It was also with a fellow staff member, who neither are in charge if the other so no rules broken plus while both where drunk it wasn't really the intention of either of it to go that far nor was was it forced so its not really sexual assault so again No rules really broken

The walls would have to be thick enough to retain alot of heat in the winter cause it does get into the negative degrees Fahrenheit and to keep the building cool in the summer beside it will climb into triple digits at times
