Since Kirana is currently a watered-down Supergirl (who is near-par with Superman), she would be pretty high up there. Kryptonians are OP. Lisa would probably be on the level of the Androids in DBZ, which were somehow Frieza-level at the time.

Understanding the Power Level of Mad Max

Let us begin with a simple assumption on human power levels presented in the DBZ universe. A common estimate, given when Raditz uses his scouter on a random (albeit an old, smoking, and obese) human, shows a Power Level of 5, and exceptionally strong humans (Roshi, Krillin) are at an upwards of 100. For the sake simplicity, I will assume a benefit of the doubt and go with an arbitrary PL number of 7 to represent the average human. Since we have established the "average" power level of a human, this does not apply to Maxwell Morningstar due to his absorption ability, and by the time the Namek Saga began, he was floating at a PL of roughly 15,000, and additionally 1,000 locked within his nuclear-powered battle armor.

The real reason for the power level of a normal human is to transfer how many joules one person can produce and compare it to the total energy Maxwell Morningstar absorbed from the Namek in my latest post. After some conversion (assuming a normal, working human can attain 75 watts in an hour and will live for 2,366,820,000 seconds [75 years]), we can come to the calculation that an average human, over the course of a lifetime, will produce 49,275,000 Joules (49.3 MJ, or 4.9⁷ J). Thus, 4.9⁷ J = PL 7

The internal heat content (geothermal energy) of Earth is 10³¹ joules, and assuming Namek is close to the Earth in mass and internal heat content, we can plug this into a fractional problem like so: (10³¹ joules / X ) = (4.9⁷ joules / 7) where X is the "power level" from the absorbed geothermal energy of Namek. Our equation will then look like this: X = ((10³¹ joules)( PL 7) / (4.9⁷ joules))

Solving for X, our answer will be X = 1,032,108,797,271,555,561,466,433,463 PL, or 1²⁷ PL. That is 1 Octillion. Even re-working the problem with an assumption of 5 PL being the average, we still get 737,220,569,479,682,543,904,595,331, or 7.37²⁶ PL. I doubted this number completely, and decided to work a different number for the joules of a human and copied this number shown here. (This number assumes a human travelling at lightspeed weighing 70kg as well)

Re-working the equation like so: X = ((10³¹ joules)( PL 7) / (6.3¹⁸ joules)) we get X = 286,396,792,543,821,413, or 2.86¹⁷ PL, which is 286.4 quadrillion for a net Power Level gain as Mad Max absorbs the entire geothermal energy of Namek in the latest post. A more understandable number, but one that still leads us to a final conclusion based on all of these factors, equations, and assumptions:

Power Levels don't mean shit.

An Edit: His actual Power Level gain would be 11,111,111,111,111 (or 1.11¹³), or 11 billion. This is accounting for a calculator error I found in Part 2 of this series.
