Okay, a couple rules:

1, NO NUKES, you'd need command codes that would belong to D.C, so only D.C gets access to nukes if they capture a launch post

2, You have to be able to pay maintenance on your navies, most states can't afford carriers. This isn't Atlas(well it sort of is but with less carriers).

Yeah, a lot of the state tax is spent on maintaining our subs.

Well I set the rule at two states, technically you broke that already but I didn't change your land because you had the land before I made that rule...

I'm spitting California four ways. There's the San Diego Empire, Los Angeles Republic, Oakland Republic, and Northern California. Oakland controls Oakland and San Jose and Norcal has everything from San Fran up.

Do I have permission to use the default Texas flag? Seeing as Texas' largest cities, including the capitol, are in the SouTex region on the map, I feel it'd make sense. Not to mention I'm reviving the republic, and the Lone Star Flag is the only one it had.

I thought that they kept codes on site but couldn't launch without permission.

I'm pretty sure the President and another high ranking official have to enter codes also for it to work, to keep some rogue state from destroying everything with a surprise attack

Yeah except if you're from Canada you have to win an independence war against the Canadian government, which supported D.C in the war

Keep in mind that British Columbia and Quebec represent about 38% of the Canadian population, so Canada will suffer massive problems.
