A rather pregnant blonde Chinese woman comes rushing towards the blue-haired man, firing her gauntlets at the zombies. "Prohyas! Hang in there!"
Prohyas starts bawling, and starts cuddling his cat plushie.
The woman fires off a bunch of rounds at the zombies, and then grabs Prohyas' hand. "Prohyas, are you okay?"
Prohyas just whines, and starts crying more. "Yang, this is the worst day of my life..."

Rebecca smiles. "It's a zombie apocalypse. You figure it out." She gestures towards another dead body, that of a zombified fat male, with the most exciting thing in his wardrobe being a cowboy hat.

The government was functioning surprisingly well, but it was assumed at this point that local government had either been subsumed by the armies in that area of had fallen prey to the hordes. The police had been merged into the military for a while, the only laws in effect being zombie-related ones and that of High Treason. Consequently, the status update said that while communications with the Yoshi Island Commander had been lost, Control remained in the cities and large swathes of the countryside. However, the Toad Town zombies were proving to be a difficult threat ever since they had acquired weapons. However, if more focus was not placed on the rural areas soon, they could all fall to the zombies. The Minister opted to remain concentrated on the cities.
