Shadowwell and Silhoutte, my next move largely depends on your opinion. Would you like to fight each other? I can arrange it, but I want your consent before it happens.
Up to them, I'm ok with it either way. Though I have to ask- How are you going to get the Shadow into the pit? Haha

Name: Jaime Reyes
Alias: Blue Beetle
Age: 16
Side (Hero, Villain, Anti-Hero, Government, etc.): Hero
Appearance and Personality:(Image)
Abilities and Weapons (Recommended to be as descriptive as Possible): Blue Beetles's powers are all derived from the Scarab, an ancient piece of alien technology created by the Reach. The Scarab is fused with Jaime's body, allowing it to manifest whenever it is called upon or decides that it's host is in unnecessary anger. Being a highly advanced weapons system designed by the Reach (themselves capable of matching the Green Lantern Corps) to provide a bridghead in conquering planets, it provides Jaime numerous abilities and powers he uses in his heroic derring do.
These powers include (but are not limited to): Advanced energy tracking, biological scanning, enhanced strength/endurance/durability, energy projection, armor manipulation to create a variety of weapons, and flight. The Scarab is also sentient and can take control over Jaime's body should he be incapacitated or in great danger. This also means that the two are in constant communication, though Jaime is the only one besides other scarabs who can "hear" it.
Weakness(es) (Required but could be as simple as "Human", "Poor Fighter", or more complex like "Leaves Riddles at Crime Scene"): Both Jaime and the Scarab have their own respective weaknesses. For the former, he is relatively inexperienced when it comes to combat, as well as navigating through the more nuanced abilities the Scarab can provide, preventing him from making full use of the abilities the armor provides. The Scarab itself is weak to magic, as it an energy source it cannot analyze and therefore make countermeasures against. It will also refuse to harm nature.
Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation):
Jaime Reyes started out the first 16 years of his life as an average teenager, albeit one lived more happily than many. Growing up in El Paso, Texas, he grew up under the care of both his supportive parents. Many of his days were spent in the company of his two best friends, Brenda and Paco. Jaime might have continued this otherwise unspectacular life, had it not been for his sudden discovery of the Scarab.
The Scarab had been blasted from the Rock of Eternity, and laid dormant until it's discovery by the curious teen. Taking an interest in the Scarab after finding it on his way to school, Jaime brought it home with him to discover what interests it might hold. And interests indeed is what he received, for later that night, as he slept, the Scarab came alive, grafting itself to his spinal cord.
From then on out, Jaime Reyes has striven to live his life as a hero as best he can whilst dealing with the sentient Scarab attached to his back. His escapades include freeing his hometown of the influence of a notorious crime lord as well as stemming the meta-human delinquency that was plaguing El Paso. However, he has moved on from his local climes to provide assistance wherever he is needed, which has resulted in various adventures with the Dark Knight himself, as well as the Teen Titans and Justice League.

Side (Hero, Villain, Anti-Hero, Government, etc.): Villain
Appearance and Personality:(Image)
The respectable Maxwell Cato's dark alter ego, The Plague, is as villainous as he is a gentleman. He takes a sadistic pleasure in his crimes, yet his newcomer status in Gotham makes this mastermind eager to prove himself. Whatever The Plague's crime may be, he always finds a way to add a poetic touch that is impossible to mistake. When acting as Maxwell, he is an educated man of honor. But when his bloodlust surfaces, The Plague is nothing more than a megalomaniac with a silver tongue.
Abilities and Weapons (Recommended to be as descriptive as Possible): The Plague, although not wielding superpowers himself, carries an impressive arsenal of gear that matches his unique style. Finding entertainment in killing slowly, he uses syringes filled with poisons or diseases to end his opponent. In his robe are two syringe-revolvers, built to his exact specifications. The Plague is also partial to using viral bombs, essentially gas grenades filled with dangerous microbes and toxins that kill indiscriminately. Naturally, he always carries antidotes along his belt, and his eyes are resilient to his own weapons.
Weakness(es) (Required but could be as simple as "Human", "Poor Fighter", or more complex like "Leaves Riddles at Crime Scene"): Fitting with his criminal technique, The Plague targets his enemies from afar. He is fully human, and ultimately, unprepared for extended fits of combat against stronger foes. His mask only offers temporary resistance against deadly chemicals. Feeling as though murder is an art, The Plague leaves obvious signatures at crime scenes, among other clues. His biggest weakness, however, is in his inability to kill quickly. By leaving his victims alive for extended amounts of time, The Plague has seen many a target recover upon hospital treatment. His syringes may break, his bombs may fail to detonate, and his ego serves as his biggest danger.
Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation): Maxwell Cato wasn't always the criminal psychopath he is now. He was a great deal of many things; a writer, a biologist, a chemist, a painter, a friendly man. Maxwell was born in Avesta, Sweden. It didn't take long for his family to move to the United States, on behalf of his father's many business ventures. Being a young boy, Maxwell developed a deep fascination with science, and all the advancements it was making. This fascination, coupled with his extraordinary performance in school, allowed him to become a scientist of unparalleled skill. In short time, Maxwell became one of the world's greatest microbiologists from his lab in Gotham. His constant experimentation brought unforeseen side-effects. He was always eager to test the next big cure or vaccine, and these tests always required a human subject. With no volunteer other than himself, Maxwell had a cycle of injecting himself with a virus or toxin, only to then ingest whatever antidote he had created. Over time Maxwell fell in love with his lab assistant, a young woman quickly building her reputation in research. The pair's relationship turned intimate rather swiftly. When she had uncovered Maxwell's self-torturing experiments, their relationship devolved instantly in one, hostile argument within a chemical lab. Emotions played over reasoning, and Maxwell pushed his lover into a table filled with experimental mixtures. She was killed in that very moment. Before he could mourn, the disgraced scientist found his eyes permanently blackened by those same mixtures in gaseous form. Grief and chemical exposure warped Maxwell's brilliant mind. He took inspiration from the old plague doctors of centuries prior, and surely, found an alter ego to express his new desire for murder, The Plague.

Togeria, would like to have Snake Eyes be hired by Penguin to protect the mob for a lot of money?
RaInis, your posts are excellent. The only problem is that most characters are wrapped in their own story lines. My advice would be to join a story. Agent 27 is trying to get a group together starting with the Viking, Red Hood and Hyena are fighting on the rooftops, Penguin is negotiating with Shadow, Bane, Night-bird, Mad Hatter and Grundy to an extent, Batman is going after the Doctor, and there's a fight at the Museum between Void and Erebus.

I'm working on ridding the gang lords from Gotham, starting from the minor ones first.
