Following their release, the national media immediately rushed to talk to the former President and the former Prime Minister, using the very first chance in a while, to talk to the two figures. They were asked a lot about what was going through their minds during the post-coup events and the Blue Revolution, with both men answering that despite being on their hospital beds, unable to go anywhere, they felt as if they were the participants of the Blue Revolution with their minds and their hearts, despite physically not being able to stand with the Creperian people on the streets protesting the rule of another military dictatorship. Former President Āmore said that Creperia has practically relived the most difficult and glorious moments of its history in a nearly identical chronological order – a Bannerless Brotherhood sponsored takeover of power in Creperia, despite being unsuccessful the second time around, a military coup by a betraying Creperian army and finally a democratic revolution reclaiming Creperia’s freedom. The former head of state says that he is having an unusual feeling right now, since both he and former Prime Minister Bēta have ended up in a hospital in one country – the Democratic Republic of Creperia and have now been released in another country – the Second Federal Republic of Creperia, despite not having crossed a single international border. He followed up the statement by saying that it is an interesting existential experience, however, it is also the one that the former President embraces. Former Prime Minister Bēta fully supported the former President’s comments.

Meanwhile, President Alcc Laēta has officially congratulated his predecessor and the former Prime Minister and wish them “proceeding health”, in a special address to the nation specifically on this occasion. The head of state said that the two prominent figures should not regard themselves as if their time in the national leadership has passed and said that former President Vidd Āmore and former Prime Minister Secc Bēta will not be associated with the past of the Democratic Republic. The President extended an invitation to the two individuals to resume their careers and return to the political scene within the reborn Federal Republic or the Second Federal Republic, saying that their talents are needed, their potential has not been entirely used up by the men themselves and that the current administration still believes that former President Vidd Āmore and former Prime Minister Secc Bēta can still do a lot of good for Creperia and that their job has not yet been finished while they were in power. Since every past living President of Creperia is continuing his political career to this day, President Laēta said that there is still room for former President Āmore, former Prime Minister Bēta and other members of their past administration, with all these people being invited to “join the common family”, as the current administration stretches that Creperia will only go into prosperity, when it is administered together. The former President and the former Prime Minister said that the offer sounds interesting and that they will likely return to the political scene when they feel ready, hoping that the country’s people will vote for them again.

BREAKING: NVRSKSO leads occupation of Novorossiysk

President and senate confirmed dead- clashes begin between government forces and troops loyal to the NVRSKSO across the nation

Novorossiysk Just over two hours ago several helicopters landed in the center of Novorossiysk and dropped off soldiers. Dozens of armored vehicles and even more transports holding troops have been arriving here in our nation's capital ever since. The troops, wearing no markings, have been confirmed to be loyal to the NVRSKSO, Azovskaya's top special forces team. Soldiers have shut down the major roads into and out of the city and have asked civilians to remain in their homes. There are an estimated 40,000 Azovskayan soldiers under the command of the NVRSKSO occupying Novorossiysk at the moment. NVRSKSO-aligned troops have also begun to move into Gatchina and Elovka. Reports of resistance from troops loyal to the government have surfaced all across the two cities.

At this point it has become obvious that the Azovskayan Federation is undergoing a coup. Several minutes after the first soldiers landed in Novorossiysk 7 more helicopters landed in the Capitol District of Novorossiysk. The Capitol District houses the government of the Azovskayan Federation. The NVRSKSO was spotted landing in the Capitol District and was seen heading into the senate building. Gunshots erupted shortly after they ended and reports of the senate and the president being killed have been confirmed. NVRSKSO troops then spread out across the Capitol District for currently unknown reasons. The Capitol District was quickly flooded with more soldiers under the control of the NVRSKSO. All entrances into the district have been shut down. Most citizens in Novorossiysk have remained indoors, leaving the streets empty with the exception of the patrolling soldiers and armored vehicles. Jet fighters have buzzed across the city multiple times and armed helicopters can be seen hovering above different points in the city. So far the only casualties reported within Novorossiysk are the president and the senate.

An estimated 30,000 NVRSKSO led soldiers entered Gatchina around 40 minutes ago. The few remaining government troops in the city have attempted to fight back but have been obliterated by the superior numbers of the NVRSKSO forces. Another estimated 40,000 soldiers entered Elovka just 20 minutes ago and have also met limited government resistance. The cities are expected to be occupied within the next few hours.

No official statements have been released by either the remainder of the government or the NVRSKSO itself. One thing that is clear is that the majority of the Azovskayan Military is now under the command of the NVRSKSO, with some experts predicting even more than 90% of all troops are loyal to the NVRSKSO. "Bloodshed should be limited," begins political expert Roman Zyubin. "The majority of Azovkskayan troops are loyal to the NVRSKSO. The few remaining government forces have only three options: die, surrender, or join the coup. Many have already picked the third. At the end of the day there wasn't much the Azovskayan government could have done to prevent this. The NVRSKSO were given too much power when they were founded, and its current members have used this power to slowly but surely gain more power within both the government and the military. There's no question as to whether or not they will gain control; the question is what will happen next."

Much of the Azovskayan population has already expressed their support of the NVRSKSO. The former Azovskayan government was criticized for being 'weak' and 'too timid in the international community.' Many citizens of Azovskaya were pleased with the assassination of the Empress and Prime Minister of Kaiming as it 'showed the world we were not a joke.' Many people want Azovskaya to be a dominant power in world politics and support an increase of funding and focus on the military; two things the NVRSKSO has already expressed lots of interest in doing.

Arizayi trade ships seized in Azovskayan port

Three Arizayi trade ships were seized this evening in the Azovskayan capital of Novorossiysk. The city is currently the center of an ongoing coup in Azovskaya where the military, now led by the NVRSKSO, has taken control of the nation. On board the three ships were a total of 152 men and women who have all been taken into custody by soldiers participating in the coup. President Oyokala appeared on national television following the seizing of the ships and gave this short speech:

"At around 7:12 this evening, three Ariyazi trade ships arriving in the Azovskayan capital of Novorossiysk were seized by the members of the coup. There were 152 workers on board, all of which have been taken into custody by NVRSKSO led troops. The actions on these soldiers are unacceptable and will lead to severe consequences. We are giving the NVRSKSO an ultimatum; you have 24 hours to return the workers to their ships and allow them to leave before we use force."

When asked on the coup following the speech, he said this:

"The idea of a rogue group of soldiers, with the power to do whatever they want, is scary. Now, the same soldiers have an army of tens of thousands of men and also own a nation. It's even scarier.

A fleet to transport Arizayi troops has already been assembled outside Iksaya. Soldiers have loaded equipment onto the ships and are reported to be 'ready to go at any moment.'

Exciting news in the capital today with the lovely cool weather settling over Targovia, Grand Duke Rajke Volny is to be married to the daughter of the Berukan King, Audrey. The Duke himself broke the news to a jubilant crowd this morning, adding "Audrey and I shall open doors to a prosperous and happy relationship between berukans and targovians."

One question, however, lingers on our minds. Why? Why would our Duke be married to a Berukan noble? Most think it is true love, but others are suggesting it is a political marriage. Using Audrey to help forge Berukan-Targovians relations. I myself am one of these people, why would the Duke, in his Golden Years, marry a young women like Audrey?

Rumors are also abound of the Berukan nobility up in arms over the marriage, especially the King, and his Daughter. While we cannot confirm these rumors ourselves, we find it hard to believe that the nobility would be so toxic about the matter.

This combined with the nations lack of basic civil rights would cause a protest like this. Maybe soon enough Engleberg could fall into a revolution. The nations aggressive forigen policy has seen major Sunalayan powers sanctioning the nation causing the economy to be in a very bad state.

This is in fact multiplied by the fact Engleberg is located on the most unstable regions of Sunalaya, where close to all the powers spend enormous and unsustainable amounts on their armed forces. The nation already has colonies, and many reports have even surfaced that the desert ones are massively expensive and are litterly relying on slave labor. The nation's crazy and unstable leadership, could try to invade and take over more land in a desperate quest to save the nation. I would not advise investing nor traveling to the region as it seems HIGHLY unstable.

Leaked Documents Show Development of "Salted" Bombs in Imperial Armed Forces

After documents leaked on the internet from an unknown source showed that the Alyrian military had developed "salted" bombs or nuclear radiological warheads. These types of weapons provide the same explosive yield as any thermonuclear bomb however produce much larger quantities of radiation in a dispersed area. The electronic document had detailed the use of these "salted" warheads were already implemented in the submarine-launched ballistic missile program instead of the MIRV EM68 and EM92 warheads officially used in our ballistic submarines. It is unclear whether these documents are actually true or hoaxes as the Imperial government has not commented on the incident as of now. Although if they remain to be true it could prove that nuclear war brought by the Alyrian Empire could be ever more quite devastating for not only the hostile nation but also the land they reside in, detrimental to the environment nonetheless. This could also mean the nuclear program within Alyria is still continuing and providing more warheads in order to accommodate older units and develop more devastating methods of nuclear Armageddon.

Blood of Valor 4 is the continuation of the previous installment, Blood of Valor 3 back in 2013. BREAKING:Azovskayan fighter shot down by Arizayi jets

Arizayi fleet under attack by Azovskayan aircraft

Novorossiysk Clashes in the ocean north of Azovskaya have begun following the shooting down of an Azovskayan fighter jet. The Arizayi navy has neared Novorossiysk following the refusal of the ultimatum sent to the NVRSKSO by the Arizayi government. Reports of Azovskayan forces being mobilized in northern cities have many worried that the two nations are approaching an all out war. Neither side has formally declared war yet despite the ongoing fighting.

Early this morning an Azovskayan X0-23 was shot down over Azovskayan airspace by Arizayi fighter jets. Immediately following the attack the NVRSKSO released reports of hostile Arizayi forces coming closer to Novorossiysk. Azovskayan jets have been scrambled from airfields across the nation and a fleet has been assembled in Elovka possibly to lead an invasion of Arizayi. Already multiple reports of fighting between the Arizayi fleet and Azovskayan aircraft have surfaced alongside a statement released by the NVRSKSO detailing their retaliation to the attack. Despite the escalation of the conflict there is yet to be a formal declaration of war. So far the only known casualties are the one fighter pilot killed in the initial attack but as more and more Azovskayan jets continue to be sent towards the fleet many people expect there to be even more. Azovskayan troops have also begun establishing fortifications across and outside of Novorossiysk, the nation's capital.

The conflict began with the NVRSKSO-led coup of Azovskaya. Ever since it began last night the remainder of government-loyal troops have surrendered and the nation appears to be completely occupied by the NVRSKSO. The coup has been very popular with the Azovskayan populace as the majority of Azovskayans support the NVRSKSO. Shortly after the start of the coup three Ariyazi trade vessels were seized by NVRSKSO-led troops. The 152 sailors on board were put into Azovskayan captivity. The Arizayi government issued an ultimatum saying that the NVRSKSO has "24 hours to return the workers to their ships and allow them to leave before we use force.", National television broadcasted an hour long speech by NVRSKSO operatives following the attack on the Azovskayan fighter detailing the path of the nation following the coup. The NVRSKSO announced a new oligarchy comprised of the 25 members of the NVRSKSO squad. They also announced that they would maintain the democratic system of electing provincial and other local officials, pleasing much of the Azovskayan population. The NVRSKSO went on to promise that Arizayi would be 'punished' and that Azovskayan troops will remain present in cities to ensure the safety of Azovskayan citizens while the conflict with Arizayi continues.

Arizayi aircraft carrier destroyed, President orders the fleet to retrerat

After the Azovskayan military refused to the ultimatum issued by Arizayi, the Arizayi navy has launched an operation to save the captured Arizayi trade crew. A fleet consisting of several troop transports, the Arizayi aircraft carrier, and additional ships to guard the fleet, set out for Azovskaya early yesterday. Ariyazi jets engaged an Azovskayan military aircraft and shot it down on the way to Novorossiysk. The Azovskayan military retaliated by sending more aircraft to the Arizayi fleet, starting a large battle in the seas north of Azovskaya. Almost have of the Arizayi aircraft on the carrier were picked off by Azovskayan jets. The Azovskayan jets focused their efforts of the Arizayi carrier, and after almost 20 minutes of fighting, managed to destroy it, sinking it, the crew, and the remaining jets along with it. Immediately after being notified of the sinking of the carrier, the President ordered the fleet to return home. As it began to make it's retreat the Azovskayan aircraft turned back and returned to Azovskayan airspace.

Arizayi forces have lost a total of 2695 men and 25 aircraft. Azovskayan casualties number at just three pilots killed and three aircraft destroyed. The carrier was the only aircraft carrier in the Arizayi military, making the battle a terrible defeat. The countries are not officially in a state of war but it appears that the conflict is far from over. The President released this statement following the battle:

"The Azovskayan military has made a terrible mistake in the refusal to return our sailors and vessels. The world is now in the brink of a new conflict thanks to the NVRSKSO. They have promised to make us pay, and we already have reports of a possible invasion force being assembled in Novorossiysk. We would like to make one thing clear: we will not stand for the seizing of our ships and our workers, and will not stop until they are returned back to Arizayi. We do not wish to fight a war, but we will fight one if that's what it takes to bring our sailors back home.

Mortimer Defends Azovskaya

Jamestown 3:27 JST President Grimpen Mortimer clearly outlined this afternoon that the United Soviets would support the nation of Azovskaya. In a brief address to the media at the Kremlin, the President outlined the need for the Republic to support the new Azovskayan regime and its current actions against Arizayi. In his statement, Mortimer called for continued continental unity against the foreign power, which Mortimer argued “has to obey the rules and regulations of the Azovskayan government.” Following the revolution in Azovskaya, in which the military deposed the imperialist regime that for months has defied the will of the people, three commercial vessels flying Arizayian flags have been seized by the Azovskayan military. These vessels and their crew are being held in Azovskaya. The Arizayian government, hours after the ships were seized, issued an ultimatum to the government of Azovskaya to release the ships. This request was promptly denied by the Azovskayan.

In response, an Arizayi armada attempted to seize the vessels and release the crew. Arizayi opened hostilities by downing an Azovskayan aircraft that approached the armada. After several hours, this naval task force and the Azovskayan air force continued hostilities, resulting in a blow to Arizayi hopes of getting the sailors released by force. The nation lost its only air craft carrier in the fight, a stunning blow that takes any hope of enforcing their will on Ophion to the bottom of the North Sea.

The Azovskayan regime still holds the 152 sailors in captivity, and the situation has been a tense one for the people in Ophion and indeed the world. In response to the conflict, Mortimer stated that the Second People Republic’s Naval Army would be redeployed from the North Sea directly north of St. Paulsville to the waters north of Senkaria. Many speculate that this will deter the Arizayi government from attempting to send more warships to Azovskayan. In addition to this redeployment, the President also announced that the First People’s Naval Army would be deployed to the waters around Eklavozski, as a result of VSSA action in the region.


Mortimer’s calls were echoed by Continental Diplomat Fedot Irakliy, who told reporters that the nations of Ophion need to stand up to outside aggressors wishing to harm “our people and our prosperity through violence.” Continental Diplomat Irakily added that the Azovskayan government had the right to hold vessels within their territorial waters and ports. “If these sailors were docked in Azovskaya that puts them under the jurisdiction of the Azovskayan government. That is not a matter of opinion, it is fact. In addition, the Republic denounces the use of force by Arizayi, and sees that Azovskaya has the right to defend itself. Indeed, if Azovskaya is attacked by any foreign power, the Republic will have no choice but to respond in kind…”

Miriam Bishoffs Executed

After several days of trials by the Imperial Court and the Sunalayan International Court in Lindenholt, Miriam Bishoffs has been sentenced to death for the crime of treason against the Empire of Dormill and Stiura. She has been taken to an undisclosed location where she was executed by firing squad, rumored to be hand selected by Prime Tuckthaem himself to exact his revenge on the corrupt President who "Has made extensive plans with terrorist organizations and other foreign entities to push Dormill and Stiura to the point where she would be granted enough powers to become a dictator." Emperor Gustave III has spoken out on this situation, and has also issued his first Imperial Decree since regaining his power. A short excerpt from his speech can be read below:

Dormill and Stiura was maliciously attacked last month, an unprovoked force within our own nation attempted to seize power for themselves in a shameful attempt to call themselves "powerful". These elements took hold in the form of the Republican Party, and several organizations affiliated with them within the political system of Dormill and Stiura, least of all the infamous Bannerless Brotherhood, who I am now committed to wiping off the face of Ventismar by all means possessed in me and vested in our esteemed Prime, Jackson David Tuckthaem. As for the corrupt elements within the Republican Party, I cannot say for certain how far this conspiracy goes and how many have been affected by this, regardless of these factors, I am issuing an Imperial Decree banning all Republican Movements in Dormill and Stiura, and the ban of all demonstrations of this type, punishable up to 10 years imprisonment. Also as of this moment, the Royal Court of Dormill and Stiura, under my direct leadership, will hold Parliament accountable for all foreign actions, all of which must be reported to their respective Lordship. This is not to say I do not trust Parliament, it's in fact quite the opposite, but this corruption must be stamped out of our political system until Parliament can find a better system in which they can prevent corruption on all levels in Dormill and Stiura, the task of which I leave to our newly elected Lord-Prime Minister, Alice Richelieu.

Is conscription to become a new reality?

7th June 2002 marked the end of conscription in Kosya after the nation's parliament voted 199 - 106 in favour of rendering Article 14-B of the constitution null and void. The article stated that all male citizens must perform eighteen months of mandatory military training and service. Women were exempt from this law as were LGBT people and those with a mental or physical impairments.

However after a new wave of discussions, the Kosyan parliament has once again announced its intention to reinstate compulsory military service. This newly drafted law will be different to its predecessor. Women and LGBT citizens will now be included with only mental/physical impairments or proven religious barriers being grounds for exemptions. Furthermore, service duration has also been shortened to twelve months instead of eighteen.

It is presumed that the move to bring back conscription has came as a result of increased Kosyan military training and drills in the Oraban Valley of northern Kosya, an empty semi arid valley in the Şonqar mountains, an area commonly used as an army test ground.

Despite the revising of terms of conscription, some activist groups have condemned the government's intentions referring to them as "promoting a culture of violence". As of the current standing, it is unclear whether or not the Kosyan President, Mustafa Yilmaz will officially sign this amendment into law. Upon his approval, conscription will not be instituted until January of 2017 at the earliest. If the other option were to be taken and the President refused to approve the law then the proposal would simply be dropped.

A final decision from President Yilmaz is expected on Friday 28th October.

LFP candidate for his second term, Ludwig Von Gutenberg, is winning the electoral research with a 49% majority, but Revolutionary Lefitst Party of the People's (RLPP) candidate Laura Müller is behind only by a 14% margin, with 35% Minarchi citizens planning to vote for her. Meanwhile, Socially Conservative Party's (SCP) Hans Hoffmann is the preference for only 8% of the population, and another 8% percentage either doesn't know, doesn't plan to vote or has chosen not to respond.

LFP has been winning presidential elections in the country everytime for two decades, while the other two parties have only won 4 elections, RLPP electing a president three times, and SCP only once.

The Ministry of National Defense has confirmed today that the abandoned military base that used to belong to the former sovereign state of North Sunrisia (today part of the Democratic Union of Sunrisia) has been reconstructed and set up for reopening as a domestic military base that would be used by the Creperian National Defense Force (CNDF). To put it simply, a former foreign facility has been reconverted into a Creperian base. Whether it would be used by the army, the navy or the air force is yet to be decided, however, given its geographic position, being further away from the waters, it is believed that the base would either be handed over to the Creperian Air Force or the Creperian Naval Forces.

The history of this particular facility is short, but quite interesting. Originally it used to belong to the Republic of North Sunrisia, a former sovereign state that Creperia used to have a former mutual defense pact and security cooperation with, under the name of the Defense Dyad. Since the treaty obliged both countries to be committed to each other’s security against domestic and outside threats and to be prepared for each other’s defense in case any threats arise, the logical choice was to establish a permanent military base on each other’s territory. Thus, Creperia and North Sunrisia agreed to exchange garrisons and establish one military base in each other’s territory, however, Creperia eventually set up a second facility in North Sunrisia, seeing to how the Defense Dyad ally had a much bigger threat by its doorsteps with South Sunrisia, the United Soviet Jason Republic and ORDER alliance countries, thus requiring way more reinforcement by comparison to us. When Sunrisia finally reunified due to some turbulent events that impact the whole world, the Defense Dyad ended along with the existence of North Sunrisia and the bases in both territories were closed and abandoned.

When the international terrorist organization – the Bannerless Brotherhood, carried out fortunately unsuccessful attacks in Creperia, 3 military bases in Creperia were attacked, among which were two of our own that were and still are operational, and the abandoned North Sunrisian one, which the terrorists did not know was abandoned. Since the third base was not under any sort of protection, the terrorists managed to easily access its territory and carry out suicide bomber attacks, only not realize that they were practically destroying an empty facility, much to everyone’s simultaneous amusement and fear. The previous administration of former President Vidd Āmore, the following military junta of General Spess Āncora and the current administration of President Alcc Laēta had their own ideas about what to do with the base, with some of the previous leaderships believing that resources should not be wasted and that the damaged base should be simply “picked apart.” However, the Ministry of National Defense convinced the administration that getting rid of the base or simply leaving it be would be even more wasteful and said that it would be much cheaper to actually reconstruct it from the damages suffered from the BB attacks and allow the Creperian Military use it. The government took that advice and made a decision to reconstruct it and reopen it as our own domestic base.

The final decision in regards to this facility is now to decide which part of the armed forces should it go to – the army or the air forces. Hints had been given that the facility would most likely be given to the Creperian Air Force, seeing to how the land-based army already has enough domestic facilities across the country and the balance needs to be reached by giving the air forces more operational bases. The decision is believed to be made even before the military finishes undergoing reformation.

Today Protests by Pro-Tavac Supporters in Kheshkek outside of the main Police station cause concerns about Kimzov and Tavac, the 2 most radical candidates running in this election, who hate each other so much, they aren't allowed to be near each other for concerns of violence. The protests began at 9:00 AM today as the Tavac For Peaceful Dirkhizistan(TFPD) movement started with their protest outside of the main Police station in Kheshkek, lines of police guarded the doors as they began to throw rocks. The reason these protest began due to Kheshkek police chief Adkar Manavenesh, who announced he shall endorse General Muhammad W. Kimzov, this angered liberal Dirkhiz citizens in Kheshkek to riot saying this. "Kheskek Police Support Dictators, Stop them now! Stop them now!" During this Presidential Candidate Sayra Tavac was visiting a Black Dirkhiz community in southern Muhammakek, giving flowers and books to kids, the books had no names. She announced there that she supports these protesters and that the police force should be fixed in the country by removing all cops, then restarting again, by "Monoritizing The Police". Cops are concerned about Tavac, they fear they will lose their job as an officer, this led to 500 other police departments to endorse the other candidates Kimzov, Uzbeki, or Mugharz.

Kimzov said about the protests this. "I feel as if these people have been brainwashed into thinking I am a Dictator coming to turn Dirkhizistan into their worst nightmare, I don't know how, most media supports Mugharz and Uzbeki, I also feel like people just can except the truth about Liberalism and diversity, hmm, Diversity, the word Divide came from it, now know, that DIVERSITY will DIVIDE out country and possibly start a civil war, causing this great nation to fall apart." Now, we do not know if there are any protest that have become riots, but 20 protesters were injured today, and 10 cops are injured due to the fighting, especially in the Kheshkek Protests, the protest reportedly ended at noon today, we will get more on this story later.

Airstrikes begin in mainland Arizayi as Azovskayan fleets prepares to land

Novorossiysk The Azovskayan government officially announced the declaration of war against Arizayi following yesterday's clashes between naval and air forces. Almost immediately after the declaration of war Azovskayan aircraft already in route to Arizayi began a series of ongoing airstrikes on Arizayi military targets. Azovskayan aircraft have also been focusing their attacks on major roads and bridges connecting the northeast island of Elsaya to the rest of Arizayi. The Azovskayan fleet is reported to be only a day and a half out and is expected to land troops on Elsaya. No Azovskayan forces have yet made it onto Arizayi soil yet. Arizayi forces attempting to move onto Elsaya are being bombed out by Azovskayan aircraft.

The province and island of Elsaya

The island Elsaya is the most unpopulated of all Arizayi provinces. It's largest city, Ulasaya has a population of only around 500 thousand. The provinces' total population numbers at around 900 thousand people. Azovskayan efforts have been centered around destroying the few military bases on Elsaya and eliminating access to the province. Aircraft deployed from the Azovskayan fleet have been conducting missions at an almost constant rate and have proved to be a real challenge to Arizayi forces. It is already clear the Azovskayan aircraft have established air superiority. The almost immediate destruction of the three bridges leading to the island has greatly slowed down Arizayi reinforcements. The Arizayi troops on the island have been stranded for the most part and left to deal with Azovskayan airstrikes on their own. The few military bases on the island are taking heavy losses as Azovskayan aircraft continue to conduct seemingly constant airstrikes on their positions. The bulk of Arizayi forces are consolidated within the city of Ulasaya. Azovskayan aircraft have not attacked Ulasaya in efforts to minimize civilian casualties. So far the campaign has been a success as Arizayi forces are unable to effectively reinforce their men on the island.

"The current plan is quite simple," begins military expert Artem Yulikov. "The island isn't very populated and has limited access to the rest of the mainland. The Azovskayan forces need to establish a foothold somewhere in Arizayi and this is the ideal location. By destroying the bridges connecting the province to the mainland they've effectively reduced the Arizayi reinforcements to troops traveling by plane or helicopter or to airlift vehicles, each of which can be easily eliminated by Azovskayan aircraft which already control the skies. Attempts to reinforce the island using ships would result in many casualties but be feasible. The Arizayi military doesn't seem to be doing that. At this point Arizayi is in a lot of trouble. With Azovskayan air superiority over the island it's likely that it will quickly fall into Azovskayan control. As soon as more troops and aircraft arrive the Azovskayans will simply move on to the next island and repeat. Unless there's some foreign intervention this might not go well for Arizayi.

The whole purpose behind the war is to show the world that Azovskaya is no joke. The NVRSKSO's main goal now that they have control of the country is to establish themselves as a dominant player in international politics. They've made it clear in the past that it's their intentions to do so. The Azovskayan people have also made it clear in the past that this is what they want. The majority of people, myself included, were very angry with the previous government and it's lack of participation in worldwide affairs. The NVRSKSO's goal is to change this, and what better way to do so in a war started by another nation? The NVRSKSO intend to show the world that they mean business with this war and they have the full backing of the people."

In Azovskaya many of the troops continue to remain in the city streets. Despite the threat of an Arizayi attack many people have been participating in mass celebrations after the overthrowing of the previous government. Aircraft continue to patrol the skies as well as armored vehicles patrolling through busy city streets.

Azovskayan Paratroopers arrive in Elsaya

Around 2 hours ago, sources reported that Azovskayan paratroopers had landed in northwestern Elsaya, and begun fighting to take control of an Arizayi military base. A little over 10 minutes ago, the government confirmed these reports, and announced that Azovskayan troops were officially on a Arizayi soil. An estimated 300 Azovskayan soldiers have occupied a small military base in northwestern Elsaya and begun setting up fortifications. More paratroopers have arrived and begun moving to take control of a nearby airstrip. Arizayi forces moving to engage the Azovskayans have come under heavy attack from Azovskayan aircraft and have taken many casualties.

The initial wave of paratroopers arrived several miles north of the Aroka Military Base. The base has already been bombed extensively by Azovskayan aircraft, and the soldiers inside are taking many casualties. Azovskayan troops were able to quickly move in, and take the outpost, forcing Arizayi troops to retreat. Reinforcements have begun moving towards the base, but have been weakened by continuous Azovskayan air strikes. Azovskayan soldiers in the base have been rebuilding and fortifying in wait of an attack. Meanwhile, more paratroopers are arriving by the hour, and grouping together to take a nearby airstrip, most likely to land more troops and vehicles.

The Azovskayan fleet also nears closer, and is expected to arrive within the next 30 hours. President Oyokala appeared on national TV and asked for all Arizayi citizens in Elsaya to take shelter and prepare for a military invasion. News stations have been broadcasting segments on how to prepare for the incoming Azovskayan attack. The Arizayi government seems to have already given up on Elsaya, angering much of the western population who are in fear of Azovskayan invasion and possibly annexation. Already, small militia groups have been established in Elsaya, in hopes of helping stop the Azovskayan soldiers.
