Well, is he going to be semi intelligent like in the justice league cartoons or Injustice? Or is an animalistic brute like in the Arkham games?

I as thinking semi intelligent with periods of full lucidity, I was also thinking whoever he works for has him drugged with something tailored to his physiology, that prevents most of his consciousness from surfacing, then he would be like the Arkham version.

I don't know yet I was thinking maybe Penguin but I will look over what other Bats villains we have here and then I will put up the app.
EDIT: probably penguin as joker wouldn't really use Grundy and twoface would want to kill batman himself. Penguin could have Grundy hidden in a warehouse or something until needed.

Personality: when drugged he is simple and instinctual and easily controlled. When he has full control of his faculties he is still simple but capable of basic strategies and most human emotions.
Abilities and Weapons (Recommended to be as descriptive as Possible): Undead physiology, energy absorption/manipulation, Super strength and stamina
His physiology allows him to be stronger, more durable and have more stamina than any human, he can also resurrect after a period of time has passed since his body died. He has been on par with some serious heavy hitters in the past.
He can manipulate and absorb certain types of energy this is done by pure instinct and reflex most of the time. He can control it to an extent if he is fully lucid.
Weakness(es) (Required but could be as simple as "Human", "Poor Fighter", or more complex like "Leaves Riddles at Crime Scene"): Not that smart and easily controlled except when he is in full control of himself. If his opponent is weaker than him than he isn’t at his strongest. If you remove and destroy his heart it can delay his resurrection time. Lacks any actual fighting skills, unless he is in full control of himself then he possesses basic skills and can use them. Usually can’t be reasoned with by any means.
Biography (4-5 Line Minimum, unique characters should have backstories, Marvel Characters should have an explanation):Grundy doesn’t know everything about how he became what he is now. He was originally a criminal named Cyrus Gold, He was betrayed by one of the people in his up and coming organisation, He was killed and cursed with magic and then his body was given to the League under Ra’as al ghul. After being tortured, killed, and resurrected in vicsious cycle he was finally able to escape. He had encountered batman and other Superheroes and villains in the past. A few years ago however he was caught by some associate of the Penguin, Who created a drug-serum that suppresses Grundys mind making him easily ordered and controlled, this drug however prevents Grundy from displaying his full might most of the time. Penguin has had Grundy Brought to Gotham as insurance against anything that tries to threaten his chances of securing the position of Mayor of Gotham City.

mostly the only thing that could change is who the Villain that has him is, I want him to be under either Bane Or Penguin but it is up to the makers of those characters apps.

Here is a question for everyone: is your character someone Batman can defeat? They can be very difficult to defeat and Batman doesn't have to be guaranteed to win, but if Batman has no hope at defeating them then they are too overpowered.

That being said, Rumble is accepted though I will watch closely.

Weakness(es): Human, has no real abilities without his exoskeleton or firearms besides his above average intelligence, senses, and skill in hand to hand combat.

He lived a nice, middle class life, full of sports, friends, and anything a typical kid could want. After highschool, he went to the University of California, and got a B.A. in Criminology. The DEA picked him up, during which time he was sent to Colombia and the Mexican border on many occasions to fight drug trafficking. But, money and power corrupted him. He began selling evidence, taking bribes, and even selling arms to the enemy while obstructing investigations. The FBI discovered these actions and took him into custody, offering to wipe his slate clean in exchange for service due to his skill and having no choice. So of course, he agreed. They retrained him, borderline brainwashing him to not be corrupt or greedy, and altered his nervous system and organs to be in peak condition. Then, they equipped him with an experimental exoskeleton purchased from DARPA, and send him to GC, seperate from their other operations there, to work alone and clandestinely, as a vigilante aiding the local law enforcement.
