one line per entry, comma deliminated fields
the first field is the type
types:
C1: local currency to bytecoin
C2: bytecoin to local currency
P: purchase of miner
D: donation of bytecoins
L: lost bytecoins
T: transfer of bytecoins
E: creation of exchange
the second field is time, the third field is the nation
for type C1, C2, and P, the fourth field is the amount of bytecoins
for type C1 and C2, the fifth field is local currency
for type D, the fourth and fifth fields are the second nation and the amount of bytecoins
the type T, the fourth, fifth, and sixth fields are the second nation, third nation, and amount of bytecoins
should be sorted by time but this is not guaranteed
