While he isn't necessarily entirely book smart, his street smart allows him to make precise calculations when taking into account the ballistics and trajectories of his knives using simple geometry and physics. Biography: The Son of a wealthy businessman, Hawker was destined for greatness. His family had a long, rich history of conquerors in their bloodline. He was expected to fulfill the legacy of his powerful ancestors, and his father would be there to help him through every step. Unfortunately, His father, severely stricken with cancer, perished just as Hawker gained his powers by going into Puberty at 12, leaving him in the hands of his abusive mother. In addition to his, like every edgy kid in middle/high school, Hawker was being bullied. Severely. Over the next couple of years, Hawker trained himself both physically and mentally, to, one day, get back at his mother, and those who wronged him at school, in some way. He'd always heard stories about how the "Superheroes" would come and make everything good, and had honestly grown up his whole believing that. But where, he soon realized, were the "heroes" that would save him?
This realization was the impetus of Hawker's spree of terrible acts, one of which brought Hawker as a recruit to Project Sekhola, in the first place. During his sophomore year, Hawker, disguising his disturbed nature underneath an optimistic guise, infiltrated the friend group of one of his main harassers, where, once they were alone, he murdered in the bathroom of his school. Coming to the realization of what he'd done, Hawker panicked and left the school promptly - the school soon finding the body of the kid hastily hidden in a stall, and covered with dozens of knives dug into his body.
After a brief confrontation with his mother, Hawker fled his house completely and went on the run, chasing from friends, family, and police alike. While he planned to get away from the city ultimately, he knew he couldn't make it out, given the Police's speed and efficiency. it was the action of the unknown organization which allowed him to escape - albeit, in a method he was not expecting. During a chase on foot, Hawker was struck in the arm with a tranquilizer, which led to him soon collapsing and losing consciousness. His pursuers, who soon realized finding him was impossible, gave up the chase and put a bounty on his head. Hawker, on the other hand, was quite literally shipped away from home, by the unknown group. When he awoke, he found himself in Indonesia, of all places, and with a host of other individuals like him...
Personality: Extremely mentally disturbed, Hawker has a volatile personality, whether he knows it or not. Unknowingly, he was diagnosed with multiple-personality disorder - and a severe version of it, meaning that it's hard to tell which part of Hawker is his real personality, and which isn't. By default, Hawker is a carefree, generally optimistic individual, and someone easily able to become friends with. Hell, in that state, murdering anyone would be the last thing he'd ever want to do. However, like all cliche edgy folk, Hawker has a dark side - and an extremely dark one, at that. Because his personality switches in literal seconds, Hawker could be thinking about, say, a burger one second, and stabbing someone with a knife the other second. This makes him a difficult individual to approach, as nobody ever knows when he'll "snap" next.

Biography: Stuart was orphaned at a young age and was taken in by his uncle who was a park ranger. When he was around 16 he started dirt bikeing which lead him to try stunting a bit, turns out he was good at it, so every time he got a chance, he would do stunts with the dirt bike he got for his birthday. When he hit 20 that was when his powers started to pop up. The first thing that happened was he could understand the animals around him, what they where saying, thinking, feeling, next was the control, tho he stumbled on this one whilst he was trying to wash his uncles dog and the said dog did not want to stay still, and his last power was an even grater shock to him. It had happened one night when he was camping out on his own in the woods, he had transformed in to a wolf in his sleep and when he woke up he was still in his wolf form, he started panicking and it was at that point that he reverted back to his normal self, but do to it being his first transformation he fell unconscious from over exerting himself. A full year later and he had got used to the powers some what, tho the transformations where still taxing on him physically even after he got around how to actually use that power, and it was do to this power that he got tranqued and dragged off to Sekhola
Personality: His quiet by nature and prefers to be on his own if at all possible. When some one is making a first impression with him, the way they act whilst they are around him matters a grate deal to him, for if they treat him like his dirt then to him they are not worth just his time but his patience as well, this leads in to the fact that he is weary temperamental person. He generally dos not like big crowds, rather prefering to be left alone.

The next time she was given a choice of where to go, she asked to go to the library. This time, with supervision. Her mother took her and feeling at ease that they were in public she let Viridiana out of her sight, but stayed by the entrance waiting for her girl to come back. Come back she did, two hours later with a small stack of books relating to magic of various types, including those used by the superheroes in the comics. It was during this time she first began to look at computer codes in some of the other books. While magic was where her heart lay, her parents encouraged the reading of computer related books. Both of them worked for software companies and this was something they approved of. Because of this, they took Viridiana to the Library and permitted her to read whatever she wanted, so long as half of what she brought home was computer related.
By age 12, Viridiana had already figured out the basics of magic and she had even found someone, quite by accident, who could guide her on her path. They never gave her their real name, he called himself "The Codex" and helped her with some basics. Under the Codex, Viridiana was able to craft a spellbook. This was an important step for her, but the Codex had more demands of her. At age 13, he took her deep into the woods one night when she again evaded her parents. Bringing her spellbook with her, she found The Codex and several other robed figures waiting for her. They asked her if she wanted to continue training. She said yes and they said they would be in contact with an organization to help her.
It took several months, but eventually an invitation to a charter school arrived in the mail. Relieved that she got into such a prestigious school, Viridiana's parents asked her to pack and prepare to go immediately. She only brought changes of clothing and her spellbook with her, hidden from her parents of course.
Personality: Lexicon was homeschooled before she was sent to SEKHOLA and has little interaction with others her own age. What she did have of interaction was with other homeschooled kids and the occasional run-in with children at the Library. Because of this she is somewhat shy, but upon getting to know someone is very friendly. She had a willingness to ignore the rules if it enabled her to learn more about magic or simply do what she would prefer to do.

- Enhanced Athletic Condition: While Hawker didn't take a physically straining sport in high school like Football, he was an active member of the swim team, but most evidently cross country as a freshman. However, as a current sophomore, he put his grades before sports (like any logical person should), and hasn't been as active as he used to be.
- Battle Strategist: Hawker tends to think faster than most individuals. While he isn't necessarily entirely book smart, his street smart allows him to make precise calculations when taking into account the ballistics and trajectories of his knives using simple geometry and physics. This also classifies him as a cunning battle strategist, who often uses his powers in clever ways to outsmart opponents.
- The Knife: Hawker's combat skill set, and virtually everything else related to his abilities, revolves around the knife as a multi-purpose tool, be it for survival, defense, offense, culinary practices, first aid, you name it. Even without his powers, hawker is a knife freak and expert.

Biography: The Son of a wealthy businessman, Hawker was destined for greatness. His family had a long, rich history of conquerors in their bloodline. He was expected to fulfill the legacy of his powerful ancestors, and his father would be there to help him through every step. Unfortunately, His father, severely stricken with cancer, perished just as Hawker gained his powers by going into Puberty at 12, leaving him in the hands of his abusive mother. In addition to his, like every edgy kid in middle/high school, Hawker was being bullied. Severely. Over the next couple of years, Hawker trained himself both physically and mentally, to, one day, get back at his mother, and those who wronged him at school, in some way. He'd always heard stories about how the "Superheroes" would come and make everything good, and had honestly grown up his whole believing that. But where, he soon realized, were the "heroes" that would save him?
This realization was the impetus of Hawker's spree of terrible acts, one of which brought Hawker as a recruit to Project Sekhola, in the first place. During his sophomore year, Hawker, disguising his disturbed nature underneath an optimistic guise, infiltrated the friend group of one of his main harassers, where, once they were alone, he murdered in the bathroom of his school. Coming to the realization of what he'd done, Hawker panicked and left the school promptly - the school soon finding the body of the kid hastily hidden in a stall, and covered with dozens of knives dug into his body.
After a brief confrontation with his mother, Hawker fled his house completely and went on the run, chasing from friends, family, and police alike. While he planned to get away from the city ultimately, he knew he couldn't make it out, given the Police's speed and efficiency. it was the action of the unknown organization which allowed him to escape - albeit, in a method he was not expecting. During a chase on foot, Hawker was struck in the arm with a tranquilizer, which led to him soon collapsing and losing consciousness. His pursuers, who soon realized finding him was impossible, gave up the chase and put a bounty on his head. Hawker, on the other hand, was quite literally shipped away from home, by the unknown group. When he awoke, he found himself in Indonesia, of all places, and with a host of other individuals like him...
Personality: Extremely mentally disturbed, Hawker has a volatile personality, whether he knows it or not. Unknowingly, he was diagnosed with multiple-personality disorder - and a severe version of it, meaning that it's hard to tell which part of Hawker is his real personality, and which isn't. By default, Hawker is a carefree, generally optimistic individual, and someone easily able to become friends with. Hell, in that state, murdering anyone would be the last thing he'd ever want to do. However, like all cliche edgy folk, Hawker has a dark side - and an extremely dark one, at that. Because his personality switches in literal seconds, Hawker could be thinking about, say, a burger one second, and stabbing someone with a knife the other second. This makes him a difficult individual to approach, as nobody ever knows when he'll "snap" next.

Biography: Abandoned by his parents when he was born, Alex was immediately sent to an orphanage where one day he would hopefully be adopted. However, that day never came. He’s had his powers as long as he can remember, perhaps even when he was born but he did not fully use them to their full potential until he was around 12. And being the rebellious child he was, Alex didn't exactly use his gifts for the most morale of things, often shoplifting and the sort. Up to this point, he had tried his best not to openly broadcast his powers however one day a moderately harmless robbery would change that. Alex fell witness one night in a gas station how his powers could really change his life. How easy it was to dispatch someone even when held at gunpoint. A single decision he made that would send him to The Compound where he would never see his old friends again.
Personality: Highly confident and slightly arrogant. Alex is a rather cheerful individual, and despite who he is, looks for the good in people. Easily trustworthy and likeable due to his lighthearted demeanor. He can be very responsible and mature for his age however Alex is rather rebellious and will outright refuse orders if he deems them stupid. This nature is fueled by his strong determination and willpower that not even the strongest have yet to pierce through. Not to mention that he is not to be underestimated as he can prove to be a dangerous opponent if threatened. Alex does not like being confined. In all honesty, there is almost no way to keep him in one place if he doesn’t want to be there.

He wasn't the most popular guy around, but he was liked well-enough. When his powers started manifesting the only thing he really did was bring money into the real world, creating a secret wealth for himself. It was when he was practicing bringing "other things" to the real world that he was abducted.
Personality: He's slightly cautious, but generally rather nice and kind to those he comes into contact with. Digi doesn't exactly want to be a villain, in all honesty he'd prefer practicing various video games, getting ready to one day join the professional gaming leagues.

Biography: Viridiana was born into a normal family in Massachusetts, north of Boston. Her family can trace its ancestry back to the original settlers at Plymouth and Salem. Perhaps it was this connection that drew Viridiana to look at the world differently. Perhaps it was her own powers activating. At a young age, her parents couldn't leave her at home by herself. Twice, the house caught fire. One time, it was struck by lightning. Another they came home and the bird and its cage were encased in a cone of ice. After the second house fire, they brought Viridiana everywhere. At this time, she was nine. Her powers were active, but they needed some kind of control. Afraid that their girl was going to be taken from them because of her powers, she was hidden away. At age 11, she was able to sneak out for the first time since her parents wouldn't leave her by herself again. She went to the Library, read everything she could about the old Salem trials.
The next time she was given a choice of where to go, she asked to go to the library. This time, with supervision. Her mother took her and feeling at ease that they were in public she let Viridiana out of her sight, but stayed by the entrance waiting for her girl to come back. Come back she did, two hours later with a small stack of books relating to magic of various types, including those used by the superheroes in the comics. It was during this time she first began to look at computer codes in some of the other books. While magic was where her heart lay, her parents encouraged the reading of computer related books. Both of them worked for software companies and this was something they approved of. Because of this, they took Viridiana to the Library and permitted her to read whatever she wanted, so long as half of what she brought home was computer related.
By age 12, Viridiana had already figured out the basics of magic and she had even found someone, quite by accident, who could guide her on her path. They never gave her their real name, he called himself "The Codex" and helped her with some basics. Under the Codex, Viridiana was able to craft a spellbook. This was an important step for her, but the Codex had more demands of her. At age 13, he took her deep into the woods one night when she again evaded her parents. Bringing her spellbook with her, she found The Codex and several other robed figures waiting for her. They asked her if she wanted to continue training. She said yes and they said they would be in contact with an organization to help her.
It took several months, but eventually an invitation to a charter school arrived in the mail. Relieved that she got into such a prestigious school, Viridiana's parents asked her to pack and prepare to go immediately. She only brought changes of clothing and her spellbook with her, hidden from her parents of course.
Personality: Lexicon was homeschooled before she was sent to SEKHOLA and has little interaction with others her own age. What she did have of interaction was with other homeschooled kids and the occasional run-in with children at the Library. Because of this she is somewhat shy, but upon getting to know someone is very friendly. She had a willingness to ignore the rules if it enabled her to learn more about magic or simply do what she would prefer to do.

I'm a bit conflicted. Powers don't usually show up until puberty starts, and although there are exceptions, I'm hesitant to make them. I'm also a bit iffy about the manner in which she got into the program... the vast majority of students get a tranquilizer dart to the neck, not an invitation.

Abilities: "Time" Stop: The ability to suspend the subjective sense of time of anyone within a given range. Those under its effect are frozen in place for the duration of its activation. Its range is determined at activation; being able to reach up to 120 yards. Finally, it can only stop sentient beings, such as humans and theoretically animals, but it is unable to stop inanimate objects or physical phenomena such as speed and momentum. (For example, it can neither stop a clock nor a projectile in mid-flight)
Singular Freeze: Can stop the movement of one thing. This power cannot be used at the same time as "Time" Stop and can only freeze one thing at a time. If a singular object is thrown at the user, the user can stop that object. However it doesn't stop it's speed or momentum so when the object is unfrozen it will still have the same speed and momentum. (I.E Stopping a single bullet, moving out of the way and then the bullet resuming at the speed it started) This also cannot be used on a singular person or animal as well only on inanimate objects.

Biography:John was born into a fairly well off household. His parents both had jobs, with his father in the French Armed Forces and his mother being a teacher so John mostly grew up around his aunt and uncle. As John grew up he got more and more cold towards his parents as he felt they were trying to avoid him, thus when ever his parents did see him he would push them away seeing his aunt and uncle as his true parents.
When John was nine he decided to take fencing lessons after watching a VHS tape of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Australia and instantly falling in love with fencing. Later when he was ten he found an old French Naval Cutlass in his uncle's attic, belonging to his great-great-great grandfather. His uncle, seeing his nephew's love for fencing decided he would give John the sword when he turned sixteen. As time went on John continued his fencing and eventually when he was eleven he discovered his "Time Stop" ability. His aunt and uncle were in the kitchen when he noticed they had stopped moving, the ball his uncle had tossed into the air had landed but his uncle showed no reaction. He saw that the clock continued to tick even though no one else was moving. Suddenly the food his aunt was making caught fire, causing John to panic which then made "time" resume. His aunt and uncle quickly put the fire out, wondering why that happened so suddenly.
As John went through puberty he discovered that he could not only "freeze time" but he could also freeze an object. He discovered this by using a slingshot and then making the rock he shot freeze midair. Then he positioned the rock to go towards the glass bottle behind him where it then launched with the same force he sent it.
Finally at the age of sixteen, on his birthday John was gifted the cutlass his uncle had promised him. He then stole a PAMAS G1 from his father. John also had become one of his fencing's teams best fencers. Now, John hopes he can use his powers to help finish class...or so he hoped.
Personality:John is quite cold towards those that he doesn't know personally, he believes that unless that person is his equal they have no right to become his friend. John also is quite the rule breaker, having abused his stop time power many times to help get ahead in class, such as copying off another student. John also likes to spend his free time practicing his fencing and working on developing his powers.

Skills: Valter is a fairly skilled athlete, being particularly talented in the sports of track and field and cross country (He's pretty fast, considering being fast isn't his power). Biography: Valter was born the son of a writer and a professor living in Ney York City. He was raised in a strict academic environment, with his parents trying to educate him from a very young age. He had very little interaction with other children during these first years of his life. When he began school he immediately rose to prominence, always leaving a mark on his teachers and classmates and passing classes with outstanding grades. He began to realize as he aged that the public schooling system could not educate him to the same extent that he could himself, and began an epic journey to increase his intelligence. When he was in sixth grade, Valter led a mock Marxist revolution at his school by convincing many of the somewhat disaffected students to "overthrow" the more wealthy and popular attendees of the school. This movement escalated, and there was a spike in violence between the two factions that caused Valter to call off his experiment. He avoided punishment. During seventh grade, his parents began making him apply to private schools across the nation, hoping that his exemplary academic and communal performance would earn him a spot at a prestigious boarding school. They were not disappointed, and Valter was accepted Phillips Academy that same year. He moved away from his parents and did extremely well at his new school, but it was only a matter of months before he experienced yet another change of scenery. As he was returning from a late night stroll around the exterior of the campus, Valter was set upon by a group of adults. The conflict was short, and Valter was loaded unconscious into the back of a van. He awoke within the compound.
Personality: Valter is very analytical. he enjoys observing and mulling over an issue from every point of view possible, and loves to play devil's advocate. Overall, Valter is cool, calm, and collected. He rarely gets overrun by emotion. In fact, he rarely acknowledges the fact that his emotions are valid, though he of course admits that they exist.

Actually, I tried to make mine less cliched with the superpowers, and only made Natalya resistant to damage from certain temperatures whether or not it's cold or heat. Natalya can turn into fog. So... it's not a copy.
