(OOC: FYI the Katana fleet didn't disappear until a few years before the Battle of Naboo in 32 BBY, well after Ziam was in stasis)
Krass thought on Ziam's story for a moment. Clearly, this young man went through a lot, even before he woke up a millennia later to discover that everything changed so much. He wasn't too happy by the news that Ziam was once a Sith assassin or that he was infected by the Rakghoul plague (though there didn't seem to be any evidence that it still had control of him). However, Ziam didn't seem to be a threat and the information that he held about hidden locations- places that could easily have disappeared in the past 1,000 years- could be valuable to their cause.

Maris and Krass shared a brief stare before the latter came to a conclusion. "Well, in spite of your story, I don't think you would have a hard time to fit in," Krass concluded. "Besides, I couldn't just let you wander the galaxy alone. I'm sure that you could take care of yourself, but the galaxy has changed a bit since you last traveled through it. You might get yourself into more trouble than you would like. It is for that reason that I believe you should stay with us."

He gave a sigh of relief and stood up. "It appears again that I owe you for your generosity, maybe the Jedi aren't doomed." He would lean back on the console and think. "So, whats you- our plan for the time being, hide out on some rock till it all blows over?"

"Not necessarily," Krass said. "We're returning to an abandoned Republic command station at the edge of the Thanium Sector. Once we get back, we're going to continue raising a resistance cell to take on the Empire. Nothing on a large scale, just simple guerrilla tactics: hit-and-run missions, sabotage, convoy raiding, etc. The main focus will be to trying to find other Jedi, so that we can protect them from the Empire."

Jedi Master Aborak Rathon
Forest Moon of Endor
Underground Bunker Alpha, Lord's Chamber

It was silent, deathly silent as Rathon stared up from his comfortable bed towards the ceiling that was illuminated by the built-in screens displaying the space directly above the bunker. They gave Rathon the feeling of sleeping outdoors, except without the horrible smelling modget bears trying to kill him as they had several times before. However, today Rathon was switching between the many camoflagued security holocameras around the base. He watched as a transport slowly descended into the cloaked landing bay causing the transport to disappear into the side of the cliff before changing the view to the interior of the same landing bay. It was a massive bay, with hundreds of personnel going about their business. Visable through several large windows were the two Venator-class Star Destroyers moored in the right and left bays.

As he switched through most of the rest of the unimportant cameras, he finally returned to the "map" of the base. It was a massive facility, having taken the majority of the Clone Wars to build, it allowed for a hidden base of operations while still being large enough to house an army. Financed by backroom/criminal deals and built by reprogrammed droids and slaves, it was probably the best kept secret in the galaxy. It was nearly completed, with only the finishing touches needed.

As Master Rathon switched the view back to that of the stars in space, his door pinged as a signal someone was reqesting entrance. He slowly slid his hand in a left to right motion and the door slid open. To his surprise, it revealed Admiral Czer, who had come to discuss recent galactic events. Admiral Czer spoke first...

"My Lord, please do not feel that you need to arise from bed. If you would like, I could return later?" Czer asked, obviously surprised by his Lord being in bed.

"No, Admiral. You are here now, let us not waste time later. What is it that you needed?" Responded Rathon as he stared up at the stars above.

"Well, my Lord, I thought you might want to hear about the new developments in the galaxy?" Asked Czer as he slowly made his way into the room, taking a seat. Rathon gave a affirmative wave of his hand before Czer continued, "We have ben monitoring Imperial communications by taping into their HoloNet transceivers in the Kuat Sector and have discovered multiple things. It seems the Emperor of this new Galactic Empire is none other than Palpatine himself."

"Even I knew that, Czer. Anybody with a brain could figure that one out." Responded Elisee as she stepped into the room itself.

"I should just rename this room to conference room instead of the Lord's Quarters. It seems like that's all it is these days!" Responded Rathon as he slammed his pillow into his face in obvious annoyance.

Taking the hint, Admiral Czer quickly stood up and saluted before saying, "My report will be on your desk in the morning, my Lord." He exited the room.

Rear Admiral Jarquen

It had been several hours since Vader returned to his "quarters" in order to "commune with the Emperor", whatever that meant. Jarquen, a usually patient man, stood on the bridge and stared out towards the planet below. It's been hours, that freighter and the Jedi on it are long gone. he thought as he kicked the hard, metal floor below him. He had always loved a good chase, and a freighter would have been fun.
Alotopia is a Space Empire. So I will role play as such. The Empire of Alotopia contains 114 planets. Lord Avos Jarquen is the World Assembly observer, as he cannot vote on legislation. We are not a member of the WA.
Role-Play: I love Star Wars & Game of Thrones! So if you got a RP with those going on, hit me up. Also, winter has come and its gonna be a long one.

"Interesting, so you have troops, gear, a station, i take if you were one of the Jedi in charge of the Clone army?"

While the whole prospect of a Clone army seemed a bit crazy for him, it did make sense.

"Interesting, so you have troops, gear, a station, i take if you were one of the Jedi in charge of the Clone army?"

While the whole prospect of a Clone army seemed a bit crazy for him, it did make sense.

Krass nodded at that, his face a mask hiding the guilt he still had for leaving his men to die. "I was," he said. "It was a difficult task, one I wanted to avoid, but the Jedi Council ordered me and several other Jedi to take command of the Clone Army, and so I followed their command. From that experience, I hope that our little resistance will at least be effective enough to inspire others to stand up against the Empire."

He sighed. "After the Clone Wars, I had hoped that I would be able to take some leave to a quiet place- Alderaan, perhaps- and try to put the war behind me. But the Empire changed that. Now, another war may just be on the horizon, and this weary general has to face the coming storm once more. I am prepared for it, so long as it means that the Empire can be brought down and the Sith destroyed forever. Then, we can finally have peace."

Krass relaxed a bit in his chair. He had those thoughts on his mind for the past few months, but never voiced them to anyone. It felt good to finally say them. Despite his bit of relief, he still held the thoughts he didn't share, ones which held the possibility that this war- if it ever came into fruition- would only result in a loss for the Jedi and cement the Emperor's rule over the galaxy. There were also the memories of the Clone Wars, of the death and destruction Krass had seen as he lead his men into battle, of all the men- his men- he saw laying in their cots, bandages strewn over varying wounds, blood dripping into the ground, medics frantically working to save their lives... The Jedi master shook his head to clear the thoughts from his mind, though the moment of relaxation he had had long passed.

He caught out of the corner of his eye Maris staring at him as if she were seeing him for the first time, a sympathetic expression on her face. When he turned to stare directly at her, the young woman averted her eyes and pretended to check the navigation console for the Ranger's current position. Krass didn't dare look back toward Ziam, lest he might get a similar reaction, or worse.

Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center, Imperial Center (formerly Coruscant)
124 Days After the Execution of Order 66

The Emperor stared out of the large window that decorated his throne room, gazing upon the skyline of Imperial Center- formerly known as Coruscant- as the last rays of sunlight painted the skyscrapers a bright orange color. Over the past four months, the Emperor had lost the excitement he felt after his victory over the Jedi and turning the Republic into an Empire; yet, he still felt a sense of bliss staring outside of his throne room now and then, knowing that everything he saw was his to control. And, for just a moment, the Emperor felt at ease.

This did not last long, as the doors leading into the throne room hissed open to allow access to new arrivals. The Emperor growled quietly at being disturbed, before turning to face the newcomers. Both were easily recognizable to the Emperor: Darth Vader, his new apprentice, and Grand Moff Tarkin, the architect of the Imperial military's power. At the foot of his throne, both men knelt on one knee and bowed.

"You may rise," the Emperor said. Both men complied.

"Your majesty," Tarkin began. "It has come to my attention that there may be a resistance group being formed against the Empire."

The Emperor swept aside what emotions he may have had to focus on Tarkin's words. "Go on," he encouraged.

"As you know, we have many Imperial agents in the field to discover any rumors of such resistance. Recently, one of our agents on Omwat discovered that a rebel faction may be forming in the Thanium Sector under the guise of a mercenary organization."

"How certain is this agent that this is indeed a rebel group," the Emperor demanded.

"Not very, your majesty," Tarkin admitted. "However, once he investigated further, he found that the coordinates given to him by the suspected rebel led to a deep-space Republic command station toward the edge of the Thanium Sector." The grand moff retrieved a holo-disk from his pocket and placed it flat in his hand. A small image of the station appeared above the disk, rotating slowly around the station's central axis. "We have reason to suspect that this station was taken over by this rebel group and used as their headquarters." He deactivated the disk, and the image faded from view.

The Emperor turned his attention toward his apprentice. "Do you have anything to add, Lord Vader," he asked.

"Yes, my master," Darth Vader replied. "During my recent mission to Murkhana, my troopers found a transport in the spaceport of the capital city with the same coordinates found by the Imperial agent in its navigation system."

"And what was inside the transport," the Emperor inquired.

"Weapons, ammunition, and basic supplies," Vader announced.

The Emperor stroked his chin in thought for a moment. "Do we know the scale of this rebel group's operation?"

Tarkin shook his head. "I'm afraid not," he said. "However, if we were to destroy their base, then we can easily destroy these rebels with one fell swoop." He glanced sideways toward Darth Vader. "I'm sure Lord Vader can accomplish this with little trouble." Vader merely flexed his recently fixed prosthetic hand in response, wondering how quickly he could snap Tarkin's neck.

"Then it's settled," the Emperor declared. "Lord Vader, take your forces immediately to the edge of the Thanium Sector and destroy these rebels. I want no survivors."

Vader bowed. "It will be done, my master." The Dark Lord of the Sith then left the throne room to assume his command.

Within the hour, the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Imperious and the CC-2200 interdictor Captor were prepared for their mission and proceeded to enter hyperspace toward their destination.

Cainesland wrote:Verdauga finished with the message. He now had the pressing matter o what to do. They were on the run. The Jedi hadn't responded. He could very well be the last. His own appearance didn't exactly make him recognizable as a being of stability and civility. He considered the best place to go to. Rehn Var seemed like a superb place to go to because of its remote position, and excellent sensors, though those same sensors would likely pick him up and report him to the newly formed empire. But a more pressing matter was at hand. Funds. They wouldn't last long without credits for food, and Jedi had no possessions and soldiers weren't paid much. "Captain Eagle, take us to...". Silence reared itself while everyone waited for their general to finish the order. A consular vessel appeared out of hyperspace, and a shock-wave hit the small 720 freighter he occupied. "That Consular" Verdauga declared, finishing his order. The consular vessel was certainly military by the colours it waved and the guns on its back.

The ship began to move closer and dock itself under the consular. A buzz came from the radio. "This is Imperial Vessel 26538, Identify yourself or prepare to be boarded." Radio silence ensued. "This is Jedi Gen.." Lasers came forth from the ship. "Target the communications relay" Verdauga commanded. The freighter swooped down and around, plasma bursts came down onto the communications array, and dispersed on the shield. Seeing the shield was up he then realized he couldn't win in a ship-ship fight. "Alright. Scratch that. We need to board them". Suddenly, under a hail of laserfire, the ship flew up and back and then towards the landing platform.

The crew of the Consular-class cruiser barely flinched when the small transport fired on it in an attempt to disable its the ship's communications system. As the Class 720 freighter docked with the cruiser, several clone troopers were sent toward the airlock to greet the Jedi and anyone else that may be aboard the ship. Meanwhile, the captain of the Consular cruiser debated about alerting the rest of the Imperial forces in the surrounding system, but decided against it. It's just one Jedi, he thought. He or she won't last more than a few minutes.
