Now that is completely up to you, I was just writing two random NPCs, now its your job to give him nuance

I'm thinking he comes from Old Money in New England, probably old bank money. Perhaps his family owns quite a few major banks. And basically when the Aliens came, he invested quite a bit of money into the new technology, so much so that he became a very powerful figure in that regard. Then, he began to maintain direct contact with the Aliens, tying them in the with the occult, which he studies profusely. He has become a puppet master in both North American and Sino-Russian politics, perpetuating the Cold War to control humanity. In addition, due to modification, he will have some very powerful modifications, such as shape shifting and immortality. I may leave his past fairly ambiguous, for plot reasons, if that is alright.

Character History: Jurgen was born in Bern, Switzerland to a wealthy family. When He was 2 his father, Fritz, moved the family to Los Angles, California because he got a job in Shooting Star Entertainment, a company that had its fingers in almost all aspects of entertainment, mostly in movies and music. When Jurgen was 9, his Father became CFO of Shooting Star and moved the family from a crappy apartment in the slums to a mansion in Beverly Hills. During the rest of his childhood he never saw his father much due to frequent " business trips". After Jurgen graduated highschool, he decided to get a job at his father's company in order to spend more time with him. During the next 10 years Jurgen climbed the corporate ladder while taking care of his dying father, who was dying from Leukemia. When he was 30, He managed to become CEO of Shooting Star. When He was 32, his father finally died due to Leukemia, leaving Jurgen and his mother heartbroken. A few days after his fathers funeral, Jurgen was approached by a hooded person who revealed that his Father was a member of a Conspiracy and that his father intended him to take his place. Milo agreed to join in order to honor his father's wishes. He is currently running Shooting Star and is about to announce a new project.
Character's Role in the Plot: He will cause celebrity controversies and do other stuff to distract people from the Virus.
