"Remember what happened with that little spy nation? Yes, we'd like to forget too. And as for the situations of member nations; we'd like more information."

Due to storms in the Laqui area, President Likharev's flight to the Axis Summit was put on delay. The storms passed the area half an hour.

"President Likharev, the storm warning has expired. Your plane is waiting for you." said Likharev's adviser.

"Thank you." said Likharev to his adviser.

Likharev walked out of his palace to get into his limo. The driver opened the door for Likharev so he can get in. After closing the door, the driver began to drive Likharev to the airport through the beautiful streets of Laqui. Fifteen minutes later, the limo dropped off the President at the airport before he got into his private jet. The jet took off for the Huda Summit. It was an interesting ride of five hours on the jet. President Likharev saw beautiful clouds in the sky over the ocean before the jet touched down at the airport.

After the jet landed at the airport, Likharev took a taxi to the Abbas Tower. It was another interesting ride to see the streets of a foreign nation. Twenty minutes later, the taxi dropped off the President and he saw two guards open the door for him.

"Thank you." Likharev said to the guards.

He walked into the summit.

"Greetings, gentlemen. I apologize for the delay of half an hour. Storms in our capital of Laqui had to put a delay to my flight to Huda for half an hour."

He took a seat.

1. Axis is now an Invite Only. Which means a candidate for new member must obtain approval from the Security Council first before they can apply. A member must vouch for that candidate. Application without approval of the Security Council shall be rejected.

2. Following that, a new candidate will not automatically be granted the status as a full member. Instead that candidate must undergo trial as an Observer first, for a duration that shall be determined by us - (say a month? 2 weeks?) - before we can allow them becoming a full member.

The Polarian Ambassador to the Axis was getteing ready to embark on The country's first Axis summit in Huda.

He and his guards headed on the private jet filled with diplomats, guards and supplies.

The pilot was ready to take off and the passengers were so surprised that they could actually travel to a safe Middle Eastern nation, such as Huda.

The plane slowly drove across the road and at the end of the pavement, the plane rose like a pheonix from the ashes.


The ambassador called the president of Huda and tells him of their arrival.

The President entered the room a little late, after an important call from the mainland was made. The President entered the room, with the ambassador with him. He greeted everyone: "Good day, everyone. I'm President Howard from Eminral. I look forward with working with you". The President listened to the proposal and came up with an idea. "I also add that an existing Axis member should be able to petition a candidate member. This is not needed, but the more petition a potential new member gets, the better chance the candidate have for approval." President Howard said.
