Vikøren: I would like to refute some of Mr Hasir's statements. Firstly, these claims are not "false" as you say they are. This land and more was once part of our empire, and in those times saw great economic and technological growth. Yes, we did cause damage during our invasion, but most of that was in territory now owned by us. We are still willing to help pay for the damages caused, but not all of the ridiculous sum that you ask for. In addition, we will not have our own land on a temporary lease. Many of our soldiers died for this territory, and we will not give it up so easily. Thank you.

Amelia- Lady's and gentleman i come here today to speak to you about two things. First, Free Wolf does not care who gets the land, its not our places to say. But Free Wolf will offer to fund and send support to help rebuild StarkingSeaber. Second, i bring forward the man who started all of this, us Free Wolf will stop this war. James, bring him in. * General Vazir is brought into the meeting room by 6 DST, in handcuffs and legcuffs* Today we will also discuss what to do with him. unto then i will take my seat.

President Lister: Impressive catch, President Amelia. I'll add that to our itinerary. Finally, I pass the floor over to Banana Federation and Morke.

*President George Battuta takes the stand*

George Battuta: I'd like to start of by saying that StarkingSeabers is not a member of the Moneyzone, and therefore the Moneylania Council has no obligation to help them. However, if they were to join it then perhaps em would help with reconstruction. Anyway, I would also like to point out that Platácia was not the only one to use WMDs, we have confirmed that their capitol was hit by chemical weapons, and there was also the issue of the dirty bomb. In addition, Moneyzone regulations state that no current or former leader of a nation be intentionally killed or injured, so I request that General Vazir, despite what he has done, be spared his life and instead sent to prison. That's all I have to say.

*George Battuta returns to his seat*

Amelia- General Vazir shouldn't be sent to prison, he should be put to the rope!! General Vazir is our prisoner and we want the death penalty!!

*Amelia then sits down*

President Lister: Alright you two, calm down. We will discuss what to do with General Vazir later. In the meantime, we will be moving on the the issue of the Platacian ownership of StarkingSeabers territory. I propose a compromise: all StarkingSeabers territory currently controlled by Platacia will transition into a neutral, demilitarised zone which Platacia will be able to claim ownership of. However, StarkingSeabers will recieve $50 billion Universal Standard Dollars, in addition to 20% of all output of the region. Next, all people living in the area will have their rights respected and not forced to move, in addition to becoming dual citizens of Platacia and StarkingSeabers. Finally, Ironcastle will deploy an armed peacekeeping force to the area to ensure both sides keep the agreement. Thoughts?

[Platacia]

*President Vikøren begins his counter-argument*

Vikøren: This is hardly a compromise, StarkingSeabers already agreed to give us ownership of the land. $50 billion and 20% of the income going away from our treasury would make the entire war almost pointless. I propose that we pay only the originally requested $2.8 billion and keep the land for ourselves. However, we will allow StarkingSeabers free access to the ports and limited access to other facilities and we will respect the rights of all those living there, giving them Platacian citizenship as well as allowing them to keep their old nationality.

*Vikøren sits back down*

Tyson Hasir-if I may, I ask that since General Vazir was the one to cause so much damage to our nation I ask that he be handed over to us, he will be punished by the people and but will be supervised by Free Wolf and any other Moneylania delegate that wants to oversee his punishment, and with the idea of the demilitarised zone, if I may the Platacians can pay for compensation but the the captured zones can be de-militarised zones where the people there can form there own government, then we reconcile with each other and bring in trade to the two nations that way the money that Platacia has given for compensation can be regained so there is no immediate loss but we have to leave the de-militarised zone alone, and we can use the funds that were retrieved from Genral Vazir's vault to repair the damage that was caused from the dirty bomb, it's a win win situation

*sits back down to rest*

???: Well, the nukes have been delivered. Pay up.

DetWhiller: (Looks out the window, to see the nuclear weapons) Ok, here you go. (opens a case of money)

???: Good! I hope we can do business in the future.

General Peteich: Yes, now leave.

President Vikøren: If I may, what is the point of us paying reparations in the first place, if it will just be given back to us from the general's treasury? And suppose an armed revolt were to rise up, attempting to harm our people in the occupied territory of Kysten, or whatever it is that you call said piece of land. I am sticking with my current offer, however I do not care what becomes of General Vazir.

[Ironcastle]

President Lister: President Vikøren, if I may. That land you took did in fact, until several days ago, belong to StarkingSeabers. Under virtually all internation law what you have done is illegal. However, I am willing to overlook this so long as adequate conpensation is paid to StarkingSeabers.

[Platacia]

Vikøren: By no means am I saying that we will not pay compensation, after all, this is not the same government that we fought. I am just saying that this is land is ours now, and therefore falls under our jurisdiction not yours. Also I would like to point out that we are not the only ones who have recently invaded another country.

[Ironcastle]

President Lister: It's not the issue of compensation, it's how much you are willing to pay. 2.8 billion dollars is virtually nothing. In addition, you have so far fauled to address the demilitarisation and peacekeeping forces. Finally, this conference is about StarkingSeabers, not other nations so those events are to be left out of discussions.

[Sibaria]

Rescently, The Sibarian Navy was spotted near Platacian Waters. The intention is unknown.

[Platacia]

Vikøren: And what exactly are we paying compensation for? Virtually all of the damage caused by the invasion was in territory now owned by the empire. I see no need to pay anything apart from helping them to get back on their feet after what General Vazir, not our government, did to them.

[Ironcastle]

President Lister: It's not that you caused damahe, but the fact that you took land based upon century old borders! Times have changed, empires are no longer needed. They are but relics of the past who have paved the way for the next generation of nations founded on liberty rather than oppression.

[Platacia]

Vikøren: Our glorious empire will not be brought down by your liberalist ideologies a second time! This land is ours, we will pay a small amount compensation to help StarkingSeabers repair the damage caused by General Vazir and allow the new government access to the ports. Any objections?

[Platacia]

While the conference is happening, the Platácian coast guard notifies the government about the Sibarian fleet, and Emperor Siciliano orders that the Platácian navy be sent out to investigate, and the rest of the military be put on standby.

[Ironcastle]

One of the guards walks up to the Ironian President and whispers something to him.

President Lister: Well, I have wonderful news. General Monaldo has been captured and we have liberated Scuro from the illegal coup. Anyways, back to the negotiations. We'll leave the ideological discussions for another time.

The President's face quickly changes back to it's stern look.

President Lister: Vikøren, you need to address my most important point. I need to know Platacia's position on the removal of all troops from the occupied land and the placement of an Ironian peacekeeping force.

[Platacia]

Vikøren: Platácia will remove all federal soldiers from the area within a few weeks. In these weeks they shall oversee the formation of a new semi-autonomous government in Kysten. Said government will be similar to those in Tenebris and Osthjem and will be able to raise a militia force in order to defend itself, but will be restricted from expanding.

[Ironcastle]

Lister sighs.

President Lister: And I assume you will allow an Ironian peacekeeping force in as well?

[Platacia]

Vikøren: *Grabs the arm of his chair tightly* Yes, we will allow a Jern- Ironian force to keep the peace in Kysten, so long as it does not threaten the regional government.

[Ironcastle]

President Lister: I guarantee it will not. Hasir, your thoughts?

[StarkingSeabers]

*hasir stands up from his chair*

Tyson Hasir I am fine with the small compensation because we only need the amount to repair the damages, that's about it, I'm fine with the old region of Kyrsten being a semi-autonomous government that isn't allowed to expand, it's sounds like an idea that both parties would like, but theremwas a lot of damage caused by Platacian troops on our soil, not just in the region of Kyrsten, I am only asking for compensation of the damagemcaused outside of Kyrsten caused by Platacian troops, but the idea of the captured zone being its own little government is fine as long as there will be no further expansion of Platacian troops into my territories
