His task force is armed with top of the line equipment as well as have special forces training.

Deathstroke can be killed with enough hits to his armor, as he is still mostly human and suffer the same human limitations like breathing and eating. His task force, while skilled in the training, can be taken out individually with some difficulty.

After taking a serum that would make him completely immune to truth serums, Slade Wilson was accidentally transformed into a super soldier. He eventually left the government to go become the greatest mercenary in the world - Deathstroke. Deathstroke has also formed a team under him, training several skilled mercenaries known as the Task Force 17.

Looking for some muscle to protect his empire, Oswald Cobblepot recently hired Deathstroke to protect him and his empire. Deathstroke agree, for Cobblepot had given him not only a significant amount of money up front, but also the whereabouts of the mercenaries who took his beloved daughter Rose away from him.

He can't fly. He does get an increase on his abilities, and the armor heals Deathstroke over time. At least that's what I understand is true.
