I think that why I'm not great friends with the Soviets(despite being the first country to open relations with them in history). I also have Trotsky in Mexico as exile but also as guest. There's not much in the way of selections I'm afraid. Pretty much all of South America is open, along with Liberia in Africa, but aside from that there's not much left.

The UK's(including the British Empire) was around 1 trillion at the time.
Idk about the USSRs but it's much higher than 27 billion.
