Back to zombies. Wouldn't you all agree that helicopter gunships are the best way to deal with them? Zombies aren't particularly fast, depending on the type of zombie we're taking about, and have absolutely no anti-air capability. Helicopters can hover and can be armed with a variety of anti-personnel weapons, such as napalm missiles, incendiary cannon rounds, etc. Another thing with attack helicopters is that they can land anywhere; refueling stations can be placed on top of high buildings of defensible fortresses where the zombies cannot reach them.

If pilots would only just follow standard operating procedure and not fly dangerously close to the ground for no reason (AKA every movie pilot), helicopter gunships would be the ultimate zombie killers, capable of sticking around even after jets run out of runways to land at.

Of course, on a single-person basis, any accurate gun would be great, though machetes and other bladed weapons are a good choice too. For the household zombie warrior, the kitchen knife is a great idea, particularly if you can get the drop on the zombies, though the range is very short.

Well I was thinking now that a lot of nations have the cure I figured it would be possible to get the cure into rain clouds so it cured anything it rained on.

Zombies in a logical sense would be vulnerable to everything people are. Gunfire, fire, chemical attack, radiation.

The cell-regeneration mechanism would probably fail in zombies, so they'd actually be significantly more vulnerable to radiation than humans.

In cramped street conditions, Polearms should be used to the undead at bay while your riflemen mow them down and your swordsmen decapitate them. However, Polearms and scythes will do you no good in the close quarters of an apartment. Make sure your men have an officer nearby so that their morale will not falter if your positions begin to be overrun.
Also, zombies can't be destroyed by radiation due to their necrotic flesh. In fact, all zombies not destroyed in the blast will spread dangerously high amounts of radiation to certain areas. Fire can destroy zombies, but will take longer than people.
