essentially age of Ultron but with a guy who was experimented on with a combination of a serum adapted from Atlas and nanomachines, his skin turns to impenetrable bone and he goes insane ,attack NORAD in colorado, killing POTUS and gaining the 'football' and having all of the US's ICBMs launch in ten minutes, the heroes succeed but POTUS and a hero are killed and D.C turns into an irradiated mess, and with NORAD down terrorists and other undesirables move in. this leads to a drop in popularity by the public which is reinforced by the bio-terrorism attacks that take place after that weren't prevented leading to the civil war, and all heroes/mutant/mystics, needing to register and take commands from the UN security council.

Well Control's primary servers happen to be located in Cheyanne Mountain, so that might affect something.

He'd be against everything Control could pull in. Control's primary directive is self-defence, and as the magnitude and risk of anyone obtaining direct access to it's primary mainframe increases, the number of agencies and heroes it would attempt to rope in to defend it increases. The only things Control can't do to fulfil it's primary directive are things that violate it, so it can't shut itself down but it could retarget elements of the US nuclear arsenal to Cheyanne Mountain provided the missiles were already going to be fired, as a secondary server would become the new primary.

Powers: His armor gives him greatly enhanced strength and reflexes. Some of its key abilities include enhanced jump power, and a high-tech electronic camouflage coating that allows him to temporarily turn invisible to both humans and cameras. The armor can also be activated and deactivated at will, retracting into its passive form (see below)
Equipment: His armor. The armor is entirely bulletproof, and can regenerate itself over time when not being used. He also uses a high-powered sniper rifle. It can fire explosive, stun, and normal rounds. He also carries remote detonated explosives for the more destructive jobs.
Power Origin: Back when the Roswell situation first happened, it was quickly dismissed as lies and tall tales. However, that was not the case. A landing pod truly had fallen and landed in Roswell. Before the government could take it for study, however, early enforcer squads of Cronus Labs packed it up and got it to Cronus HQ. After many, many years of decryption and attempting to open the pod, they finally succeeded. It opened to reveal a room chock full of interesting technologies, but no life whatsoever. The armor and rifle were among these technologies. The armor, however, was in the form of two metal armbands.
Weaknesses: The armor does nothing to stop magic attacks, and it can only be worn for a few hours before automatically deactivating.
Personality: A cold-blooded killer, he won't hesitate to murder someone if he thinks they work with supervillains, or if they are one of his targets.
Background: His father is the CEO of Cronus Labs. When he turned 18, his father decided to give him the armor and rifle, and employ him as security for Cronus Labs. When he got it, however, he told his father that he would help with security, but he also wanted to help combat the new evils that were popping up around the world. He also started taking on mercenary jobs as a way to make a little extra money. He might be seen as a villain in society's eyes, but he enjoys the murder of actual supervillains.
