Physical Description: A sort of caramel-copperish-colored woman with black hair arranged in something like a bob. Eyes a cobalt blue and as clear as the empty sky. Her build is strong but tall and thin, less like an ox and more like a leopard, or a professional swimmer. She wears loose-fitting rags in the form of a sleeveless tunic and a chlamys. She does not usually wear foot wrappings, but she does have them, using them usually to cover her lower legs.
Personality: A genuine pragmatist. Tends to stay out of fights until their is a clear winner, then she will sometimes decide to side with either whoever is clearly winning, whoever it would be most beneficial for her to fight alongside, or whom her own morals parallel most closely. If the latter two have a chance of winning that is. If not, then she runs. It's not so much due to her being spineless as simply not caring/not wanting to get involved unless she must.

Hmm, not bad. Two things though- what is his hand? Is it magically powered, or just a lump of metal? Secondly, he's just woken up, so he hasn't been traveling about or fighting anyone.

He can sing with his fingers, so to speak, drawing lyrics in the air around him, and they almost never stop moving. While most of his body is concealed by sheer black, silky robes over white undergarments, his eyes are clearly visible. They are almost dead - totally black - and yet show quite a lot of life when engaged by another person, scanning over the face and the body with gusto. He has very dark skin, typical for a South Asian.
Personality: Felix is a morbid, morbid character. He thrives on black comedy and dark humor. Laughter is common as a reaction to tragedy by most people - Felix, however, relishes it. That being said, his laughter conceals a genuine concern for the well-being of even strangers, and he is a generally sympathetic person. He holds grudges hard, although he is openly critical of his own inability to forgive. Finally, he is driven by curiosity - stability scares him, and creativity drives him. Despite this, Felix's greatest weakness is that he can appreciate another's creativity faster than he can exercise it himself - his fingers and spirit are those of an artist, but his mind that of a mathematician. His reaction to social situations is basically random, driven more by his relationship to the individuals involved than any expectation of social norms or his own place in the social hierarchy. While he fancies himself a capable leader, he is utterly disdainful of leadership from above, and often prefers to play the devil's advocate to someone else.

Well I'll edit but yea its decorative but it is magical in the sense that it reacts as if it where a normal hand. Like its only connect to his nerves by magic? I would say your stipulation of magic use being energy consuming should keep his magical reserves more drained than the other characters.

To others, Jaylwin is a introverted individual but inside he is a rather emotional man who crys for the warmth of another's embrace. He is always on the constant look out his soul mate. He communicates with grunts and grumbles, making him seem disinterested in communicating with others. He is constantly tired due to his hand slowly seeping from his magical reserves, thus always putting him in a state of deep slumber when he sleeps.

Personality: A strong-willed person, Ber obtains a great feeling from being in charge, though he's smart enough to realize that one needs to work with others to survive in this wasteland. He has a sight feeling that his past might be something to not delve into, so he stays away from that sort of thing. Not good at working in groups, however he may try, thanks to his attitude, which is pretty gruff and unlikeable.

That, by the way, is essentially how uncontrolled Power works. Strong emotions may cause it to flare unpredictably. In this case Jarn (and I) hates walking on loose sand, annoyance that suddenly caused part of the sand to coagulate into sandstone, about a two foot by two foot section of earth. He'll be drained for a few minutes, and if he does any more alterations for a few hours he'll be very tired, but otherwise easy transmutations like that essentially run off the bit of divine in your character's blood, not their life force immediately.
