King Xander and Queen Kristen Quasar have announced that they will be present at the M.E.A. Conference.

The Chancellor of the Confederacy of Engana, Ibrahima K. Eniola, will be attending the conference as soon as a date has been finalized.
Unfortunately, Prime Minister Jelani Afolayan will not be able to attend, as he is needed in the country while it is experiencing international pressure for it's confederation.

[Kolumbiya]

Chancellor Arthur Hess will not be personally attending the conference, with the Reich Minister of Foreign Affairs (Who is also the Chancellor of Defense) attending the conference on his behalf.

[Loanian]

The Loan Royal family sends prime minster Lyon Torse after a vote for the most able for the jobs,Simple being dispatch to hold the Laon seat an to watch more then comment during this alliance meeting .

[Red Centurion Legionaries]

The Centurion, Mirage VII will not attend the conference due to several classified problems. His brother, Centurion Minor Odessa Mclareen will attend the conference on the centurion's behalf.

President Ravimi stood at the podium of the MEA Conference room "Now that we are all here" the vixen said in a stern but calm tone. "We shall begin on the Crisis in Western Russia and Kalzistan." She'd change papers "The Crisis in Western Russia started nearly a month ago if not less. Wide spread protests against the MEA Instated Government, became wide spread. The government began brutal crack downs which resulted in the deaths and arrests of hundreds of Russians and Soltireans.....this began the large scale crisis which resulted in Soltirean Intervention, and the break off of the Arctic Federal Republic. During this Crisis, the War in Kalzistan erupted suddenly, costing the lives of millions both MEA and Kalzistani....currently Kalzistan is still considered a crisis zone......Members of the Council, Discuss further actions the MEA will make in these Widening Crissie." Ravimi stepped down from the podium.

After a brief discussion between her and her brother-in-law, Queen Kristen stands.
"The West Russian crisis is difficult to find a solution to. But, we support a people-run election within West Russia and Articana. Such an election would provide a council that would decide the fate of the aforementioned nations. In the meantime, MEA, excluding Soltirea due to the proximity of the nation, should form a militaristic/political government. I reiterate that Soltirea should not be a part of this interim government because of the proximity and history it shares with the nations involved." The Queen sits as King Xander stands.
"As for Kalzistan, we propose that a joint Zachganistani-Kalzistani interim government be emplaced until the area can be cleared of nuclear fallout and reorganized enough to reform the government. We believe that the other nations should not become too involved in this area, considering the casualties lost in the war. Zachganistan and Kalzistan share many cultural similarities and a same religion. I assure that there will be no hostilities between us and Kalzistan. The Kalzistanis have suffered much more than we have. They lost a lot more that we have to Ali's regime."
The King sits as he waits for the next representative to come up.

Lyon would stand his neat dirty blond hair as he was late in his 90's an had served the Royal Family for sometime as well he had a Otto Von Bismarck appearance ,"I can't see why one nation want more duty then other ,when we all join this alliance didn't we all agree to carry a burden together instead age old heroics."clearing his throat as his hazel color eyes observed the room as he lean on the table for support,"I do not mean to offend you royal pair but i think the best way to help this nation is to gather together an work under a single banner rather then multiple flags..perhaps put a single power in charge of the committee but have at least other doing the share of the work",As he wore faded Franco ww1 officer garb as he sat down his boot's would squeak a bit,as he would bow his head "i said my piece but i must ask after other ideas are spoken.An if my idea wins out we can vote on what needed"falling silent as he glanced about thoughtfully.

Queen Kristen stood as she regarded the old leader. "That just might work, Mr. Lyon. Shall we choose these nations now, or later? We just want peace in these nations without the people of these nations feeling that they are being oppressed. That was the problem in West Russia. It doesn't matter how, but peace must be achieved.

Ibrahima Eniola, Chancellor of Engana, stands. He is a man of Mozambican descent, with peppered hair and an air of authority to his 67-year old self. "Engana would be proud to lend her hand in helping Kalzistan rebuild. We harbored it's lost men, woman and children before, and we wish to allow those who want to to return to their homeland. Given this responsibility, Engana wishes to help set up the joint Zachgani-Kazistani governemnt. Also, we offer to have our Peacekeeping Corps, which is still on patrol in Kalzistan, to be the law and order division of the interim government while things are settled." He looks about the room at the host of foreign chancellors and rulers. "Thank you." He sits down.

"Soltirea will not allow the Russians to tend to their own fate! If we did this conflict would be more then just 'protests'! you seen the deaths of the war of 1991! you seen the destruction of the Russian Incursion into Georgia! That war killed over 2,000 Soltirean Citizens! Western Russia Requires constant monitoring by either Soltirean or M.E.A. personnel! " Ravimi ranted. The conflict in a whole to Soltireans was seen as life or death of their State.It was shown in the regions history that the former Ruling powers such as Russia, Turkey (then the Ottoman Empire) and Iran (then Persia) had control of the modern day Soltirean regions before 1917 and 1945. Most recently even during the Soltirean Civil war Russia had tried to reclaim the entire region while Kirkwall's forces and Rebel forces clashed and died for their futures. The Situation was like the Israeli and Palestinians one...with out land between them it was open season.

On the subject of Kalzistan, Ravimi spoke again after awaiting the others to state their point, she was calmer now readjusting her glasses and skirt standing "Soltirea will provide medical and military aid to Kalzistan. Along with the peaceful joining of Kazakhstan,Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kalzistan. These regions will economically boost the Kalzistani population and economy, and provide a better ground work for Democracy. we would also like to point out the Baikonur Cosmodrome and Aral Sea are locations Soltirea would like to Cooperate with the New Kalzistani leadership on."She paused for a moment "On Aid Soltirea will provide, medical and military trainers, equipment, and funding to Rebuild Kalzistan in its important areas." She bowed before sitting down.

[Zachganistan]

The Queen stood and regarded her fellow leader.
"President Ravimi, how do you think the Russians would react towards your nation, one that has been at best quietly hostile towards them, ruling? The Russians should have a neutral nation lead an interim government. It needs to be a third party! Take Zachganistan as an example. Before we united, it was Muslims against Christians, and Jews against everyone. Jerusalem was constantly being ransacked. Then my husband and brother-in-law stepped in. They were the third party that established peace. Now, each province is lead by a naturalized governor, each fief by a senator. Even in Riyadh, the Governor was elected by the people after the Rebellion. In New Tripoli, the Monarchy serves as the third party between the different ethnicities. It would be total chaos without the Royal Family. In West Russia, you are saying that Soltireans should be leading Russians? That would just lead to revenge for years of injustice by the Russians. History cannot repeat itself. No people should be forced to follow a government that is hostile towards it! That is why it should be my own nation, Engana, the Republic, even Verucia- who is an ocean away."

[Red Centurion Legionaries]

"Plus," the Centurion Minor speaks as he rises,"once they're feeling comfortable enough, you can start taking advantages of them. Don't their vast forest filled with precious woods seems appealing? You know, things that involve massive countries with massive army requires diplomatic move to reduce the statistical casualty.."

[Engana]

Mr. Eniola jumped to his feet. "Centurion, we must not suck the lifeblood out of federal Russia. Doing so would destroy their economy and only further accelerate deterioration of the country."

[Red Centurion Legionaries]

The Centurian Minor, grinning from the previous statement, utter some words,"I'm not serious in that matter, my friend. It is also not the Legion ways to take something with political lies.. Though, it is correct that the Russian should not be lead by someone they dislike. Like what my brother always said, 'one shall not be lead by his enemy'," finishing his sentences, he then takes his first sip of the People's Coffee he brings with him.

[Engana]

"I am... pleased to hear this," says Eniola. "On a related, tensions within my home country of Engana are growing with Ze Republika's presence."

[Zachganistan]

King Xander would stand at this time. "I would prefer if we could solve those rising tensions diplomatically, to spare the invasion my brother has prepared. We can't continue fighting amongst one another."

[Red Centurion Legionaries]

The Centurion Minor laugh slowly, attracting the attention of the hall. "How a region break.." he stopped, scan the entire hall and continue, "..Me and my brother have seen a lot of things. From the rise of an empire to its fall, and its reformation as an armed republic. I know what is the worst enemy of a region, which is when its nation fail to work together. So please..." his voice faded of as he sit down. Taking another sip from his coffee.

[Engana]

"... Well said, brother," said Eniola to break the silence in the room. He seemed slightly shaken by the Cenurion's musings, but quickly regained his composure. "On to the next topic of interest, no? The MEA aid budget... Oh yes, this needs some looking at. On behalf of Engana," he says proudly, "I can say that my government will be a prime contributor to this fund, which will hopefully go towards repairing the weaker links in the MEA, such as Kalzistan's radiation crisis."

[Soltirea]

"I can assure you all available funds are going to Kalzistan. Humanitarian Aid is our top priority there, the war destroyed much and the Transition from Combat to Assistance forces is difficult with the Russian's putting more pressure upon Kazakhstan to close off all roads and their borders to us." Ravimi stated.
"We must organize not individual aid but regional aid to support those most effected by the war, even those who had little roles and are suffering from internal issues or in Engana's case possible rebels or anarchists. The MEA was founded upon supporting member nations despite government,ethnicity, ideology, or even wealth."
