Franco Franchetti is in awe at his foe's sheer skill, as he flys out the 5th story window. Luckily he collects his thoughts and lands with a roll, stopping on his feet. His opponent is certainly a master of the Holy Art of Mixed Fighting Sports. But he will not be bested so easy. Drawing his bowie knife he runs at the wall of the castle.

In seconds he scales it, straight up to the shattered window. Seeing the unsuspecting Emperor, he dives head first into the room, and grabs Franz by the throat. He pins him on the floor, his weight holding down the man's muscular arms and legs.

He presses his bowie knife to the man's neck and snarls like a mountain lion.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland would like to make an official statement regarding recent claims by Liechtenstein regarding it's territorial claims to parts of Switzerland.

The United Kingdom believes that it is never right for a nation to violate international laws and the will and rights of the people of it's own nation, whether that nation be Liechtenstein or the AFU. Liechtenstein has disregarded any form of consultation with the Swiss government or people to negotiate a diplomatic means of a unification between the two nations. Furthermore, it is the United Kingdom's belief that the Swiss government, nor the Swiss people desire any change in their sovereignty, and any change in sovereignty should only be initiated by the Swiss government after lengthy consultation with the Swiss people.

Furthermore, the United Kingdom does not view the recent statements by the Liechtensteiner government to have any effect or be of any threat to the Swiss government or Europe as a whole. However, if an invasion of Switzerland does ensue the United Kingdom shall consider all of it's options and intervene politically, diplomatically or even militarily if it is determined to be necessary.

With Switzerland's standing army size having been increased to 480,000, about 8% of the total population, the Swiss military has dug into the Switzerland-Liechtenstein border. When the Federal Council and the General of the Swiss Armed Forces heard of Liechtenstein's army of 60,000, they scoffed and chuckled. 60,000 men would be no match for Switzerland's vast legion of trained troops ready to kick ass. Franco Franchetti sits up, after a brief black out due to some large object hitting him on the head. He feels a strange sensation in his crotch, most likely the residual affects of the rough hj he had gotten an our before. He lights a cigarette, oblivious to what had just occurred. Then he looks down, and notices his balls are busted.

"Jesu Cristo!"

Quickly, he puts out his cigarette on the wound, cauterizing it shut. Looks like a burnt, poorly made hamburger patty. Franchetti laughs heartily. Not the first time that's happened.

Stretching, he places his hand on his head, and feels blood spewing from the back of it. He laughs heartily once more. Then he relights his cigarette.

Standing up, he grabs the Emperor by his hand, and shakes his hand firmly, grabbing the forearm. He smiles broadly.

"Pussycat, you have bested me in battle. You are not woman, but machoist man of all Europe! Manlier than Mussolini himself!" He adds a wink at the end. "Because you have bested me in battle, your wish is my command, and my wish is my men's command," he laughs heartily once more. "Now, care for a bump of cocaina e un macchiato, imperatore?"

Furthermore, the United Kingdom will use it's veto for any security council resolutions condemning Gran Colombia for absorbing Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. Additionally, the United Kingdom is willing to offer any other support necessary to help your nation reach it's goal of uniting Latin America. Being one of the most-influential Western nations on the world stage, our vocal diplomatic support will be able to hell Latin American unification cau to gain momentum and actually create real change and action.

If it is needed, the British military can deploy 5,000 special operative troops to assist your group in it's fight for independence, if your group is denied self-determination of course.

In exchange for all this help, the United Kingdom would like Gran Colombia's support in a liberation of the Arab Federal Union in order to protect the civil rights and political freedoms of minority groups such as the Christians. The United Kingdom would like Gran Colombia to send 75,000 troops initially, and perhaps additional troops later; to aid in the invasion of the AFU.

I hope that the United Kingdom and Gran Colombia shall be able to have a mutually-beneficial and close relationship through this difficult time, and that the proposals above may be to your group's liking and that further cooperation on military, diplomatic and political matters can commence at once.

The Army reserves chief was currently speaking, "... Now although we have a secure front for the gulf states, the Sudan, and the strait, it has come to our attention that the British are speaking more and more about the Christian protests in Syria. Although we have yet to fully substantiate this, it is likely that they may attempt to fund partisans there. We believe that they will attempt this through Israel. Although we could call up the reserves, I believe that would at this time only increase the current tensions. I would suggest rather we call up the Palestinians." The chief of the air force spoke up, " You mean the Palestinians we armed in our war against Israel?" The chief of the army put his finger to his nose. They looked towards the Prime Minister. Mohammad thought of this for a moment then nodded his head. The chief of the army smiled, " Thank you Prime Minister." Mohammad nodded. He then looked over AISA head. The AISA was the Arab Intelligence and Security Agency. " So, how is operation cloth going?" The AISA head stood up and began to speak, " Our agents are currently working on their assignments in their designated cities. We expect results with in the week."

Barack was currently in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This was the largest Arab and Muslim city in Europe... and it was in the heart of London. He was walking down the streets. He found it odd to see so many Hijabs in a European city. He was making his way done to the " Center for the Homeland". It was a community center in the neighborhood that had phone lines linked directly to several middle eastern and north African nations. It also contained news channels from these countries and acted as a form of conduit for communication from London to the Homelands. On 5 different channels, Mohammad Al-Sabin's speech urging Arab diaspora across the commonwealth to boycott and protest against the British government was playing. Barack was not paying attention to the TV's, he was paying attention to an some what scrawny man who himself was watching the TV. It appeared that he was enthralled by what Al-Sabin had to say; so much so that he did not notice when Barack sat down beside him. After the speech was done, the scrawny man noticed the man sitting next to him, " H-high." Barack smiled back, " Hello. Say are you Abdullah 'iiaesil?" Abdullah looked with at the stranger with a questioning look, " Yes, why?" The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Социјалистичка федеративна република Југославија/Socijalistička federativna republika Jugoslavija) is a Titoist single-party federal republic located in Southeast Europe, bordering Bulgaria to the east, Romania to the northeast, Albania to the southwest, Greece to the south, Hungary to the north and Italy to the west. Yugoslavia is led by Marshal Josip Broz Tito, the current head of state of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is as well consisted out of six socialist republics, who are the following:

• Socialist Republic of Serbia, largest city: Belgrade
• Socialist Republic of Croatia, largest city: Zagreb
• Socialist Republic of Bosnia & Herzegovina, largest city: Sarajevo
• Socialist Republic of Macedonia, largest city: Skopje/Skoplje
• Socialist Republic of Montenegro, largest city: Podgorica
• Socialist Republic of Slovenia, largest city: Ljubljana

On the 1st December, 1918, the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes was created and was ruled by Peter the I, from 1918 to 1921. The Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes has been later on re-named to the "Kingdom of Yugoslavia" which was ruled by Alexander the I, from 1921 to 1934. The throne was then succeeded by his 11-year old son, Peter II, but due to his young age, Prince Paul of Yugoslavia was put on the throne as a regent.

The Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (later on renamed to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia) was consisted out of 33 oblasts/subdivisions from 1922 to 1929:

The Kingdom of Yugoslavia on other hand was subdivided into nine provinces called 'Banovinas' or banates. Their borders were intentionally drawn so that they would not correspond either to boundaries between ethnic groups, or to pre-World War I imperial borders. They were named after various geographic features, mostly rivers. Slight changes to their borders were made in 1931 with the new Yugoslav Constitution. The banovinas were as follows:

In World War II, Yugoslavia has been attacked by German, Italian and Hungarian Forces from all sides, this event has been known as the Invasion of Yugoslavia. The Kingdom was on its edge to fall, when a wide resistance movement called the 'Yugoslav Partisans' (Југословенски партизани/Jugoslovenski partizani). Later on, during the war, Albania and Bulgaria sided with the Axis, who have as well taken part in the Balkan Campaign of World War II. Yugoslavia has been divided into several territories, with German forces taking the northeastern part (northern part of Slovenia) and also occupying Serbian territory (central Serbia). The littoral parts of Yugoslavia have been annexed by Mussolini's forces (Italy), also involving half of Slovenia's territory. Montenegro has become a Italian Protectorate, which involved taking the southern part of Serbia. The Kingdom of Albania, another Italian Protectorate, has been promised all 'ethnic Albanian land' by Italian authorities, in which the Albanian officials had in mind to form a 'Greater Albania'. With support from Italian Forces, Albania has been given half of Kosovo, Preševo, western Macedonia and eastern Montenegro.

In 1941, the Croats have formed the "Independent State of Croatia" (Nezavisna Država Hrvatska) often referred simply to the abbreviation NDH. The King of the Independent State of Croatia has been considered to be Prince Aimone, mostly referred to as 'Tomislav the II'. The Poglavnik (leader) of the Ustaša and the Independent State of Croatia was Ante Pavelić, a notorious fascist war criminal who has been collaborating with Adolf Hitler and other Axis regimes such as Italy and Hungary since the Invasion of Yugoslavia. The Independent State of Croatia has been consisted out of the modern-day Socialist Republic of Croatia, Socialist Republic of Bosnia & Herzegovina and some land currently controlled by the Socialist Republic of Serbia. The worst thing that Croatia has committed in World War II was the brutal torture and killing of 700,000 victims, 20,000 children and 127,000 Anti-fascists. Jasenovac was burnt down by Ustashe authorities in 1945, attempting to cover all the evidence of genocide and mass murder. When Yugoslav Partisans entered the camp, all they saw is burnt down buildings and dead bodies. The Independent State of Croatia was destroyed in 1945, on the 8th of May.

After World War II, when Yugoslavia became the "Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia", it has improved drastically, with a growing economy and military force. Marshal Josip Broz Tito has included conscription in the Yugoslav People's Army, to increase the number of active military and reserve personnel.

The Yugoslav People's Army (Југословенска народна армија/Jugoslovenska narodna armija) is the official military defense force of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The Yugoslav People's Army, abbreviated 'JNA' ('YPA' in English), is consisted out of four branches: Yugoslav Ground Forces (Kopnena Vojska, KoV), Yugoslav Air Force (Jugoslovensko ratno vazduhoplovstvo, JRV), Yugoslav Navy (Jugoslovenska ratna mornarica, JRM) and the Territorial Defense Forces (Teritorijalna odbrana, TO). The Territorial Defense Forces is the currently acting Home Guard of the Yugoslav People's Army.

It was yet another morning on the continent of Africa, a quiet, peaceful morning. It was one of the very rare morning, as Africa has turned into a land of war and bloodshed. In the land of Southern Rhodesia, a self-governing British colony, an unilateral independence has been declared. The expectation is that Queen Elizabeth the II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, will not recognize the self-proclaimed Republic of Rhodesia, nor will the whole nation of the United Kingdom.

The Republic of Rhodesia is lead by President Clifford Dupont, with the Head of Government being Ian Smith, who has signed the Unilateral Declaration of Independence. In the timeline from 1965 to 1970, (Southern) Rhodesia had Queen Elizabeth the II as their Monarch, which has been unrecognized by herself. In 1970, Rhodesia became a Republic, which has replaced the Monarch with the President.

He looked over to the documents that were on his desk. The world was in chaos once more. From Vietnam to North Korea to Latin America. After having contacted the President of the Presidium of the USSR, Anastas Mikoyan, the course of action of the USSR had been decided. Increase relations with allies and work, both diplomatically and militarily to defend allies and create new ones.

Humanitarian aid and large amounts of weapons were already on the way to North Korea. The army wasn't yet sent because of a variety of reasons, including proposed invasions and the higher defense of North Vietnam. In North Vietnam, more weapons and humanitarian aid, alongside training officers and small groups of soldiers were sent.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland would like to reassure the Muslim Briton and Muslim community of the Commonwealth that their civil rights and political and religious freedoms are respected by the British government, unlike the government of the Arab Federal Union; which as of late has sent out false propaganda.

The United Kingdom is a multicultural, multi-religion, capitalist, democracy that has equal rights for all of it's people, whether they be European Britons, Arab Britons, Asian Britons, British Indians, or Black Britons. The situation is very different in the AFU, where many minority religious and cultural groups, including those of Arab descent and various sects of the Muslim faith, do noth have equal rights or representation and are denied the basic human rights of self-determination for their people.

The Arab Federal Union is known worldwide to oppress it's people, and this along with the extreme poverty, harsh and backward penal system, and a highly-restricted nationalised economy are just some of the reasons that there are so many peoples fleeing the dictatorship of the AFU to come to the democratic nation of the United Kingdom.

The Arab Federal Union has accused the UK of imperialism and neocolonialism in our protectorates in the Gulf such as Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and others; as well as our trusteeship of the Sudan. We would like to repute this fallacious claim with the truth. The British Gulf States want to remain British, in fact when successive British governments have asked the local governments in the region if they would like to start the process of decolonisation, the government is met with a resounding no from the local governments and people. It is the will of the people of the British Gulf States to remain British, just as it is for the Arab Britons to remain in their homeland, the United Kingdom.

Regarding the Sudan, the AFU has continuously supported a genocidal, oppressive, maniacal, and frankly evil government which has created a civil war, and in this decades-long civil war the Sudanese government has committed genocides, torture of civilians, mass rapes, enslavement, child enslavement, the destruction of Christian and even Muslim villages across the Sudan, and even the use of child soldiers has been rampant. It is painfully obvious that the former Sudanese government has committed many human rights violations, and they have violated many international laws. The AFU even admitted to being complacent in these war crimes, but they want to forget about this and just give power over the whole of the Sudan to the former Sudanese government and thus the AFU itself, just because of their own imperialistic ambitions.

With the fall of Hanoi it was the job of Ngô Quang Trưởng to secure the rest of the country. The United States was going to launch a massive withdrawal within the next few years, and he had to get the ARVN in a fighting shape so that they could resist the substantial amounts of Viet Cong that still plague the country, along with the remnants of the North Vietnamese government north of Hanoi. He did not want to take the position of the commander of the ARVN in North Vietnam, but the duty was thrust upon him, and being a career soldier he must obey his orders no matter what. And, by his side was his deputy also appointed by the Americans
Phạm Văn Đồng. The position that the Americans gave them in North Vietnam was shaky at best, and hardly defensible at worst if it was some random South Vietnamese commander rather than him, and his deputy. For they have proved themselves in the Mekong River Delta, that and with the new American policy of giving them direct command of two US divisions would give them a lot of fighting power against the shattered Viet Cong. But, the larger threat lay even further north, the Chinese could not be trusted, as they are allies with the Viet Cong who they plan on eliminating.

The ARVN plan would constitute of 3 phases, all with the intent on eliminating the remnants of the Viet Cong, and protecting the independence of the new united Vietnam. The first would involve requesting a massive grain shipment from the United States. The years of war have been hard on the rural population, and many are struggling to feed themselves, and the former North Vietnamese policies of collectivization resulted in mass starvation in the North Vietnamese countryside, and malnutrition was commonplace in the area. The first objective of the government was to provide food to the farmers of both the north and south. Doing so would deprive the Viet Cong of their most valuable support base. The ARVN and the US military would conduct operations to weed out the Viet Cong, and deprive them of weapons by building a series of border firebases to prevent their flow in and out of their country. The Viet Cong once that much pressure becomes applied would likely buckle.

The second phase would be reconciliation with the Viet Cong. The government would offer a full amnesty to the guerilla fighters, and offer them a year's supply of rice for the privates who defect, alongwith US citizenship for the officers who do. That will devastate the Viet Cong cadre, and provide the South Vietnamese government with invaluable intelligence. The final phase would be the integration of the economy of two separate Vietnams along with economical development, and trying to create a strong and united Vietnam against communist aggression.

However, for now he had to eradicate the communist presence in the Mekong and the area north of Hanoi. And, that would be a challenge considering although the PAVN is shattered and broken the Viet Cong remains strong, and the Chinese military may intervene at any moment to reclaim North Vietnam. It is truly a herculean task.
