The Grand Senate of the Federation has already passed the Infection Fortification Act, which places all hospitals and research facilities in crisis mode, the Transition To War Acts, which put into place the emergency preparations initially conceived for an all-out nuclear war. Over the past fortnight, all nonessential government services have been shut down, and personal travel outside of a 2Km radius of one's home has been banned. The Wartime Broadcasting Network has been activated on all stations, and is instructing citizens how to shelter in place.

The military has moved to maximum readiness, and has introduced maximum conscription. Our navy, border guard, and strategic forces are on advanced alert, and will be placed on a combat alert in seven days' time. A de-facto state of martial law exists throughout the country. Checkpoints have been set up around all major population centers. Curfews are widespread, and soldiers have orders to shoot violators on sight.

The National Civil Defense Service has begun its infamous Operation Lantern, the mandatory evacuation of several million children and pregnant mothers to self-sufficient underground facilities, along with the evacuation of the national gold reserves and national treasures to abandoned mine shafts.

Special Report: Preparation for potential Ze-D 00015 Outbreak

Emperor James Mechan has ordered the full evacuation of the areas suspected to be closest to where the outbreak start. Curfews have also been initiated in Devlar, New Hurlock, and Volandsburg. Some of the population are even being evacuated to orbit on medical stations and GSTs all together.

The Imperial Military has also closed every border and flight to and from Ammerinia. Multiple army divisions have been sent to contain the virus once it hits. Robotic strike teams are also in place to potentially capture these "Zombies" and study them to possibly invent a cure.

Specially trained Ex-Ops personnel have been mobilized and are working in conjunction with military and emergency forces. We are doing many things.
As a major FT nation, we will be putting up our forcefields and declaring martial law. We have gotten areas ready to house the dead bodies we will have. Finally, we are trying to guess at the composition of the Z3 Virus, and have several prototype virus samples. We figure that it is a strain that mixes the two previous strains. We are also setting up to immediately inoculate every person in our country.
As far as individuals, we are encouraging the buying up of all foods and the sealing of all homes, so that zombies cannot come in.

Due to Krajstali's doctrine of a "People's War" and "Total People's Defense" nearly everyone has to take their part in preparations. Militia forces are to be established in various regions and Socialist Republics of Krajstali where Militia Forces have Emergency Centers with stocks of Food and Weaponry.Bayonet and Rifle drills are being instructed from Militia to Citizen, the Several Islands of Iondinia would be set up as Safe Zone Forts. Underground and Mountainous bunkers are being built and prepared to contain at least 65% of Krajstali's Population with enough supplies to survive for at least 10 Years. Checkpoints by Military and Militia personnel are to at least have detectors to find who is Infected and who is not. Those who are found to have been infected are usually detained but when it is clear that the person is fully turned and cannot go back then.

Alternatively, the Government has suggested that the underground Metro-systems of the Nation could be used as an Alternate means of Shelter as the government will render the use of Metro-trams to be Limited or completely shutdown until the crisis is over.

Defensive barricades have been set up around Dakran. All citizens have been warned of the third apocalypse, and the scientists have been moved to a safe area to prepare to research a cure.

Darhor is making the necessary preparations establishing the military around the nation and loading up on lots of boxes of twinkies for the long war.

Martial law has been instigated in all states across Chuporosa. A curfew has been set that any citizen found outside between 7pm and 7am is subject to arrest, and detention without trial.

All landline and cellular telephone facilities has been rerouted to assist in search and rescue operations for the Military. A complete mobilization of said Military is underway as we hope to eradicate this contagion via extermination.

Our borders to the surrounding nations in the region have been sealed, and all main highways have been shut down, to be used by Military for Defence and Transport purposes.

We advise all citizens to stay in their homes and make no contact to reach loved ones, at the threat of coming into contact with the assailant, as soon as people get off the streets, then soon all the necessary defence forces can reached those troubled areas.

The capitol of New Kvenland, Savissivik, is well known for its massive walls, as well as its sprawling size. All citizens within 100 miles of the capitol have been evacuated inside its walls, while other citizens are being evacuated into cities similar to Svaissivik or into underground bunkers. Chancellor Lundqvist is declaring a State of Emergency to prepare, as well as dissolving the House of Parliament until the apocalypse ends. Basically, Chancellor Lundqvist will be Emperor Lundqvist until this mess ends. Note, this was put forth in Parliament, who voted 759-4.

here in the tropical isles, we're under martial law, we've been upgrading our military uniforms, educating the general public, and we've initiated the emergency broadcast system.

Valloria has been preparing for this since its founding. Since Valloria is in essence one massive city (a country with such a population and so little land has urbanized the entire mass), designated bunkers every ten miles have mandatory screenings and cavity searches, as well as vaccinations. Citizens are encouraged to take thick clothing. Citizens will enter the bunkers at 12:00 AM on Hallow's Eve. Free food is given to citizens. Military personnel wear bite-resistant suits of reinforced kevlar and patrol the streets for any zombies. The members of the Legislature have their own private bunker, which they share with the Count and other head officials of government.

From April-November 2013, Alexanda was plagued by a major outbreak of a zombie virus (dubbed Virus Z) which led to the deaths of trillions worldwide, and vastly depopulated Alexanda itself. At the time, a lack of readiness meant the Government soon failed, and, despite emergency precautions, anarchy soon descended. Famine, disease and rioting became the norm, and the shattered streets and battered fields became breeding-grounds for disruption and lawlessness. This year, however, The Council has drawn up plans designed to help tackle the outbreak. Understanding that the virus thrives in the atmosphere and conditions caused by Halloween, the Government have decided to put into place everything necessary to stem the outbreak.
The Z.D.T (Zombie-Defence Taskforce) has been put on red alert, and border control has been issued leaflets describing the signs of the virus. HAZMAT teams have taken over isolation wards in hospitals, and prison camps across Alexanda have started drawing up plans to liquidate the most fierce of criminals to ensure resources are not wasted on them during an apocalypse-situation. Police have all been armed with sub-automatic pistols, and soldiers have been placed on orange alert, ready to be put on the streets, when the need comes. Although air travel has not been prohibited, airports have been trained so they can be quarantined within seconds, and incendiary devices have been placed in hospitals, so medical waste can be destroyed.
The owner of multi-trillion corporation E-Burg and member of The Council Lord Peter Edwin has prepared a top-secret bunker where his family can withdraw and survive the apocalypse in luxury; similarly, the rich & famous across Alexanda have made secret preparations to survive the apocalypse. Whilst the Middle Classes have their own shelters, the masses have been forced to make what little precautions they can to try and survive the outbreak

Operation safety:

1.We are around our cities build walls that are manned with all sorts of weapons to keep away the zombies.
2. Villages will be evacuated and the people from there will be first of all put in quarantine zones to look up if they are infected. Of course, the same procedure is performed on the cityp eople.
2.1 This must report to stations where they are then scanned for any viruses or infections. Any persons who fail to report will be terminated immediately.
3 Any dealings or interaction with other countries or outside dimensions are adjusted in order to avoid infections (like tourism).
4 Any contact with colonies is applied to protect the Fatherland (After the Apocalypse, the reconstruction is initiated).
5 The military is mobilized to keep out the zombies.
6 Any food is rationed.
7 The use of electronic means of entertainment are banned.
8 All the people are totally monitored to terminate the subject in case of infections.
9 All politicians or important persons are transported in separate zones.
10. water or food are scanned every day for viruses.
11. Zombie Zones are bombed everyday.
12. For total annihilation of a city a nuclear bomb is detonated underneath the city to exterminate all the zombies.
13. The second largest priority is the exploration of an antidote.
13.1 Researchers and Security units are placed with some subjects for examination in a secret facility.
13.2 Every day is sent from the system a report.
13.3 If no report is taking place the facility will be given four hours.
13.4 If having until then been no report, the plant is recorded as infected and a nuclear bomb under the facility is ignited.
14. Any remedies are passed publicly to the people.

We've given instructions to our citizens to lock down their houses, stockpile food and supplies, and arm themselves to the teeth. There's no way the zombies are going to get to us whilst we're prepared. They do not know what the impending disaster is, many think we are being invaded by another nation, and question why we are instructing them to stay safe rather than stay and fight. The concept of zombies is unheard of in Merconitonitopia.

[Republic of Vectors]

In one day's time; at 12:00 noon Tuesday October 21st, all non-military air traffic will be shut down.

In two days time; at 12:00 noon Wednesday October 22nd, all non-military sea traffic will be shut down with ports and beaches will be militarily occupied

In three days time; at 12:00 noon Thursday October 23rd, all non-military land traffic across the Vectorian boarder will be shut down and the boarder will be occupied by military units.

The Government is being evacuated to Mount Vectors for the impending apocalypse.

The last space launch is taking place to supply SpaceStation Frostbite in case of a post-apocalyptic collapse of the Republic.

The Vectorian Zombie Attack Teams are one again placed onto alert. Now with one zombie assault experience; this hardened team of eighty men is now preparing to meet the first wave of zombies upon Vectors.

The Vectorian Armed Forces are distributing to select teams Hard Shell Suits to counter zombie infection. These shell suits greatly lower mobility; but are impervious to physical beatings, and self contained. The Hard Shell Teams are basically to provide a moving distraction so tactical forces can pick of the zombies from secure locations. Apart from a distraction; these suits will be used in high contamination areas with the users armed with machine pistols to slowly reduce the population.

A voluntary relocation effort has begin; allowing the removal of up to 100'000 people from each major city to military secured camps in the country side.
