Charter of the Union of Celtic States
The Union of Celtic States is an economic and political entity and confederation of sovereign states
united by the desire to to promote greater cooperation between Celtic nations.
Article I. The Presidency of the Union
-A: The Presidency of the Union is the Executive Authority of the Union of Celtic States
-B: The Presidency of the Union consists of the "President of the Union"
-C: The Presidency is responsible for the enforcement of this Charter
-D: The Presidency is responsible for the enforcement of Legislation passed by the Council of the Union
-E: The Presidency is elected for a term of one month
-F: The Presidency is elected by the Council of the Union
-G: A President may be removed from office by a unanimous vote of the Council of the Union
Article II. The Council the Union
-A: The Council of the Union is the Legislative Authority of the Union of Celtic States
-B: The Council of the Union consists of members known as "Councilors of the Union"
-C: The Council of the Union is responsible for the passing of Legislation
-D: All Legislation passed by the Council of the Union must be approved by the Presidency of the Union
-E: The Council of the Union consists of five Councilors for every Member State of the Union of Celtic States
-F: The Council of the Union is elected for a term of one month
-G: The Council of the Union is elected by the Legislature of their respective Member State
-H: A Councilor may be removed from office by a unanimous vote of the Council of the Union
Article III. The Court of the Union
-A: The Court of the Union is the Judicial Authority of the Union of Celtic States
-B: The Court of the Union consists of members known as "Judges of the Union"
-C: The Court of the Union is responsible for the interpretation of this Charter
-D: The Court of the Union is responsible for settling all disputes within the Union of Celtic Nations
-E: The Court of the Union consists of two Judges for every Member State of the Union of Celtic States
-F: The Court of the Union is elected for a term of one month
-G: The Court of the Union is elected by the Legislature of their respective Member State
-H: A Judge may be removed from office by a unanimous vote of the Council of the Union
