The death of the official was because of the nano-virus, which is still classified and definitely not public knowledge. Maybe Heidreich can help identify the virus.

They still have competition, though it is hard to compete against them. I am also thinking of the owner being part of the Conspiracy.

WarpCorp Productions: one of the private companies in the USNa working of FTL travel, they also build hover vehicles using mag lev technology.

Omni Sun Union: supposedly an enviromentally friendly company experimenting with Solar power uses. In all actuallity is developing weapons that use solar energy.

for the most part yes, I will go a bit more into details later, though. Omni sun is also government funded, but can still act as a shell to get ghosts to specific areas in the USNA as there are labs all over.
