After a vigorous "Yes" campaign by the Scottish government, the SNP managed to eke out a vote for independence in the sovereignty referendum. A new wave of economic hardship and protests in the United Kingdom accelerated negotiations for independence; and Scotland managed to achieve full sovereignty ahead of the scheduled date.

Scottish prosperity along a Scandinavian economic model invigorated Plaid Cymru in Wales and the various English devolution just movements as the economy continued to tank; leading to the declaration of Welsh independence after the Welsh Assembly called for snap elections. This resulted in the formal dissolution of the United Kingdom, although all three nations on the island of Great Britain retained close ties and the shared institution of the monarchy.

Northern Ireland remained an English enclave until aggressive moves by Ireland forced them to turn to the relatively stronger Scotland; which at that point was also in negotiations with Wales to form a wider union. These talks negotiated in the formation of the Celtic Union, a federal state comprised of the nations of Scotland, Wales, and Ulster.

History: The PRCS started a revolt in 2007 to start a Communist state in Somalia. The Revolt received little foreign support but tons of Local support.
The PRCS was able to take control of the of their desired region with ease, due to little foreign intervention as well as little Government resistance. The leader Omar Kapia is a very hands on leader, he took part in many battles during the revolution and has been seen accompanying Somali pirates. The Government allows freedom of speech and religion, but controls and distributes wealth. Due to financial instability most crimes are punishable by death due to a lack of prisons. The PRCS is working to secure its waters and instate a Fee to anybody who is no a citizen of the PRC to use it. The PRC is also looking to solve the financial crisis by distributing food and water, as well as building new housing. The PRCS is looking to expand its territory to the rest of Somalia, Djibouti, and Ethiopia, and expand its industry to build tanks and small arms.
