One more question: What do you mean by your rank as "Steward". Do you mean like a quartermaster? I'd recommend using the chart seen on this page, the navy column of said chart, to select the rank. In general, though, your rank should not exceed the player who apped for the ship in the first place.

If you mean as a naval cook, that's fine, but it'd not be the most active or exciting role, is what I mean.

Well, assuming you mean to say that cargo space is cut down to accommodate in room and quarter, storing the extra food and water needed for those extra people, it could work, if a bit unorthodox.

His family, catholic and of the high class, adopted a black boy whose was going to be sold as slave, giving him a full document to give him the rights of a high-class Citizen. Once, when he was with 13 years, His city got raided by pirates, that killed many of his friends and people he knew. After that, he lived his life with a big hatred for pirates, until he enlisted with his “Adoption-brother” at the royal navy, having him as a sailor, and His brother, as a marine. He started his career as an able seaman, in a frigate called “H.M.S. Cavour”, soon growing his skills as a sailor and sword fighter. When he hit 20 years, he entered the Officer Academy, becoming soon an officer. 2 Years later, he was appointed as Captain by the Admiralty, and having the “Caribbean Maiden” appointed as his ship.
For these days, Philip sails in the sea of Caribbean islands, hunting down pirates, hoping to find the Pirate republic, and take it down.
