James wasn't surprised at the proposal, bipartisanship was a must if anything was to get done by any party. "Mr. Darkmoon, thank your congratulations and got proposal but this is not something where I can make a shotgun decision. We have no intentions of forming a full coalition but we would be interested in a loose coalition on certain issues. What is your parties stances on healthcare, gun control, and taxation?" The senators car and escort pulled up to the Progressive Party HQ and James went inside. His office was on the 9th floor of the 12 story building and it was quite large. He got on the elevator and a maintenance worker hurriedly rushed on with him.

Nicholas Darkmoon was disappointed at the rejection of a full colition. However, even a loose coalition was better than none.
"Universal free health care to ensure equal health care be attributed to everyone regardless of wealth or social status. Strict laws on gun ownership and potentially for them to be used only by members of the military. Lower taxes for the poor, bigger for the rich. Also, more taxes and regulations on multinational companies to ensure local companies have a say on the national market. "

James stepped off the elevator, and so did the maintenance worker, and he went to his office. He took the phone from his ear when he reached his secretary, "What's maintenance doing up here," he asked her. She checked her computer, "I don't know sir there's nothing in the log, someone must have forgot to put it in the system." James gave her a nod before entering his office and sitting at his desk. "Well we can't really agree with your party on healthcare," he said resuming his call, "but gun control and taxation we can definitely cooperate on. Are there any issues that you'd be interested in cooperating on?"

Dezmond sat at his desk and peered at his computer. 369,000 dollars were sent to his bank account. A 23% return rate. 'Not bad.' He thought to himself. 'But it could be better' He closed out of his computer and took a moment to think. He was very excited that he had been elected to be a senator. Very much so indeed. But something nagged at him. The amount of people that voted leftist in the election alarmed him. Especially the fact that many of those votes went to the radicals. The Progressives he did not mind too much, but the radicals were a completely different story. If there was going to be any chance for the Pioneers to pass some of their legislation, then they may need another party to help back them. Dezmond pulled out his phone and dialed senator Louis...

Senator Craig Miller Louis, Rising Dawn News Building (NCF Headquarters), Jamestown

Senator Louis was very annoyed at the results of the recent elections. The lefty 'Liberty' Party had finally been purged from the Senate, but another one had just sprung up out of the woodwork, the RLUF. Craig had no idea how they managed to rally up the same amount of support as the political giants that were the Progressive and Pioneer parties. Besides that, 'President Janitor' had been reelected, much to Craig's disappointment. Last but not least, a shocking number of voters had neglected to even vote, something that was eerily close to American. Regardless, he decided to walk into the office of one Mr. Solomon Daniels.
"Mr. Daniels, sorry about barging in, but I've come to offer you a proposal. I won't be surprised if the two other Senate parties make a coalition, or at least some kind of deal... hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they merged into one giant lefty party. Now, the NCF and the Pioneer party are both moderate conservative parties, so I'd like to strike up a deal with you. The Pioneers and myself want to form a coalition with your party. I don't expect you to make your decision without quite a bit of thinking, mind you, but I'd like you to at least explain why not in the event that you decline. Hey, you mind if I smoke in here?" he asked, taking out a cigarette. Suddenly, his phone started ringing. "Just a sec, gotta take this." he told Daniels, holding up his index finger. "Yeah, it's Craig. Whaddaya want?"

Progressive Party HQ
"We support universal healthcare for the low and middle class, not the upper class. We won't support anything that gives the upper class more benefits then what they already have. On welfare we support monetary assistance for those who need it but that assistance should be paired with job training, substance abuse classes, or whatever else the people may need to get a steady job and support themselves. Labor unions is an issue that we don't have a set party platform on and we leave it up to our men..." Just then there was an explosion on the other side of the floor, that sounded like it came from the restrooms. All the lights on that floor and all above it went out and chaos took control. James could smell smoke and flames from the explosion and he immediately rushed out of his office. Party members and their staff were running around trying to get to the staircase. Some of them had made it down but as James got close debris form above them fell and blocked the stairway. They were trapped and from the looks of things they would stay that way.

Department of Interior
A young man busted into the secretary office and her face quickly went from a smile to a scowl. "How many times do I have to tell you people not to come on my damn office witho..." The young man cut her off mid sentence, "sorrt Madame Secretary but there's an emergency. There's been an explosion at the Progressive Party Headquarters and there's about 300 people trapped inside." Secretary of Interior Jessuca Hughes got up from her desk and grabbed he phone. "Get emergency services over their now and call Commissioner Evans and tell him to send me some officers for crowd control," she said as she exited her office. As she walked out the building towards her car she could see the smoke from the expiation and fire. She got in her car with her protective detail and her assistant and they drove off towards the scene.

"It's funny you should say that, because I'm literally in their leader's office right now. Is there anything else you wanted to say to me?" Craig asked, very slightly annoyed. He turned the cigarette in his hand over and over, waiting for Daniels to let him smoke in his office.

Solomon Daniels
The National Civic Faction
Rising Dawn News Building, Jamestown

I had left the Senate building in order to get some work done when Senator Louis walked into my office in a rather rude manner. I was working on some paper works, tax returns and receipts and the like, getting my affairs in order being productive as usual. Such is the way of the righteous one can say. When Senator Louis came Barging in I looked up from my work and before I could say a thing he began to talk. I listened with little expression on my face to his proposal of establishing a coalition of some sort before he went to his phone and began speaking to another. All this time I was thinking how this had not exactly gone according to plan, but as one saying or another goes nothing ever really goes according to plan. Sad thing really, it would be so much nicer if they did. Before I said anything I made sure to think first before I finally spoke in a rather mild tone of voice:

"First"

I pointed towards a nearby sign on the wall that clearly stated NO SMOKING to any who entered. I leaned back on my chair in a relaxed position and having bought my hands together in front of me with the fingers forming a sort o triangle when entangled, I spoke again in the same tone of voice and without flinching:

"Second, it would have been nice of you to knock but let us not fret over spilt milk aye? Third point, Is this not something a Leader of a party would be doing? Man to man, leader to leader as one may say. It seems odd that is all. I would think if the Pioneers had such a want they would of sent their leader. Another thing I wish to talk about is the futility of such an action. Even if we were to be combined it would produce little if anything for even with are combined might we would lack anything even close to a majority of the vote and would ultimately have to hope that either one of are opposition will sympathize with us. But by far the most important thing to consider is the effect this will have on the others. This may very well cause the Progressives to seek allies in the Radicals which would be utterly disastrous in all regards. If true coalition was to be formed by them we would quickly see the changing of what was once a rather reasonable party, the Progressives, into something far more sinister for extremism the likes of which the Radicals are fond of is like an infectious disease and tends to rub off on those around them. As such me and my party have already agreed that it would be best to try and prevent that from happening in the first place. We figure remaining independent would serve are goals best. As such more than likely I would have to decline your offer unless you can give me good consistent reasons to think differently."

I continued to look right in Senator Louis's eyes and waited for him to respond all the while I took careful sips from a mug filled with a chilled batch of Arnold-Palmer.

Senator Craig Miller Louis, Rising Dawn News Building (NCF Headquarters), Jamestown

Stealthily hanging up on Senator Noble, Senator Louis looked at the sign, disheartened. "Damn, hate to see smoking go the way it is in America." he complained, shoving his cigarette back into his pocket, along with his lighter. He instead took a stick of gum out of his pocket, and began to chew it. "Could you stop staring at me like that? It's creepy as shit." he told Daniels, as blunt as ever. "Anyway, I'm sorry that the president of the nation couldn't take the time out of his day to come down and discuss this matter. Well, I'm sorry I couldn't change your mind, maybe things will change later on. Until then, have one on me." Craig told Solomon Daniels, tossing a cigarette at him and snickering. He grinned his sly grin, and walked out of the office, wiping the hand that had shaken the hand of Daniels off with his spit, disgusted by the man. Senator Louis wished that Daniels would see that there was no reasoning with the lefties. Then again, he wished that the President would see that as well.

Northern Military Base. Jamal Tawil

The corporal was surprised at the sudden promotion to Staff Sergeant given to him by the Chief. He stood at attention and saluted him. "Thank you, sir. I'll start performing my job ASAP." The sergeant left to go eat some lunch.

In the same base, Secretary of Defense Dunn looked out at the base. He was sickened by the budget cuts and downsizing of the military. These measures put in place by 'disloyal' politicians fostered a distrust of the government by most of the officer corps in the military. Dunn hated the cowards that he thought enlisted in the military who were spineless, boneless, and had virtually no experience in warfare apart from video game shooters.

The very abuse that Colonel Williams had put on his cadets at Jamestown University now was tolerated by Dunn out of sheer hate for the new recruits. The only politician that Dunn could trust any more was President Andrews and even he didn't know whether the next president would share the same trust that he and Andrews had.

A dislike of the police was also common in the military. Most soldiers resented the police department for taking over their duties of policing and enforcing the law. However, there still were militias in the country. Seeing a way to boost his manpower, Secretary Dunn tried to form a new branch of the military, the Army Auxiliary.

Progressive Party Headquarters
As Secretary Hughes pulled up to the scene she saw te once great progressive headquarters now lit with bright orange flames. As she got out of her car te worst imaginable thing happened, the top four floors of the building collapsed taking with it several emergency vehicles. The firefighters continued to try to put out the fire and everyone around looked on in pure astonishment at what they'd just witnessed.

1 hour later...

The fire was out and the building was completely empty. Rescue workers reached trough the debris of the fallen levels of te building for any survivors but the current death toll was 184, 20 of which were senators, and no survivors. The police had taken in all staff who had made it out to question them about what had happened prior to te explosion. Secretary Highes had rushed to the executive residence to meet with the President about the situation.

Dezmond looked at the phone. 'Bastard'.

2 hours later...

Dezmond was on his phone lying on the coach in the living room. He had just bought .1% of technation with his 369,000 dollars. Feeling very pleased with himself, he flipped on the tve. He looked on at his TV at the scene of the progressive HQ on fire. He was shocked, yet also scared. Tinged with slight paranoia. What if they came for the Pioneers next?

Chauveau raised the bottle to his lips, taking a sip of the whiskey. He was generally a more refined man preferring wine but now he was drinking whiskey simply to get drunk enough. He was in the back alley of Jamestown, taking big swigs of the alcohol. The alley itself looked like shit, with several dumpsters and trash in it. Chauveau looked no better. He hadn't showered in weeks or even changed his clothing. He hadn't been home in weeks. After failing to get reelected into office, he couldn't go home to his family a failure. Please forgive me. he whispered to himself, raising a gun to his temple and pulling the trigger.
Alas yonder woman, damn you tempt me with thy saucy bosom
thus methinks I shall bestow my codpiece in thee & make naughty love to my lady all night
Please haste hither & quench this torment fairest maiden

Col. Dietrich woke up at 12:30 with an unexpected headache, that was made even worse by his phone going off with Panzerleid going off at full blast. He picked up the phone and with a gruff and terse "Yes?" The voice on the other side was one that he knew, "Cadet Freeburg, what is the meaning of getting me up at this ungodly hour?" "Sir, we have a problem, Cadet Huxley has lost it! He came in a few minutes ago saying that he is Ali Baba and tried to kill Cadet Boling because "he was one of the 40 thieves!" We have no clue what is going on, all we know is it something that he ate because he had the same thing he has every night!" There was general panic in the cadets voice so Dietrich knew it wasn't some trick to get them a day off. "Hold him down, I will be there in 15 minutes and have the University nurse over there by the time I get there!" He hung up the phone, got a shirt and shorts on, grabbed his keys and sped to the university.

Isaac T. Oron, Columbian Red Youth Pact, Jamestown.

Isaac woke up at around 9:30 A.M, ready to start his speech at the C.R.Y.P Headquarters in Jamestown to his followers within the Youth Movement, he showered, got clothes on and prior to the Hour 10:45, he left his house with his Car and drove to C.R.Y.P Headquarters in Jamestown which, surprisingly, was fairly close to Isaac's house, just North East from his place at a 4 Kilometer distance.

20 Minutes later
When Isaac arrived at the Youth's Movement Headquarters he took a step out of his car as his assistant, a man named Leon Alberto a teenager of the age 19 came next to him, helped him get everything prepared to the speech he was about to make; 'Mr.Oron' said Leon to Isaac as he looked at him with a confident face and smile, a relatively friendly simile; 'Oh yes Leon?' replied to him Isaac with a slight morning groan, yet still powered enough to smile at his familiar assistant; 'The children, sir, they have all gathered and arrived at the dinning hall and are awaiting your speech, i am sure you'll be able to make this speech a good one' said Leon to him, showing confidence regarding Isaac's upcoming speech; 'Thank you for informing me Leon, you are always a great assistant to have but tell me, how many children out of all of our members come?' asked Isaac in wonder, Leon replied to him with a cautious yet assertive voice; 'I believe around 862, out of our 2,438 members, well you see sir, our dinning hall isn't exactly the biggest fit, we can schedule the same speech to the other groups in the upcoming weeks':

The Speech
Isaac smiled at him as he started walking with Leon towards the dinning hall entrance, shortly arriving inside it as the dinning hall was filled with tables and children wearing the traditional Red(Scout-like) Uniforms, sitting at the tables and chit-chatting with everyone, Isaac just had one last question to his assistant; 'Are the papers ready for my speech?', Leon nodded as he took from his pocket a rolled up papers and gave them to Isaac as Isaac straightened them out, then nodded to Leon as Leon proceeded to attend one of the tables like all the other Youth, Isaac then went to the center of the dinning hall and requested silence from the Youth members attending the speech, the dinning hall then was silenced in a shortly manner, everyone eager and some not for Isaac's speech, Isaac coughed and stood still as he started to talk in an assertive voice while looking at the Youth, reading words from the papers; 'Hello all of you, as you already know our nation is a beautiful one, a one filled with the aspects of democracy, an aspect so valuable to human life, to our regular life, an aspect that lets us choose our way of life and gives us our right self determination and freedom of economics, but before we go to that place, i would like to say that i am very proud of every single person in this room for attending the Youth Movement and helping us assist others, the weak, the poor, the disable, my father used to say to me, Life is like a Bomb's Timer, you do not always know when its going to tick up and explode, but while its still ticking you can do great things.' Isaac gulped a little and continued to stand still infront of the Youth; 'As many of you know, I shall be campaigning for Senatorship, and i hope, I really do hope with all my heart that i will succeed and if i do, I make this promise, a promise which i dare to never break; I will never ever forget you, the Proud beautiful Youth who stands here before me and i will always be there for you, I will always remember you as you, all of you, filled the empty glass of water that was inside me... Watching you grow like you did, helping and being in the Youth Movement makes me proud and happy to know what you can do and what humanity can do but more especially what our youth can do, Our Youth is a great aspect of our country that must be educated, taught to love and to give back, I am deeply proud of all of you who are listening today to my words but to let you know.. I am very proud of you, I love you, I love our nation, its beauty, its freedoms and its youth.. especially its Youth and i will do my best to make sure that this Youth does not go forgotten in the pages of politics and government and that like what i promised, I will never forget you, you who filled my life.. Thank you.' Isaac shed a tear, it was hard for him to move on but he knew he will never forget them and they will never forget him, he played a vital role in modeling their futures, a few seconds of silent came but afterwards, immediate clapping from all the children in the dinning hall, some even whistling and cheering up for him as he raised his hand and waved at all of them, smiling so confidently at his youth, shortly afterwards he left the dinning hall and the Headquarters and head on back to his home.

Times Square, New York City, New York
Senator King stood in Times Square in front a white backdrop. He stood behind a podium with several cameras being pointed at him. The head camera man started counting down and Senator King mad hustled his tie. "My Fellow Columbians I am sad to have received the news of the loss of 214 Columbian lives yesterday. Yes I lost a building and some furniture but 214 families lost their loved ones and that's what matters the most. My condolences go out to the families of all the victims and you have my deepest sympathy. I know that we can not remove your grief but we can help ease your burden, and the Progressive Party will do that by paying for the funerals of all victims. It is times like these that we must stand together not as fellow citizens but as brothers and sisters who share a common goal of a better life and better opportunities. It is times like these that we must forget ideologies and rally around our neighbors to help lift them up. I encourage all Columbians to show your support for these families, it may be in the form of money or maybe just a card, but whatever it is it should be from the heart. Good Evening and God Bless Columbia." That message was broadcasted live to every tv in Columbia, and he hoped the people would heed his call to action. He took off the microphones and quickly headed back to his hotel to continue with the business he had to attend to.

Jackson Foharrister
W.S.G.L.C. Campaign Office
Small Town near Jamestown

Jackson Foharrister was perspiring. He reached into his jacket's pocket for a handkerchief and wiped his forehead. Jackson entered the slightly new building. It was a building that might come to mind if you thought of skyscrapers: one with sleek glass nontransparent windows, covering the walls with a light blue tint, every now and then men and women dressed up in suits and ties coming in and out. Entering inside, Jackson nodded to a co-worker, a hello and a wave now and then. One even mentioned his sweating say, "Hot out there, isn't it Jack?" With a smirk, Jackson entered the elevator, pushed number four, and after noticing no one else was in the contraption, laid back against the walls. A bing sort of sound came from the elevator, and the doors opened to a long hall, almost seeming endless until it met another hall going the other direction, which also seemed endless until it met a third hall going in the same direction as before, and so fourth. The interior was decorated with W.S.G.L.C. posters and flags, a small "gift-shop" like kiosk was down the way, selling shirts, flags, coffee mugs, ect. Members of the party ran down the chamber, some waving and some even saluting at Jackson. He finally met the door separating him from his office. Jackson entered the doorway and scrambled to his chair, picking up a hot cup of coffee waiting for him at his desk. A women ran outside of the office. "Thanks Michelle," Jackson shouted as she was running down the hall. The women simply lifted a thumbs-up over her head and continued walking.
Jackson turned his seat towards his computer, which he opened. The page was on NationStates which he minimized and murmured, "Maybe later." He moved the mouse icon over towards a pixelated "P" on his desktop, and clicked it, opening a screen with a long list of bars (some purple, some red, most of them yellow) each with a number, name, date, address, and contact information. This list was over 23 pages long. On the top-left corner, a title of the program was displayed: "POLITICAL INFORMATION GENERATOR V.3.8". Jackson took up his notepad, and began adding in bars. The list was now 25 pages. A man wearing a blue pinstripe suit and white shirt entered, chuckling at the screen. "Now, Jack, is that all we got," the man spoke with a British accent. "Calm down Henry, it's fine. It was just a slow day," Jackson replied. "Well, from the look of your brow, I can guess it was more of a fast day, running after people to get them to sign up! But seriously, Jackson, we ain't going to get that many people. We'll be swept under the rug next election. People will start associating us with youth club before the start calling us a political party!" "Oh, come on will yeah! Look how many people we have." Jackson began scroll through the list. Henry continued,"I know Jackson, I know! But no one wants to be part of some political unit that isn't relatable with all people." Oh, now you're just talking like the president. He doesn't make sense! What's the point of a democratic process if everyone is going to get the same thing. Democracy is about making your voice heard, and making your government follow it, not settling with everyone else to make yourself slightly happy. Democracy is for... it's for the..." Jackson couldn't continue, he was beginning to become overrun with his own zeal. "Look, Jackson, keep trying, you're just going to fall out of the race exhausted. Now if you don't mind, I am going back to my office downstairs before my boss has found out I have been going up here on my lunch break. But, Jackson, just think about my words. You are wasting a fortune and energy all on this." Henry is right. Achieving anything in politics without the starter energy is a one in a million chance., Jackson thought.

Jackson bit into his sandwich. A bit of water left on the lettuce trickled onto the bread, making the sub a bit soggy, but all in all it was okay. Across from him, Amy of "Amy & Ross' Fresh City Heroes" sipped on her soda pop. "Say Jackson, hows it going with your campaign?" Amy asked. "Oh, nothing to worry about, just terrible." Jackson said. Amy chuckled a bit. Amy continued, "Come one, what's the big deal. You got a shot." "Sure, as much as a some tourist has at winning a game of Three-Card-Monte with stranger," Jackson sarcastically responded. "I remember, my great great grandfather was in the U.S. He was starving in the middle of the desert, and found a river. An outlaw with a gun shot and caught a fish. My grandfather looks up at the man and says 'I will fight you for that piece of fish'. Now my grandfather was a pitiful sight: weak, thin, bony. The criminal says to him "What are your chances of winning?' My grandfather says, 'Absolutely none... but I'm hungry!' The guy let him keep the whole fish. See, the point is Jackson, that whether you are zero or hero, you gotta try. In the end you may be the poorest man or a millionaire, but it is always worth a shot." Jackson laughed a bit. Amy was right. Jackson needed to try. Jackson had a plan to increase his party, and it was all thanks to Amy.

Northern Military Base, Jabal Tawil

Secretary Dunn was sleeping on his desk, tired while Colonel Austin came in. "Austin, why did you have to wake me up??" "The rest of the command staff have agreed on at least one thing." "Wait, really? Finally they've actually gotten their act together and done something useful in this military." Dunn laughed a little inside his mind. Austin didn't.

"They've agreed that you need to form a counter-terrorist and special forces group inside our military." "Alright, Austin. I'll get on it."

Much later, a military officer called Colonel Williams on the phone. When he picked up, he said something important. "Colonel Williams, Secretary Dunn has chosen you to lead our new unit, the Mobile Special Warfare Unit, or SpecUnit."

Dietrich was surprised to get a phone call saying he was in charge of SpecUnit, but he was even more surprised that the call had came at such a bad time. He didn't know what to say except "Sir, may I call you back. I am dealing with an issue with one of the cadets and...hlmph" His sentence is interrupted by an elbow to the gut. "I'll get back to you within the hour sir." He hung up the phone and started barking orders to the cadets to help restrain Cadet Huxley. "Nurse, hit him with the sedative already! He is ready to start tearing the other cadets apart!" The nurse, a small elderly woman with quite a few years as a medical practitioner, ran over to Huxley and gave him a swift jab with the needle and he went out like a light. She then drew blood to figure out what might have caused him to snap, if it was biological. She turned to Dietrich. "When he wakes up, send him to the Psychology professor. It might be that he is over stressed and his mind took a vacation, but who knows?" Dietrich sighed and thought, "Was I really that tough on them? Could I have done this to them? No, they went through Basic with Drill Sergeants worse than me and they immerged unscathed." He turned to the cadets and said, "Cadets, this is a direct order, I want all you to report to the Psychology department for enhanced mental screenings. I will fax over what is required, and then some, to the department head. You will have your screenings scheduled by Friday. Also, I just learned I am being transferred. I have not learned when, but I do know this, the Sergeant Major will be taking over drill and instruction for the remainder of the year, or until a suitable replacement can be found. You are free to return to your bunks, but have one man keep an eye on Cadet Huxley. If need be, trade out in shifts." He walked back down to his car and drove home. When he was back, he gave the Secretary a call. "Sir, when do you want me to report?"

Dezmond's office, senate building

Dezmond was looking through his returns from technation. He saw a 30% return rate from his current dividend, putting his current investing money a 483660. He chose to buy yet an even larger portion of the company. Now owning .03%. He felt rather pleased with him self.

Abandoned warehouse, East Jamestown
Red Army Faction gathering

It was around 11:00 Pm, what appeared to be a ghost house from the outside, was actually the place were the Urban guerrilla cells gathered to listen to there leaders Jean Karl DeCing, Mei Sheng, Andreas Raspe...
Image
At 12 AM, comrade Mei Sheng, an attractive Japanese 25 year old woman and leading member of the RAF made her way to the speech stand, the warehouse was decorated with pictures of communist leaders mainly Mao Zedong,Vladimir Lenin, Karl Marx and even some of Joseph stalin and Enver Hoxha.

At 12 AM sharp comrade Sheng began with her speech

"Comrades, brothers and sisters for so long we have witnessed the fascist state abuse the workers of this country, for so long the president have made money off the backs of the masses, it is time. We shall strike the heart of the state, because the state is an imperialist collection of fascists and right wing nazis and the so called "Moderate Left".
The RLUF have abandoned the cause and sold the workers, it is time comrades as the great chairman Mao said "We must draw a clear line between ourselves and our enemy", comrades the only way to liberate the working class is by armed struggle! We will start first by setting contacts with foreign leftist freedom fighters like the Pflp and the FARC so they could get us weapons to fight our imperialist oppressors! Long live the revolution comrades, long live the Red Army Faction, the true liberator of the proletariats!."

As comrade Sheng finished her words, the crowd of 100 men and women began cheering and shouting "Revolution".

"Change of plans," Dunn said unexpectedly. "You're going to be leading the State Security Department. SpecUnit will be a component of this new formation. The unorganized militias who have been roaming around independently before are now integrated into the SSD. Past iterations of this concept, an independent civilian security militia, have unfortunately turned into disasters. I can name two, the Italian Blackshirts and Nazi Schutzstaffel. Do not let the State Security function like them. If you do it's going to land us in deep trouble. Keep to your guidelines and don't perform outside your authorized jurisdiction. Report to the Militay Department building."
