I'll finish off my app in the morning, just so you know I haven't been lazing around.

You know, I've been looking for something to fill a couple of gaps. I've not much experience with cyberpunk, admittedly, but I'll see what I can do to make something interesting given the lore.

If you're wondering, I don't have much experience because I've played the intro sequence of Shadowrun.

Nation Name: Kotahi Akuaka Hona Yocatala Mataka Tekarua Hapuka Ik' Ka' Ek' Akai
Character Name: Ahava Haza bat-Aharon
Nationality: Israeli
Affiliation: Nobody in particular
Gender: Female
Age: 83
Species: Genie (Genetically augmented human)
Appearance: These are rather large pictures
Clothing is various, but these should help paint a picture
Personality: Ahava can best be described as the sort of person who goes to a party, and then doesn't talk to anyone.
I saw "traits as a CK2 character" earlier. I could do that if desired, but I honestly am not that good at describing personalities. Show, don't tell, eh?
Weapons: Plasma rifle intended for sniping, a common ballistic pistol, a curved dagger, and a shiv made from an old key.
Strengths: Intellect, improv skills, affinity for stealth, seeming coyness
Weaknesses: She lacks any significant physical strength, and her small frame makes her easy to overpower. She, in essence, lacks skills in the case of direct confrontation.
Profession: Ex-mercenary
Character History: Born in 2035, a few years after the first genetic experiments were carried out on fetuses, Ahava was one of the first genetically modified fetuses in the Middle East. Born to a wealthy Mizrahi family, her father was a prominent businessman who kept his holdings in-tact through the continued use of mercenaries, protecting against the warlords beyond the border. This would prove rather effective for her earlier years, as she grew up well-educated and well-funded. Things were going pretty well, and she grew up like any other child. Her parents were afraid, by her 20th birthday, that the genetic engineering they had undertaken on her had been completely lost, although they would be proven quickly wrong.

She had not seemed to change much over the next few years. It became quickly evident that the experiment had worked, and her life had been significantly, if not indefinitely, prolonged. Her aging had slowed to an invisible rate, to the point that even at the age of 83, she still appears to be the same as she was decades ago. A few weeks after her 26th birthday, the mercenary guards that her father had hired turned hostile, and the family was attacked. While the parents were able to flee to a more stable region, their daughter, Ahava, was captured in the escape and sold off to a local warlord. She served her next three years in the life of a slave, forced to do housework and wear humiliating costumes for the pleasure of her sheikh. She, fortunately, managed to stave off unwanted advances and confined her duties to being an unwilling maid.

After three years, on her 29th birthday, she still looked as if she were 19. Having gained the trust of her lord, she offered to make him a birthday cake in celebration. He let her, and would soon regret doing so. She poisoned the cake, with the sheikh falling violently, but not fatally, ill after eating it. Using the advantage, she escaped from her usual restraints and used the sharp, rigid, and serrated key as a weapon against any trying to stop her. She snuck her way into the desert, and after hours of walking in the night, was lucky to find a friendly Bedouin tribe willing to help her travel to Dubai, where she could lead a life of recovery and safety.

She was, at the time, granted subsidies for living from the government of Dubai on the condition that she act as an informant and raider to bring down local slavers. They were, after all, a serious detriment to Dubai's system of order and law. She happily accepted, using subsidies and government pay to not only survive, but she used the lessons she had been taught to invest properly and build a comfortable life. She started by playing a part in sting operations, using what knowledge she had gained to contact slavers and set them up. As time progressed, her work became more violent, involving infiltration and eventually assassination of warlords and slavers. It was through her efforts that the government granted her a plasma rifle to use in her missions, a very effective weapon indeed, and a standard pistol for self-defense. She carried her missions out dutifully, and after nearly five years, was released from her government contract and allowed to live whatever life she chose. Now getting close to her 40's, she became a mercenary. She worked as a guard for private corporations willing to pay big for good security, and made herself a small fortune. This continued for a while.

On her 50th birthday, she officially resigned from her work. She met up face-to-face with her parents for the first time since she was captured, having only had loose contact with them since arriving in Dubai. It was very emotional and tearful, and had the phrase "You look just like we remember" in it for obvious reasons. The family was finally reunited. Ahava used her wealth to ensure a steady flow of wealth through investments, and currently stands situated with a comfortable life and several places of residence in multiple countries. Despite this, she has always remained humbled by her past experiences, clawing her way from near-death to a small fortune was no easy feat, but she has no pride over it. She's spent the last 30 years or so doing some of the things she wanted to do before she was given such an unusual life, namely musical endeavors. Even still, though, her skills are as sharp as ever, and she remains untrusting of others. Her social skills leave much to be desired, although her silent personality can be seen as endearing by some.

Her current location is at home, in whatever location is most convenient for interaction with players.

Character's Role in the Plot: I'd consider this relatively fluid, although the most likely case is as a scout, guard, or infiltrator for the anti-conspirators.

If you want to stick with a middle eastern character, I suggest something along the lines of you being a former operative of the Dubai Government. For your role, maybe you can work for Xylon as a Contractor?

And the alternative being... that both the genetically modified and cyberneticly modified ruling over the world? I would rather have 1 enemy instead of 2, and the grey flood is the best method of eliminating one of them. With them out of the way, sure the genetically modified will grow in power, but so will the baseline humans.

Age:Appears and has the physical traits of 34, real age 116.
Species: Cybernetically enhanced human.
Appearance:

Unique Characteristics; White hair, Red eyes. Specifics; Height of six feet and three inches weighing 162 pounds. Has a choker and almost wears a necklace with the Iron Cross. When asked about it, he simply says he's loyal to his nation.
Personality:Outwardly, Ryan is quite jovial and happy. Cracking jokes like no one's business, he's very candid and in situations is socially awkward with these features. However, as a few people truly close to him know - this is his method of coping. This is his method of coping with his crippling depression stemming from a century old occurrence but one that still has reverberations in his psyche to this day. On a fateful day - when he was 16 - on April 23rd, 2019 his girlfriend and one of the only two people he's ever loved killed themselves after leaving hints to him that they would do so. Fleeing emotionally to his first crush who incidentally had many of the emotional problems that his First had - they too commited suicide. This completely shattered Ryan's admittedly fragile psyche and sent him into the depths of sociopathy and nihilism. In the centuries since, he has tried his very best to keep this under wraps - but all secrets get out eventually.
Weapons: When in warzones as the Supreme Commander of Union Forces, carries a specially made X-42 Ostpreussen assault rifle. A rather rarity due to its use of bullets rather then lasers or plasma, it is considered an almost flawless weapon with a fire rate of 900 rounds per minute, a 30 round magazine and high caliber ammunition, its one flaw is the accumulation of all of its successes - it is extensively prone to jamming which requires atleast a minute to rectify, leaving him at the mercy of his sidearm, the X-58 Imperator sub machine gun. Looking rather like a longer, thicker Uzi from centuries past, it has a rather small caliber ammunition leaving Ryan exposed if facing heavily armored foes without allies.
Strengths:Extensive tactical experience from decades of time spent in the military without sacrificing physical capability, has charisma from decades of working with and around people. Extensive access to funds.
Weaknesses:Extremely fragil psyche - anyone who convinces him he cares about them can practically ask him to walk off a building without so much as a question as to why - and he'll kill absolutely everyone except them. Has a disdain for all men and women he doesn't particularly care about, which occassionally shows in his tactical decisions when his social abilities fail him.
Profession:Supreme Commander of the Union of North American States Military.
Character History:Born in 2002 in the then state of Florida in the United States of America, most of his early life was addressed earlier in the Personality section of the application, so I will skip to College. Studying to become a lawyer and hoping to one day become a politician, his parents had been bankrolling him through Harvard University due to their vast wealth from dicey stock practices. Then, in the middle of his courses, his parent's bank accounts were frozen by the IRS for an investigation. With little to no material assets of his own, he was forced to enlist in the Military to serve his tour of duty and get through Harvard once he got back through the provisions of the GI bill. However, he found no small measure of success in the Officer Candidate's School and was fast tracked to high prospects. One of the first soldiers to respond to the Absolution, he has since then been one of the foremost authorities on its contents that the UNAS has controlled. Having pocketed artifacts from the Absolution discovery team, he sold them for ludicrous amounts of money - allowing him to buy the best age controlling cybernetics known to man since then. He became the Supreme Commander in 2110, and has presided over Military buildup humanity has never seen.
Character's Role in the Plot:Depends on who gets to him first. If left to his own devices, will try to save cybernetics like himself from the Flood and attempt to bring UNAS on top. If psychologically broken, will practically throw himself at the feet of anyone trying to spread the Flood so he can kill humanity.
