They were three entities from beyond the universe that assimilated the aspect of 'time' to manifest inside and bring chaos. The strongest was Ku, whom recently revived; that's who they're fighting.

Backstory: Olivia was born to the same family as Jane, though obviously much earlier. Ever since Jane was born however Olive has been extremely protective of her. Though ever since her extreme intelligence was displayed, Olivia has had a mixture of concern and just a tad bit of jealousy.
Anyway, at roughly the same time Jane was teleported away, Olivia also underwent a life change. While on the way back from the shops, she was kidnapped and experimented upon, before being turned free. She woke up on the side of the road. Confused and dazed, not remembering anything of what happened. When she got back home, she underwent a transformation, making her taller, stronger and green-er.

Powers and Abilities:
Her strength and power are directly proportional to her anger,
can create massive shockwaves with thunderclaps,
highly resistant to magic based attacks, immune to nuclear and radiation based attacks, resistant to transmutation and other such matter manipulation powers, can touch energy as if it were solid and tangible, highly resistant to tranquilizers and toxins.

Weaknesses:
Pretty reliant on brute force.
If you cause her to be sad enough or find some way to tranquilize her peacefully, then she will revert back to her human form temporarily.
She wont do anything that risks harming her sister.

Destructive Capacity: At least island level to planet level

Speed: Hypersonic Jumping speeds, Peak human regular movement and Hypersonic reactions

Durability: Planet Level + Regen

Lifting Strength: Class Y+ (Depending on level of anger)

Striking Strength: Ranges from YJ to YKJ depending on anger level

Standard Equipment: Cell phone. Wallet, house keys and some money and credit cards.

Intelligence: High school graduate levels, though surprisingly skilled in martial arts and pretty musically talented.

Optional stuff.

The Fulcrum Force is an archaic cosmic entity embodying the multiversal aspect of balance and equity among all powers, both finite and infinite. It was created by The Living Tribunal and is believed by many to be an extension of its almighty will. The Fulcrum Force is responsible for maintaining the power balance between all universes and dimensions within the entire Multiverse. A responsibility very much like its creator's, albeit on a lower volume. To represent itself and carry out its duties upon the material plane, The Fulcrum Force in-turn created the Singularities.

Singularities, or more commonly known as Time Lords, are a primordial species of extra-dimensional and near nigh-omniscient beings with the capability of traversing through space and time via time travelling devices empowered with dark matter energy. Only a single Time Lord can exist within each individual universe/dimension/planes of existence. Time Lords have no set racial characteristics/gender nor age. They are a collective of former mortals from numerous other species throughout the multiverse found worthy enough to be selected and turned into a Singularity by the Fulcrum Force. Time Lords as a whole do not age as they are now beings existing beyond the time-space continuum of the worlds they protect. As such, the roles they play are an eternal one & the span of their service knows no limit; usually only ending in death or if they have been deemed unsuitable to be a Time Lord by the Fulcrum Force and stripped off of their status and abilities.

Thus, the mental burden of a Time Lord is crushing to the point of madness. Those who have lived for centuries can no longer find it emotionally possible to re-adapt to a normal life; having lost all their friends, families and homeworld through-out the ages & and having become addicted to the cosmic knowledge reserved for the likes of gods and divine entities. Some have even been forced to destroy their own worlds or universes for the greater good of all. As a result, suicide & deterioration into insanity is often found commonplace among surviving Singularities if they aren't strong enough to endure the mental torments that comes with the job.

As time flows differently in all universes, the number of pre-existed Time Lords vary as well. For example....Earth-608 might already have a 18th Doctor 666 as compared to Earth-02 who currently just had its 4th Doctor 666 appointed. No doctor from a certain universe, however, can willy-nilly cross into another dimension that is the jurisdiction of another doctor without their permission. All Time Lords can communicate with one another though, via their time devices. When Singularities are appointed, they receive the holographic compass of The Astra Horologium painlessly engrained within the biological structure of their right hand. The Astra Horologium is the symbol of all Time Lords and signifies their rightful authority as avatars of The Fulcrum Force. Within it is written the special mapped coordinates to otherworldly dimensions that no mere mortal nor sometimes even other gods know about. However, this does not mean the Time Lords themselves can freely travel to & fro without asking for permission from its dimensional owners first.

The time machines used by Singularities take various different shapes, forms and names as according to their individual users. They all however are sentient and as such function as a sub-species of the Time Lords called Chronians. Each and every Chronian is given life through a Nexus Paragon; a diamond-shaped object forged from living dark-matter energy taken from the depths of the void. After being given form, Chronian time machines imprint themselves immediately upon their user and form an unbreakable symbiotic relationship with them. The Chronians are the Time Lords' ultimate allies, friends, protectors & weapons of mass destruction capable of destroying whole stellar systems and universes. No imprinted Chronian time machine has been known to betray/abandon their master/mistress even when their user(s) have fallen into the depths of madness and depravity.

The Fulcrum Force's entire concept is usually manifested in the form of The Timeless Church. An alternate dimension existing outside of the space-time continuum. It is also the home of The Time Lords and where they will all gather to form the 4th Dimensional Council once in a blue moon. The 4th Dimensional Council is a formal gathering assembled not just for extremely rare social parties and clubbing with one another (though that is most often the case when they meet up) but more aimed at getting the Time Lords to do business together and discuss about recent happenings, new potential enemies, threats and or any events within their individual universes that concerns the stability and protection of the multiverse at large. It is presided over by the oldest and or longest-standing Time Lord(s) in existence.

I think you are supposed to make your own character. But, you may use the existing DBZ villains if you wish. Like, one of my characters is a Majin. I also have a Z Fighter, and atria gave me permission to use Krilllin and Yamcha with him with his little arc.

I sorta blew up Super Android 17 a while back in the rp... But I could find a loophole to bring him back..
