Jeremy attended the local public school, and did very well. Quickly, the chain expanded, across the North-eastern US and Canada, before expanding to the West Coast. Cornering the market, he did exceptionally well for himself. It only got better when Beaumont and Green Mountain Foods began purchasing/creating other grocery store chains, to expand to new markets, especially in Europe. In the mid 1990s, during this period of growth, Beaumont moved his corporate headquarters to New York, where he has lived ever since.

Throughout the 2000s, Beaumont did even better, as the company became a conglomerate, expanding vertically and horizontally. Green Mountain Foods became a major international brand. And that is when Beaumont retired, the year 2008, so he could run in the 2009 mayoral race. That year he also joined a political party. After winning by a margin of 4 points, Beaumont fought hard for the sugary drinks ban, an increase in the police force, and witnessed crime being sliced across all boroughs. He also cut city government waste, to pay for a few urban infrastructure revitalization projects. He also initiated a few counter terrorism initiatives.
