OOC: Why is the method for finding sapience so awful? You can teach chimps and gorillas to answer that question. Chimps can even be taught to communicate with humans via sign language. Crows can do problem solving and use twigs as tools. There are species of ape and monkey which use rocks and sticks as tools. Do you plan on calling them sapient?
Also, sentient means able to sense. It simple needs functioning nerves to be sentient. Please correct the OP.

In honesty we have the actu, living on the net , they are not even organic. But we know not to honk them off...we have no idea just how powerful the inorganic actu are...well other then they took over an isle.

*ooc the isle of actu is a toxic waste land nothing grows there no one is quite sure who owns the hell hole, the toxic mess is natural, nether alba or the commonwealth claims the place, no one in there right mind would. But Actu inc owns the place both govs ignore it in the vain hope it goes away.
