that's all im saying. I know though I was just joking, The only reason grundy won was because the justice league has powerhouses that rely upon the types of energy that grundy can happen to absorb and he was in full control at the time as well.

My guy just recently arrived following a bounty who tried to flee here. He is known by the criminal community by name only, and by the powers he uses. He as Shade is known to some law enforcement as a successful bounty hunter.

The Shadow has been in Gotham a year or two, and is still relatively unknown. Like the Bat, those who know of him fear him, but unlike the Bat, he is not widely known. Bruce probably has a file on him, albeit one rather devoid of much information, as most people consider him just a myth.

The Doctor first came to Gotham when he was working for the hospitals and was married in the city, as well as raising his children. They died during the before stages of Batman when the mob was at it peek and his family died somewhere during that peek and when Batman began as a myth. They only fought twice and each time, The Doctor was wearing an outfit like the Grim Reaper when he fights Batman.

From time to time when they walked the streets, Bruce Wayne and Ryan Evans would interact but neither would know who the other is. During the fighting, The Doctor was able to get away the first time only after he used his toxins on him for the first time. But only after getting severely beaten. The second time they fought, The Doctor needed to do something about Batman's gas mask that was filtering out his toxins. He used a double body to distract Batman but he still had to fight him. He managed to escape again only after he hit Batman over the head with a glass bottle before retreating. Technically, the Doctor can't go toe to toe with Batman so he's trying to find new ways to fight him.

Mostly the only thing that could change is who the Villain that has him is, I want him to be under either Bane Or Penguin but it is up to the makers of those characters apps.

You could have him an associate of Bane, seeing as the Bane I will be controlling is going to be in his intelligent form, a criminal mastermind, although sometimes not. However, he isn't a henchman like in some portrayals.
Does Two Face want to collaborate with Bane? Also, could Red Hood work, in the beginning at least with Tim Drake and/or Batman but not as a sidekick, just a part time partner?

He could have more, but until now, ties like the comics. Once chosen as heir by Ras al Ghul but then having a falling out.

I ask as in Grundy's app The league was in possession of him for a bit and he was resurrected a few times via Lazarus pit, Bane could know out Grundy's presence theoretically through old contacts

At the moment Grundy is actually being controlled by use of a drug tailored for his physiology and will follow any order until completed. you could have Bane learn about Grundy then plan to take him/free him as a willing soldier is more dangerous than an unwilling one, from penguin, or something. Grundy will be much like his arkham game self when on the drug when off he is more like his self that solo'd the justice league. Of course that only happened because of certain conditions but anyways. grundy could work for Bane for a time then find out bane was/is with those that did experiments on him then there is an altercation then Grundy leaves.

Maybe. I haven't decided yet the plan of Bane. Alliance with Two Face for greater control of Gotham, or maybe Penguin?
I know which direction I am going to take Red Hood. Battle crime, Penguin and Joker, more specifically.

Well I have Solomon Grundy and then I have a character I made who is based off of the Shade and was raised by him.
