In this timeline, i would hope that since this gas is pretty new, that the Ottomans invented it first. If they funded their scientists for chemical weapons, i would expect them to get fully functioning gas units in a year. But if they buy it off me, they get 2 units, the blueprints, and it will be cheaper then funding research to make it.

Dude my family owns over twenty guns, relax. I also am pro-nuclear proliferation amongst responsible nations, anyway, I digress. But that was the way it was then. Turn of the century, so much stuff was banned by conventions of nations.
