The original or the restart? the books aren't bad either.
You could have CC's character be a partner but also a handler of sorts.

Most of the one from the nineties was good except once they changed main characters.
Agreed. Originals are always better. I didn't know there was a restart. Prolly won't watch it. Yet.
They are making an Amazon Prime show based off the '67 book, The Man in the High Castle, about the post ww2, axis victorious occupation of the East Coast by the Germans and West Coast by the Japanese of the US.

Unless you are still using magazines.
Plus, the friction would warm up your hands.

Maybe make it so that people can resist the telepathy if they have strong wills or something. and maybe he has to concentrate when he reads/ rewrites a person mind leaving himself open to physical attacks or something. simply trying to give advice.

That could work. Like someone said, something to establish that all these people are in Gotham to set the stage as it were, and maybe provide some possible threads to follow. If you need help let me know and I'll work on it first thing tomorrow.

Foresight does not apply to combat. Telepathy can be resisted by anyone who concentrates on nothing. Think of foresight in terms of a comic-book storyline:
The hero knows, due to his foresight, what to do and where to be to stop Mr. X from doing y.

Can you post a link to your rp sample? I actually give heavy weight to that.
