As for a starting post, I'd suggest either reacting to one of the above posts ICly or writing something about your state of affairs at the start of the RP.

As long as it is an IRL nation, or other organization (fictional or real) of your choice.

First post made to set the stage, next post I make will take into account more of what other people have posted.

But to be clear of the US's position on China, it loudly condemns China's actions, asserts that space is the common property of mankind & that the united states will present a proposal to the united nations for a new outer space treaty & a voting body on space matters with voting power determined by space launch capacity.
