Bio: Born in Bismark, North Dakota, David Bowie McGinty is first generation American, born to a Scottish Sergeant and American Mother. When his dad retired, he moved to Milton when he was age 5. He lived on a 20 acre property about 5 miles outside of town and was home schooled until he was in 6th grade, where he attended the local middle school. It was there that he discovered the Trumpet and took it up. By age 15 he was first chair in the high school Concert Band and would play solos and in brass Quartets at the local Presbyterian Church. By age 17, he was pegged to join the state orchestra as third chair. But he chocked during the auditions and was left dejected as his parents drove him home. Soon after, local bullies turned their attention to him, and ambushed him on his way home, dragging him into an alley and mugging him, while shouting "Come on Groundskeeper Willie! Fight Back you fucking Cross-Dresser!" They left him beaten and bloodied where he walked the rest of the way home. He stayed home for a while to recover, and discovered Techno and Dub step. He picked it up and by 18 was DJing for various clubs and parties around the county. He earned a good amount of money and moved into a small apartment on Main Street where he tried to go professional but was passed over. He continued to DJ but was forced to work in the local hardware store. He was walking to his car when the meteor hit and when he came to he discovered his hands were emitting a strange orange glow and seemed to send out sonic waves each time he moved them. He got in his car and sped home, locking himself in and calling in sick the next day. He spent the rest of the week trying to get it under control as he worked out what had happened.

He can form constructs out of blood, he can also cause blood to harden, making it as tough and durable as iron. He can manipulate his own blood within his body for a variety of effects (improving his physical abilities or other things.), he can also move his body when most people wouldn't be able to.

Appearance: 6'5, burnt gold blond hair, Muscular and athletic build, Crimson irises, wears blue contacts, Has reasonably handsome features.
Personality: Smart, cunning, pacifist, Merciful to friends the opposite to enemiyes. Kind, but has a malicious and ruthless streak.

Possibly. Alex is Magnetic Manipulation when manipulates magnetic fields, which in turns manipulates metal that are magnetic (iron, cobalt, and nickel and their alloys.) Dani seems to be able to seems to manipulate all metals, as Metal Manipulation is a broad term. Plus I never didn't say no two people couldn't have the same powers.

Light-darkness manipulation: can control and manipulate both light and darkness/shadow, must be present in his environment, the strength is governed by whether it is day or night, with other restrictions.
Blood Manipulation: allows him to manipulate blood inside and outside his body and in the body of others, comes with restrictions and conditions.
Technologly manipulation/Technopathy: allows him to manipulate technology for a variety and effects.
My take on Superpower manipulation: Superpower manipulation, Active comes in three parts.
Nullification: can nullify powers of a person by touch for ten minute, and in a 2and a half feet radius around him, power based attacks dissipate.
Acquisition: when he touches someone he can take the power that they have, it is a conscious decision. when he uses a stolen power the person he took it from originally will once again have their powers nullified, for 5 or so hours.
Storage and use: can store up to five superpowers at a time, can only use one at a time in a 24 hr period. power usage only lasts for about 5 hours, or longer depending upon the power.
Superpower evolution: Passive, whenever he acquires a suitable power his body evolves, gaining some physical trait corresponding to that power. he does not choose when this happens. the larger the change, the more uh unpleasant and the longer the change is. after he evolves he cant use his nullification/manipulation powers for 3 days, but still keeps the evolved traits.

Alright I responded..sorry for the wall of text. I just finished my first post when Protestant England and Germany's came up. So I needed to add Connor's response to that as well.

Ability(Just one): Soul Splitting. (She can break little pieces of her soul off and use them to briefly reanimate bodies, suits of armour, or control animals. However they have no free will, and are controlled loosely by her.)
Appearance:

Personality: Strong willed, and very trusting. She tends to make little issues big ones, and sees signs when no signs are there. A hopeless romantic, but hater of mush, she often get's her heart broke.
Bio: Rose was born on the May 13th, a Friday. She was an only child, and always had bad luck growing up. She was always the only one to ever get caught, even if everyone did it. She broke her arm, and three days after getting the cast removed she broke her leg. Twice each year she got a bad stomach bug and was forced to miss field trips and such with her classes at school. Her two mothers didn't believe in bad luck, but even they had to admit it was very odd how she always had something go awry. During Highschool only a few guys ever asked her out, and only one wasn't a prank. However on that one date, she accidently spilled food all over her date, and when he went to get up, he tripped over her foot and broke his nose. After that she hadn't been on a date for more than a year.

However she decided to go with a guy who asked her to watch the meteors. Well her bad luck streak held up, when a rock slammed into her thigh and sent her spriling down a hill side. Later she woke up in the hospital. Her date had also been hit, but went into a comma and didn't show any signs of recovering. The next day she was playing with her pet cat when she tried to get the cat to do something for her. When she went to rub her hand on the cat, it went ridged and started to do whatever she wished it to do. She started expirementing with other action figures, toys, animals, and even a wicked suit of armour in her Mom's garage from the ancient Samurai's of Japan. She reached a limit however, when trying to control so many things at once, she couldn't move her own body without stiff resistance, and felt her self slipping away. She severed the connections and stopped using the powers, fearing for her life.

No, like Alphonse Elric from the movie Conqueror of Shamballa. He gets a bunch of suits of armour to beat up nazi's and go see his brother in the real world. It's really confusing. But yeah.

Many ideas go through Dani's mind while this is happening. And so Dani decides to initiate an experiment to see if his speculations hold any solidity. Dani gives Alex a series of non verbal messages to hint to Alex what he was thinking. Staring wide eyed at eachother they slowly & simultaneously put the tray back on the counter with their powers. Dani flashes a knowing smile at Alex. They both have powers & they were quite similar too. Dani hoped that maybe they could end up being good friends because it's nice to know you aren't alone. (I'm waiting for Alex's creator to decide if Alex smiles back or not)
