Perhaps his power needs to be cut. I mean, I'm not really concerned about Ezin considering his place and his army of angels, but Azazel is really really op.

While I wasn't expecting an issue I'll agree his is more powerful than the other gods, but from what I understood that was the point of a forerunner. It seemed to be a special position with more power that needed extra effort to get, however I would agree to tone things down if you all are truly worried about things getting out of hand. The plan was never to actually kill anyone, especially since killing PC's takes the fun away for everyone except the person doing the killing.

But I understand that even though I never planned on killing anyone, someone having the potential to do so even without the intention can be unsettling and so if you highlight exactly what bothers you the most I would be amenable to changing things. I've pinpointed what I think are some issues that may be causing this and some potential solutions.

7 Weapons - This is a central part of his character, and so I think that making the combined strength of all 7 being equal to one or two of the others gods weapons is a good way to tone down the potential power and make things less unsettling.

Him being Highborn - He technically isn't highborn, that status was taken from him when he was thrown, but I understand how I might have worded things that unintentionally made it seem as though he was. His power is supposed to be weakened, but it was never established how exactly powerful a forerunner was. I had assumed that because of their previous Highborn status they would hold some increased power over the others gods, but not as much as it seems he possesses. I'm sure we could agree on a power comparison.

My idea is 1.5 times up to maybe 3 times as powerful as a normal god, given that the 5 Highmore given in the OP ruled immense physical based domains with uber power, that most of that stripped away would be comparable to that, given that our gods mostly rule concept domains, with less power. And with the weapons, correct me if I'm wrong but a few of the are simply to do what we gods can easily do, for example traveling between realms or shapeshifting, or flight.

It could be non-believers or anyone deemed unfit to enter the realms of the gods. Like maybe someone said some prayers but he also murdered several people so he was sent to The Pit, which ever you all want is fine as long a group of people are getting tossed in I don't mind which it is.

I was going to skip the judgement dude and send evil people to the pit and good people to heaven, provided there were killed by my diasters/weather.

If you think about it, everybody but myself and him have either a nation, or some near limitless army of useful minions, which theoretically means that it would be possible to overwhelm through shear numbers, and then strip of weapons. Also, we could do some compromise in terms place of residence or who gets thrown in the pit, etc.

Well you see, if everyone killed by disaster/weather goes to heaven or hell based on your gods decision and not mine, it takes a huge number of people out of the process of being judged by a God of Judgement. Those killed fall under the control of my God until they are sent either way.

Imo, I don't see anything any more or less OP than all the chars have by benefit of being Gods - with the exception of that one item claiming to be able to remove Godly blessings. I mean, the artifacts allow him to corrupt objects - but wouldn't a God of Corruption have a similar power anyhow? Compared to NCSU's app stating that his God has a means (or at least knows of a means) of enabling the apocalypse (sorry man, just pointing it out ). On a separate note, I was under the impression that Forerunner's were just supremely powerful mortals (perhaps able to go toe-to-toe with a God in extreme cases) rather than being more powerful than the Gods themselves. I mean, why would those cast down be allowed to keep so much power? Although, not OP, so not my call at the end of the day.

As i said before, I would agree to set the limit that his 7 weapons combined equal 1 or 2 of the normal godly weapons. This would let him keep the meaning around having 7 while limiting the power.
