Short description of Tech level: Collegiate science labs

Short history of the faction: Technically created when Oxford was founded, it was held in a secret sublevel until recently. Now, it's future is bright with the establishment of an actual building for the magical college.

And if you can't tell, it's magic X-Men.

I actually want to make a faction for Kryptonians, but I don't know how to make a faction when there is only like, 1 real Kryptonian here and 1 experimented and partially-based on human genetics Kryptonian.

Except if I miss other Kryptonians that has been approved between my absence and my return.

I was thinking in the line of house in a suburb. Each houses are not connected wall-by-wall, but separated with a lane, or a fence.
Although I'm not sure there is suburb in NYC, something I didn't researched first.

Well, considering that Arcos has been damaged by the assault, thank goodness I'm coming up with the Precursor Saga, It'll fix up Arcos.

I'm not going to treat Arcos as an entirely ice planet, as the brawl Hiroshi and Mira had would have turned it into Neptune.

That just gave me an Idea, considering that Alastir is going to give Mira a chance at life once more, for the first part, Akor will not care about Arcos' condition, but when he discovers his roots as a Precursor, and has to call upon the Earth and Ice Forgers to repair the planet, then you'll see some conflict between the two.
