I was thinking about making a limited teleporter character of sorts with door projection and pocket dimension creation. The powers are gained from mystical means from a key that he has in his possession, how he gained it I will figure out later. Just wondering in terms of stat points how much this would require

When it comes to points I think something like fallout whereby you can have a maximum of 10 points per stat with 5-6 being roughly average in that stat. With 36 points this means you will be forced to sacrifice some stats in others and accept weaknesses if you want to be more than average. Just my opinion though.

the max of 6 is only for cahracter creation, they can increase through the IC.

The stat build would depend upon what type of fighter you wanted your chrater to be.

He is not going to be much of a fighter honestly. Some type of quiet scholar of the arcane and part time thief would be a better representation of what he will be. In a stand up fight though he will get his ass whooped outside weird circumstances.

That's the point. In order to excel at something, you'll have to sacrifice something. Strategy you see.

You have six points to spend on powers.

I would say that is a Tier 3 power so it would cost all six points.

I understand. To beter explain though: As you said the door projection effectively functions as a limited teleportation system allowing him to travel from any doorway to any other doorway so long as he knows about it. That is the key thing, he can't say travel to the oval office from his bedroom door since he has never been there, on the otherhand he could travel to say his classroom from the aforementioned bedroom.

In the case of the Pocket dimension creation it again is limited, the dimension in question he can travel to from any doorway he knows about and is in effect a small white room of sorts which is in a way similar to the harry potter Room of Hidden Things. He for the most part uses it as a storage receptacle and by doing so it will in effect preserve said thing so long as he keeps it in there. He also uses it as a private lair of course.
