Description: Actually a C'tani heavy cruiser, the Telissat here is a primary avatar, a humanoid cybernetic body resembling, in this case, a Necrontyr. Necrontyr generally appear as elf-like humanoids, about six to seven feet tall, with silvery eyes. Blue blood gives their skin a greyish blue colouring. Telissat is on the shorter end of that scale at a mere six-one, and in defiance of custom, wears his white hair short. Telissat and Abha, as a picture paints a thousand words. In this capacity he's attending as an observer for the International Department of the C'tan, but primarily for a date with his fianceé, Abha.
