On more than one account has The Scarecrow faced Batman, always finding new ways to tear the Dark Knight with fear.

A brief summary in case you can't get through it all.

The Joker is presumed dead after dealing a blow to Robin's psyche. However, there is a Joker copycat out by the name of the Hyena. Currently Red Hood is facing off against him.

A new villain known as the Doctor is loose, using chemical gas to kill gang members. Batman is determined to catch him.

The Penguin, one of the major leader of the criminal underworld, is running for mayor. In the mean time, he is acting as the hub for underworld activity. Bane, Mad Hatter, Night-bird and Archangel are there to negotiate deals. Shadow and Grundy are about to fight, as Shadow is trying to murder every crime family in Gotham and Grundy is guarding the info of Shadow's next target.

A business man know only as Agent 27 is recruiting people to join him to make a bunch of money, such as Viking.

There is a fight between Void and Erebus for a diamond.

And I don't think I'm missing anything...

And then my character, Colonel Zero, is moving his next move to install security in Gotham from the government-sanctioned supports.
