With a great smile upon his face, Tylith runs off to go ask about what he gets to help with next with the she-spirits. But before he tells Arus :
"Yes sir! I would never do such a thing. It is only right to respectfully hunt the likes of evil men."
After a while of taking great pleasure in what the Dirae considered to be average cases, he takes a break to go see what other gods are doing. Going to what he assumes to be the second most interesting fellow immortal, he runs off to Aishmael-Lich's realm, the shatterlands and see what he's doing. (Only after answering a follower's prayer to aid him in the killing of a bear, of course.)

Aishmael-Lich was busy fiddling and activating the various thingamajigs and thingamabobs of the portal when he felt a, interesting signature. It was the signature of a god, not just any god, but a son of Fe! "Interesting interesting interesting..." thought the mad god. "Why," spoke the insane god, "Hello half brother...", the god would then order some Fel nearby to give the arrival with some luxuries. "Well," started the god as he clicked something on the portal, "Why don't you explain why you're here half brother. Do you want to see what I did in this pocket dimension?"

Dovtoriim flew swiftly through the frigid air. He could almost taste the destruction that beckoned just beyond the storm. It was strange, however, cold and empty, no enjoyment of the kill, no thrill of the chase and no savoring of the kill. Such a waste. Dovtoriim was fast approaching the storm, however, and while he could have tried to dissipate it, he feared this would result in the loss of his quarry. Instead he plunged through the storm, passing through to the clouds. At last he saw his prey, and to his shock it was Aetherius. Aetherius, however, was a "good" god, and so Dovtoriim's curiosity was peaked evermore as to why Aetherius would be so close to a great slaughter of mortals, yet seemed to remain on the fringe. Perhaps he would soon find out. Dovtoriim slowed his descent, landing gracefully near Aetherius.
"Greetings Aetherius," Dovtoriim said as he slowly approached "What brings so pure a god here, but a short while from a brutal slaughter?" He knew he should not mock Aetherius, but he could not help his nature. "Too late to save the little mortals hmm?" He asked, chuckling softly.

Making souls into a portal... Seems rather complex. Do souls even have energy? I always thought it was the flesh of the thing that gave ye the energy to do things. Hmm... But, how do you get so many souls? I can maybe kill twenty men a day in some accident before I need a nap, or feel bad about overdoing the whole predator is the prey thing.

"I would send you back into the skies, but I have greater problems than your mocking."

"Oh such a sting Aetherius! How you wound me my friend, why I would never dream of mocking you!" Dovtoriim replied, purposely poorly faking being hurt. He continued in his normal voice "After all, you are much too stodgy and dull for it to be any fun. But you have yet to answer my question, dear friend. What has brought you here?"

"You do not need to know, and I am done talking to you."
He prepared to teleport back to Midnight.
