The survey doesn't mention any names at all...

OP mentions the sealing of the ten tails. The survey mentions 6th and 7th hokage, which one specific one is far more spoiler than saying Kaguya. Also, ten tails isn't known until the near end of the arc.

Eh, I am kinda weird in that I don't really think that stories are ruined by spoilers. I like the analogy of "Monet’s paintings aren’t really about water lilies," the idea of the line being that the water lilies were just a means to an end of aesthetically-beautiful art. Similarly, the idea is that, say, the plot of Quentin Tarantino movies aren't really important and are really just a way of providing continuity for Tarantino's dialogue and some badass characters. Saying

everyone but Mr. Pink dies

in Resevoir Dogs isn't really ruining it since people aren't invested in the act of learning the fates of the characters, but in the dialogue and interactions between these characters.

Doesn't matter though, because, seriously, it is understood to be rude. Even if there is some preliminary science suggesting that spoilers really don't hamper our enjoyment of works, it is still something that people do not want.

Personality: She's always been a bit jumpy, but she is very dedicated to her work as a medical ninja and very happy away from her strict and controlling clan. Generally she's fairly easygoing and well mannered though she's currently looking for someone to love.
Biography: Rena was always a good girl, her father praised her for her work developing new kinds of medicines(with varying effectivenesses) and her mother praised her for her studies in the art of poisons. That changed when her father stumbled onto a deal and was killed. Her mother took the young Rena and fled to Konoha, where she begged anyone to help. Unfortunately she was killed not long after by an assassin from Tetsumoku clan desperate to keep their secret, however, when the authorities responded to the call there was a horrific scene, with a four year old Rena soaked in blood as she screamed begged her mother to come back to her, surrounded by several stone statues looking ready to stab something.
For three years she was passed around in the foster home to foster home, where she was never actually treated as a dangerous animal, which only served to exacerbate her bad temper and foul manners. Finally, on her seventh birthday, a new family came into her life. They were the Yunamaki clan, like the Ishi-me a small clan, but they genuinely wanted to adopt the poor girl and end her suffering. Upon meeting Rena, the mother dropped to her knees and embraced the young child sobbing for all the pain and suffering she'd had to go through. For the first time in years, Rena's wall she'd built around her heart came crumbling down, and she sobbed into the woman's chest. She became a loyal member of the Yunamaki clan and a powerful addition, readily giving all of the secrets of the Ishi-me clan to them if they'd ask.

Kekkei Genkai: Ishi no me: By channeling her chakra into her right eye, she causes anyone who she gazes at to turn to stone. The ability has already caused her to go blind in the right eye. Not only does she have her eye covered up with an eye patch.

Actually no...for multiplied reasons..like that Naruto hasn't ended yet per say. Also, the characters should probably know this stuff, especially the hyuugas, uchihas, and uzamakis.

I mean, it's not like ninja kids pay any more attention in history than modern kids.
