Appearance: This when committing villainy, very plain clothes otherwise

Personality: The polar opposite of Sylph. Angry, hateful, and distrusting of everyone she meets. Puts on a careful act to not let her true nature out unless she wants it to be shown. Only tells the truth when it furthers her own ends. Very willing to kill.

Biography: Achlys was created when the original Ann Aludra was captured and mutated by the Xantheians. The aliens took a small sample of her DNA before she was mutated and used it to flash-clone her for further experimentation. The clone was exposed to the same mutagen as Ann so, being a genetic duplicate, she gained the same power over wind. The Xantheians were not done there, however. Further genetic experiments led to Subject-15413, as the clone was now known, gaining a stronger control over her powers. The clone was also made larger and stronger than her genetic source, and though she lost the ability to generate her own pure air to breathe, it was replaced by the ability to generate clouds of poison, as well as immunity to those poisons.

All these experiments, combined with the natural mental fragility of a flash-clone, broke her mind, driving her nearly insane. She escaped her binds, killed her captors, destroyed the ship holding her, and fell to Earth. She became obsessed with revenge- on her captors (done), on those that never attempted a rescue, and on the original Ann, who she considered to be at blame for her terrible existence.

Powers/Abilities:

• Hurricane Force: Immense control of air. Strong enough to create or kill an EF-5 tornado.
  
• Death Mist: Can generate and control clouds of poison, which she is immune to.
  
• I Find Your Lack of Faith Disturbing: Favored tactic for quiet kills is removing all air from around nose and mouth, or else just tearing air out of lungs. Requires concentration to fully pull off.
  
• Enhanced Durability: Can take a lot more damage than a normal human.
  
• Enhanced Healing: Mutant cells regenerate much faster, healing from near-fatal injuries in a matter of hours.

Weaknesses

• Suggestible: Achlys is very mentally unstable and not exactly a super genius, meaning she is easy to manipulate.
  
• Obsessed: Single-minded obsession with revenge on her chosen targets leads to her neglecting or ignoring anything else.
  
• Anti-don't: Antivenoms greatly weaken her powers, and enough will render her catatonic.
  
• Distrusting: Achlys is extremely distrustful of everyone, and as such remains alone in her schemes.

Equipment: N/A

Likes: Revenge, killing, and the ocean.
Dislikes: Almost everything else. Special mention for Sylph, for obvious reasons, and other heroes, who she blames for not rescuing her or the other prisoners kept with her, regardless if they were active during the invasion or not.

Additional information: She retains all of Sylph's memories from before the abduction. Staring at the ocean is the only thing that seems to pull her mind together, if only temporarily.

How about greater wind feats (such as the mentioned tornado killing/generation) requiring a lot of concentration to pull off? That'd make it not all that useful in general combat.
