I think that we should make some kind of all-tech and all-species Transversal Refugee Camp where anyone recovering from wars, genocides, natural disasters, and the like could stay as a temporary home. It would take the form of a sort of endless RP. Our volunteers could staff it.

The Red Cross doesn't need to be active in the sense of an alliance. The Red Cross exists, we're all members of it and now we have it... We don't need to do things to keep it going, we're simply acknowledging membership in an international, non-governmental, aid organization. We also have a list of names to draw on if we ever wanted more participation in a thread.

The Republic of UshraKerbal would like to pledge itself in the aide of the Transversal Red Cross. Our own Regional Emergency Agency, fully trained in large scale relief and rescue operations, makes itself available to any nation stricken by natural disaster or man made suffering.

The REA is setup in response groups, each with its own specialty. Maritime, war zone, refugee support and relocation, and post disaster cleanup groups exists as independent offices to be assigned into an area depending on need. Heavy usage of robotic units and advanced technologies offer highest positive result with the lowest risk to human assets.

In addition the Republic pledges a per annum of a hundred thousand NSD to cover administrative costs of the TRC. In the area of the material, UshraKerbal will make available the propreitory robotics assets to members of the TRC at a greatly reduced cost.
