Four factions are fighting for control of Esalonia, and the ISE (islamic State of Esalonia) and an invading coalition has made matters worse. #1 Christians (Evangelists are not allowed) and Muslims (Salafist/Wahhabist not allowed) are allowed to stay and practice free from government harassment. Jews, however are deported, but not killed or tortured.

#2Only on the Hindus about 59 years ago, but we officially ended our Hindu genocide when we deemed it made us look stupid in front of international community Hindus are deported like Jews. We have policies against homos, transsexuals, militant atheists and social degenerates (people who do not contribute to society) however.

Defense Doctrine
Land: We prefer to use less-effective, larger army groups to defend, while elite and other better-trained and better-equipped units counterattack enemy lines.
Air: We aim for air superiority in operations, but are able to operate without it.
Sea: Each fleet mostly comprises an equal fraction of the Luepolan Navy's given surface combatant, with a lone aircraft carrier forming the heart of each fleet. Missile boats are used separately for coastal defense, while submarines operate independently and LSDs/LHDs can be tied to any given fleet as deemed necessary.
Overall: The Luepolan strategy for war (excluding the invasion of an opposing belligerent), much like the SCP strategy as a whole, seeks to cripple the enemy's force projection capabilities, rendering the opponent unable to fight abroad.

What is/are the reason(s) on why your wants join this alliance? Our nation seeks primarily to be a delegate from the SCP to SACTO. We believe a more solid friendship between our pacts will be beneficial for us both, as communism in its various forms has proven very detrimental to the SCP and is mostly rejected by the rest of the SCP.

Describe your nation's Foreign Policy: We have a high disdain for nations that are seen as trying to curb or hinder Luepolan sovereignty (anyone in our way, really), but our country still acts rationally, rather than attempting to start war after war. (OOC: I just haven't RPed much lately)
Describe your nation's Civil Rights Policy: Individual rights are decent, but are considered secondary to the rights of the nation. Where the individual's rights might conflict with, or go against, the state (such as free speech used against the state), then the state is put first.
Describe your nation's Political Freedom Policy: Political freedom is very limited. The right to hold office is only available to military officers (except in special cases), and the right to vote is given only to military members. Generals reside over the seven prefectures, and the only candidates for presidency are the uppermost generals. Presidential terms last 20 years.
