"But the kid blacked out," complained Dr Tally who let go of his grip as the kid came too, "it's my responsibility as the School's Doctor to take care of him."

Dr Tally saw the boy faint out of the corner of his eye. He walked back over and picked the lad up again, but this time he slung the lad over his shoulder.

"So if ya don't mind," he said as he stared to walk, "I've got someone to take care of."

"Oh my..." He whispered as he watched the scene in the hallway unfold, an older boy calming someone younger than him as someone who had fallen down was being carried off for medical attention.

That must be the nurse im supposed to speak with. He said to himself, slowly walking forward as to not catch the attention of those who were currently engaged in the argument. Something about the type of magic being used in that discussion put him off, giving him a sense of familiarity that he did not want to associate himself with. He attempted to slink away and follow the nurse, his black sweatshirt not helping.

He had dug out the forms as he had been walking down the hallway, the folder clutched in his hand as he skated the scene. He went to follow Dr. Tally, who hopefully was the nurse or its equivalent. If not maybe they knew who he needed to speak too. He had leafed through the papers before and had noticed that a physical examination might be required to prove the legitimacy of the report, something he wasn't looking forward to at all.

And so with his hood wrapped around his body he continued off towards the Dr. Tally, hopefully able to catch up with them.

"Damn this is hard," Dr Tally said out loud as he carried the boy, he noticed someone with a hood trying to catch up with him. "I wonder what it is this time," he muttered to himself as the boy got closer.

"Do ya mind givin me a hand," Dr Tally shouted to the nearby student, "it's pretty hard to carry a person ya know."

Merlin

"Oh... I let that slide out didn't I." Merlin said as his aura dissipated, "I guess I should fully introduce myself... Come with me." He said as he began to walk towards his office.

She hesitated, but then followed slowly, the gray around her fading into nothing as she let herself calm down.

Mostly.

She kept glancing around nervously, always facing forward, just her eyes darting to the left, to the right, as if scanning for threats, and there was always a small part of her that was hovering over the alarm button, ready to send her out of her seeming calm into 'danger mode', so to speak.

Merlin

Merlin unlocked the door to his office, there was a sign next to the door that read 'Headmaster'. He walked in and sat down at his chair.

"Charlotte.... You wanted to know who I was.... Well, here it is." He spoke as the door closed behind her, "My name is Merlin.... And I am this schools Headmaster."

Dr Tally continued to walk for some time, thankful for the help the hooded lad was giving him.

Expect the worst and the world can only meet or exceed your expectations. This could be either one.

"I've read about you. So which form are you? See, I've read about several. There was the--admittedly rather rare--form of Merlin who used witchcraft and such, and the man who communed with angels, and then there was the one who relied only on wisdom and knowledge, no supernatural help whatsoever. I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones I can think of at the moment. So which one is it? I'd think very carefully before you answer it because the answer to this question could determine a lot of things."

Merlin

"Well.... All those forms are rooted in stories. Some true, some false. I've lived for many thousands of years, spend most of my time in secret, so my story was no doubtably twisted." He said, "I do use magic... I have spoken with angels before.... And I have on occasion just used knowledge against enemies. I guess you could say that I am all of those forms."

She relaxed slightly, smiling in an ironic manner. "Good. That wasn't the answer I hoped for, nor was it the one I expected, but it is a good answer nonetheless. And before you ask, I wasn't hoping you would say you were the man who spoke with angels..." She smiled again, but there was bitterness in it. "My heritage has taught me many things, and one of them is that angels can be downright cruel if they feel it is 'necessary'."

Kaero Mayhem

Kaero remained silent as he observed all of the events unfold, everything seemed so predictable. Slowly, he shuffled down the corridor, exploring many of the different rooms in the school. The posters on the walls were pretty cool, but he wasn't interested in analyzing them right now. Nobody seemed to notice him at all, as if he was simply a ghost among people. Kaero didn't mind, someone would eventually talk to him.

"I was told this should get me out of gym class..." He said quietly.

"Relax." Merlin said as he casted a calming aura, designed to calm a person down, and avoid conflict. "Trust me, I don't mean you any harm. So please, quit trying to act all tough. I've dealt with my fair share of trouble makers and tough guys."

He then looked at her, with a serious face, "As long as you are in my school, you have no need to be afraid."

The fight between light and darkness ceased, with them merging into a steady gray aura instead of the ivory/ebony flames of before. "I've been told that before..." Her voice was still wary. "And what do you mean, your school? You don't look much older than--"
Of course.

The eyes.

They didn't mean he was mentally older than he looked, they meant he was literally older than he looked...

I'm not!

Jacob was thoroughly confused. He needed help and didn't know who to ask, so he did the best thing he could. Walk up to a student and ask. "Dobrý den, jsem Jacob. Can you help me?" He said, but he got a weird feeling with the person he asked, it was like there was a demonic or evil entity emanating from either that person or from around her.

"Yeah, I've seen the dark side of angels before... I've also seen what happens when you get one drunk... Not fun, I don recommend doing that." Merlin said, "You know, I have to be honest, you are quite unusual. He then paused, "If you ever need anything, just ask. My door is always open to students who need help."

"Thank you." He said, smiling and taking the sticky note from the doctor and walking to the door.

"Ill come back if i have any issues." He waited at the door to make sure he was all set.

Zola

On leaving the bus, Zola got directions to the school's administration office, where she received her "Freshman Orientation" package, which consisted of a little pamphlet that described the physical school campus, a second pamphlet on school rules of comportment, a third containing succinct history of the school, a paper with a list of approved extra-curricular clubs and activities, and her class schedule.

Home Room. (the day's plan and news).
First Period: Freshman Acting. Passing as human and helping your fellows.
Second Period: Modern Technology. (Zola knew she might need help with this).
Snack Break.
Third Period: Coached Mathematics. Like a study hall.
Fourth Period: Physical Education.
Lunch.
Fifth Period: Language Arts and Literary Discussion.
Sixth Period: Performing Arts - Dance.

Following the map that was taped the the manila envelope of the orientation package, Zola quickly made her way to her assigned home room.

Someone--something--who shouldn't exist." Then she muttered offhandedly, "What is with the name Michael and trouble?" She turned and started to leave, but then glanced back over her shoulder, a somber look on her face. "And I do need help--but it's not something you can just dissolve."

And with that cryptic statement, she slipped outside and let the door close softly behind her.

Kaero Responding To Faust

Kaero looked up at the boy, who was considerably taller than him, some girls were watching them as he spoke. Kaero smiled in content for half a second, almost knowing that he had found himself a good friend, a first friend. Softly, he replied to Faust:

"I am, so since you approached me, I guess we can be friends. My name is Kaero, nice to meet you."

Kaero felt cool around this guy, he felt like someone important, Kaero knew this guy was popular. Hopefully, they could hang out more often, maybe they would become great allies in the future.

Kevin MacCullough flipped the page of the tome,he currently was studying, and took a sip of his drink. He was sitting in a small restaurant in France, which was owned and operated by a half-fae. It was one of the various places scattered throughout earth which naturally connected to Alfhiem. He'd found out about this particular restaurant after a fae lord, looking for assistance, agreed to talk with him over a meal there, and ever since he's come back on the occasion to have a meal there.

Once done reading to where he could stop efficiently, he put away the book in his library, and portalled to the school. His job was pretty much being the jack of all trades teacher and librarian, which still left him with plenty of personal time to continue in his other pursuits.
Broadside dead ahead!

No, this comment is not meant to be sarcastic.

Nathan saw Faust across the corridor talking to another boy. Oh no, the demon... He hurriedly tried to leave the place but bumped into them. "I-I'm sorry!" He saw Faust's burning eyes. Crap, I screwed up...
Random stuff here. Random stuff there. Bla bla bla. Whatever I don't care.

"There is something evil here." Jacob thought as he scanned the crowd. "There is something weird here, it is like the school is masking the evil force. I must find it before it does any harm." Jacob started pushing his way through the crowd, trying to locate the evil spirit.

(Before you say this is god-modding, golems are guardians created, most often, to protect a village or group from evil or malign beings, this includes demons, but at the same time, demons can inhabit an inactive golem)
After spending 19 years on this earth, I've learned one important thing. Life is a bitch, but its the way you roll with the punches and fight back that makes it wonderful.

Allison woke up to the sounds of buzzing and ringing. Her eyes barely peaked out from beneath her eyelids, hunting down the disturbance which forced her from her dreams. It seems that the alarm clock had rung for 30 minutes now, and now it was furious. In response, Allison pulled her hand through the alarm clock, and pulled out its electronic esophagus, leaving its dead corpse as a message to the other clocks in the room. "you will be next," it signified. The other alarms merely stayed silent out of fear. She then got up from her bed, adjusted her glasses on her face, and drearily looked to check the time. "oh, look its..." she mumbled, "OH F***! I'M LATE!!!!"

She hurried to get herself ready for school, calling on all her faculties. She decided that it would be best to not show to school in nothing more than a nightgown. She decided to wear, possibly, a pair of underwear, a dress shirt, jacket, a skirt, a school-approved tie, a backpack, and most other things required to look decent in public. She assembled her backpack with all things necessary, and then ate her breakfast at lightning speed. She had barely the time before she had bolted out the door, calling some innate, untapped talent not yet discovered to get to school on time.

While running to school, she was passed by an olympic walker, along with a number of vibrant elderly people in wheelchairs and a speedy second grader. It became evident in the first three seconds, that she did not have good marks in athletics. Sweat brimmed from her glasses, and all of her faculties were required to stop her from losing consciousness out of exhaustion. She was a sorry sight that made most people worried. Nevertheless, she drove onward, unafraid of the consequences! She did not fear her inevitable fate, she pressed on! After much, much, much, much effort she made it to school with 5 minutes to the bell.

After scaring many students into thinking she needed medical attention, she scuttled to the bathroom. She had not had the time to fix her complexion at home. She washed the sweat from her brow, taking the time to decommission one of the sinks by the mere quantity of sweat. Afterwards, she did her hair, making sure to straighten each out into a rigid set of lines. Not a single hair was askew from the others, a perfect line. She then cleaned her glasses until the sun could reflect off of them and cause a small fire. Her suit was straighten to a special level of perfect. She maintained a pristine outfit to best fit her class president persona, even if she wasn't actually class president... yet.

Merlin

Merlin got up and looked out the window behind him once Charlotte left the room. He looked at the schools yard, from his office, he could see the majority of the schools yard.

So, she admitted she needed help, but it wasn't something I could dissolve... he thought as he walked over and pulled out her file, Such a grim girl.... A shame.

No, not a shame... It's perfect.... More suffering... More pain... More...

Void..... Do me a favour and shut up. he thought before he continued, She tries to hide her past..... She's good at hiding it.... But I have experience. I have a basic understanding of what pains her.

He flipped through her file, and put his finger on a name, "Him."
