We of Crystal Spires, on behalf of international cooperation have decided to open the doors of our already existing national administrative complaint department to the international sphere. We'd like to improve what we can concerning our international administrative duties on behalf of peace, and so we will allow for feedback from all nations around the world rather than merely our citizens.

OPR's jurisdiction is capable of reviewing allegations of misconduct made against High Council Employees, Orderite Officials and law enforcement personnel that relate to the operation of daily activities and special instances of Foreign Diplomacy.

Forward complaints against High Council employees to the Office of Foreign Affairs in writing. A Department form is required, and the complaint should include:

the names and titles of the individuals suspected of misconduct,

the details of the allegations including case names or situations,

any other relevant information,

copies of any documentation pertaining to the matter.

[Kouralia]

Name: Commander Blake (XO RKNV Luna), On behalf of Commodore Stone (OC RKNV Luna)
Nation: The Royal Union of Kouralia
Describe the situation: Following signing of a range of chits and legal documents, the Commodore began to suffer from strain injuries which rendered him unable to write coherently for a few hours. This delayed the unpacking of the Kouralian Assistance Force by approximately two hours and 15 minutes in total when all delayed orders are combined.
What caused the situation?: HC Sector VI Customs and Clearance
How you were affected?: I, personally, was not affected to a great deal beyond having to write this letter. This is because, as Force OC, the Commodore was the only person able to sign-off on a large number of the orders required to commence debussing. While this did not affect many Kouralians, it is possible that lives could have been lost due to this delay.
Additional Comments: Please, work on streamlining the system! Similar complaints came from all other vessel OCs who were visited by Customs and Clearance. The Commodore has also been heard to mutter under his breath, 'Please, no: not the dotted lines!' This is quite worrying for a senior Naval commander.

In the Crystal Spires, we elect our leaders. Perhaps in the next election we might have a better leadership and a different regime, and this is the great thing about democracy. If someone screws up or is unfavorable, they lose seats. This is inevitable. I personally plan to vote for Beriman.
