For the US administration, there's going to be the same charges, but there's the addition of violating the Constitution more than once, including for domestic affairs.

Although it has not been properly ratified yet, the international court of justice in The Hague has cited it as an important legal document, and the contents have, for a large part, become customary international law. This means that, with or without the treaty, these laws apply to the international scene. They didn't really originate in a single nation, as they are the result of a UN collaboration between various states. He a very popular leader, even in the face of the economic decline that came with EU and UN sanctions. His near godlike status has taken off with victory in WW3 and the success of "Operation Apocalypse". The Russian economy has grown tremendously after this, and now at the coming Tribunal he is eager to see the western powers punished for their crimes against humanity.

However, Putin has little experience in a courtroom, although he did study law at Leningrad State University. He specializes in international law, which should help him in the coming tribunal.
