Can't make a picture, but I want the lake on the northwestern continent, with territory stretching towards the mountains and into the forest.

You're the anti-religious people, right? My characters are elves that split from their homeland after some disagreements a long time ago. If you're elves could there be a chance of a joint history far in the past?

In my lore, I'm having the Barasheen be native to one of the islands, but were pushed out by invaders. Maybe?

Well, I meant long after Ethium was founded, but there could be two. How about the early Ethians land in their island (the one just above your territory, coincidentally), and slaughter a bunch of your people and push the rest out. Hundreds, or very well thousands of years later, they begin marching and expanding into the mainland, and you defeat us.
